T-mobile itself is doing too much with their constant upcharge (not the workers fault btw y'all, that is a CEO level decision) but I do appreciate my great interaction with Sean today. He was knowledgeable and attentive. I did not feel rush while he was assisting me. He gave me his full attention and it was a pleasant /wholesome experience. The vibes were vibing. Would come back again. Thank you Sean for your amazing service today!

I wouldn't recommend coming here. Scheduling for a phone repair with them online was easy, but once…read moreyou get there they have no idea what's going on. 3 Guys working there, one can't find a massive battery that's right in front of him, one is either too high or too tired to care and the only guy who appears competent is too busy stocking air fresheners to help and quips that they don't use the online scheduler. They don't read any comments or anything that was scheduled, I have to explain to them what was wrong, so I had to diagnose it for them. They blame T-Mobile for the scheduling issue until I point out I scheduled with them specifically on their website. He wanders in the back to eventually come back saying the screen is a special order and I'd need to reschedule with them. I left. The incompetency all around the whole shop shows me I shouldn't trust them to replace a screen even if I did reschedule with them. If corporate is forcing the online scheduler, then corporate is failing. If they can't figure out anything to do with an online scheduler then how are they capable to repair phones?

Wow! Terrific customer service and our iPhone was ready when promised - great experience!…read more We stopped in at 10 am, dropped off our iPhone for a battery replacement and for new gorilla glass install. We were told it would be about 2 hours. We ran some errands, came back by and Serena (who is wonderful!) said it would be about another 15 minutes. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, we received the text on our other phone that our repair was done. Very professional, very clean store and they are abiding by all Covid rules. Recommend this location highly - great location but if you are a WF resident, you know this parking lot can be a real pain. Very small parking spaces and not a lot of room to navigate - I'd recommend parking by Vitamin Shoppe and walking over, just easier to get in and out of lot from that side. $119 for iPhone 7 Plus battery and brand new glass

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR COMPUTER…read more If I could give zero stars, trust me I would! I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

The person there immediately assumed it was beyond repair and referred me to a company where I would have to send my phone away in the mail. Not much help there. I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!
