I like that you can mail USPS, UPS and FedEx, so if you have multiple items, you can bring them to one location. Besides shipping, they offer mailbox rentals and printing, copying, and shredding services. They also have a notary and take passport photos. I believe they will also package items to mail for a fee. One side of the building is a gift shop with some unique gifts. If you are looking for a location to ship items or need other services, this is the place to go.

For those of us who are Amazonites, if you time it right, free packaging and shipping with tracking receipt provided @ your local office store that starts with an "S" is kind of unbeatable, but as more folks discover it, the lines are getting longer and harder to time. We've used Ship On Site for personal shipping overseas, national work shipping that requires high efficiency and speed, and yes - Amazon returns. It's conveniently located right off Capital on Wake Union Church Rd, with access that enables easy off-and-on Capital Blvd via easy-access and egress through the strip center with Big Lots and an Ace Hardware to which it is adjacent. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and it has a connected gift shop that has super cool unique cards and related items. Check it out, definitely worth your time. Will add a few pics later this week to top this review off.

I visited this postal service location today with my two daughters to ship a business package. It…read morehad been about two years since my last visit, and I fondly remembered what made this place stand out: the owner's friendly Great Dane and another dog (whose breed I'm unsure of). They were such a delightful pair--the Great Dane was especially calm and welcoming for its size, adding a unique, joyful vibe to the experience. Excited for my daughters to encounter them like I had in the past, I asked upon entering, "Where are the puppies?" I was met with silence, followed by a sharp response: "We put them away for the day." I tried to keep things light by saying, "Okay, well, hi--how is everyone?" but received only a curt "We're good." I waited in line quietly until a young lady assisted us. My daughter, overhearing, asked about the puppies, and I explained there was usually a Great Dane and another dog. That's when a male employee interjected harshly: "I had to put the Great Dane down--you should be careful with what you promise." I was stunned, both by the rudeness and the sad news. The female owner then clarified that the dog had MS and could no longer walk, which explained the decision. I truly apologize for unintentionally reopening that wound; I had no idea, given the time since my last visit. A lot can change in two years, and I understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. That said, the tone and delivery were unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. I simply wanted my daughters to share in the positive, dog-friendly experience that first drew me here for my business shipments. Unfortunately, the vibe now feels cold and unwelcoming--the energy is gone, and without that unique niche, there's little reason to return. I'd recommend others take their packages elsewhere for a more pleasant interaction.

I was only a week out from my own wedding overseas when I realized my passport was expired, when I…read morewas sure it was not. After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.
