He told me it would take a week unless i'd like to pay for the expedited option which could be down same day/next day. I settled for the week option and got it 8 days later. I asked to get them printed and emailed digitally. Print with email is $30 each film and $15 extra for getting them into full frames instead of half frames (since my film camera takes half shots). I got 2 films developed for a little over $90 with tax. They came out wonderfully but i think some of the photos weren't developed. But the ones that were, were done so great. I will keep developing my film here for the time being and digital images are sent to your email but PSA: THEY EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS so make sure to download them within that time frame.

I think they can get pretty bogged down busy, but I've also experienced other photo labs hustle to get my shots back asap. I've called to ask for an update once and they said everything was scanned, just needed to be uploaded, and they'd do it "sometime tomorrow". And that's exactly what happened. You can pay extra to get them back faster, but they're also a tad pricey to begin with.

Their customer service is great I can expect an email quote within 24 hrs. most the time they are even quicker then that. They will send you a proof of your print job to approve before they actually print it, and let you know as soon as it's ready for pick up. My vinyl banners have turned out great! For my big print jobs I can always count on PIP and it's great that they are local. The staff is always friendly when I'm picking up my prints and double check everything with me before I walk out the door. My husband scheduled a delivery for between 3:00pm and 6:00pm today. I rush home from work to be here. Arrive at 2:45 to see a 702 lb pallet at the end of my driveway. No call to let us know they were on their way or close. I call the company to find out what the heck happened. Apparently the driver needed to use a different truck for the delivery so that is why he was early. Whatever that means, but still no communication. No delivery paperwork was left or signed by me verifying it was delivered. I call the company and spoke to a man that didn't really seem to give a crap about what happened. I was told the drivers can verify deliveries by sending photos. My husband was also never made aware that curbside meant they wouldn't even bring it down our driveway which ever other freight delivery we have had has done for us. All he was told was they won't bring it inside a business. So now we have this huge pallet at the end of our driveway and have to figure out how to get it down to our garage. So I asked the guy on the phone that if I had been home, basically everything would have still went the same way. He said well the driver probably still knocked on the door to see if you were home, but he should have called and left the paperwork. Oh wow that's great. All he says to me is sorry and he will make sure this driver is leaving paperwork and calling like he's supposed to. They will email us the delivery receipt, but not until Monday. Seems that customer service means nothing to them, just that they dump off their deliveries.
