    If you need AT&T products come here! Seven sale personnel and only customer is me! I waited an hour at another store and never got service. This is a great store!

    So yesterday the trucks were once again in my neighborhood. As soon as I saw them I snapped a pic (got one of two trucks) and sent it to my hubs with the caption..."not one but two trucks! ‍". He said oh great kiss your tv goodbye. So I did. So I have. As I will until late Saturday. Every time we see one of these trucks we know it will be hours without service. That was early yesterday. Well it still hasn't worked itself out so we decided to reach out to them for help. Brian, at the other end of my call, really needs to reconsider a job in customer service. I was called a liar (that I didn't see the trucks), told in a condescending way to use a hotpot (I actually have) and generally moreover just treated with disdain! I interrupted his day with my whining. We were on the phone for less than 5 minutes. It took him about 30 seconds to have an attitude with me and call me a liar after I told him it's upsetting they can come to my neighborhood and break everything but not come back to fix it. "You have no proof" (well actually Brian I do!). I know, having been in customer service for years, that it's not fair to treat someone badly. It's usually not their fault. (He wasn't driving the truck. The waitress didn't overcook your steak...you get me) On the other hand...if you aren't prepared to deal with stressed out/upset customers bc they their expensive service goes out OFTEN. A service this parent RELIES on for her kids homework...maybe, just maybe Brian you need to choose a different career choice! I tried to kill it with kindness but there was just one too many condescending/passive aggressive remarks and I hung up on him! Better that than sink to his level. 28 days per month everything is great. Until their trucks show up in our hood. Until we have a storm. Until someone sneezes wrong in the house. Most of the time it's an easy fix (for my hubs). When it does go bad and it's going to take you 4-5 days to come out, how about offering the customer a free movie rental instead of being condescending. A little kindness and a $5 movie goes a long way.

So I jumped from the frying pan into the fire. No only does my phone get hot but I have to wonder around my house to get good reception. I use my phone for work and work from home. So it difficult. I have had my phone for 7 months and have changed it out 5 times. Verizon has sent to this store to change out the phone and this location got me in touch with over the phone customer support, and Verizon said we can send you a 17 and use it because my wife had one upgrade so I did it to to get a phone that works. That phone never arrived and never signed for, but Verizon is not listening, and the phone shows delivered. And the story of crappy service continues and no results from calling Verizon. So this past Monday I finally got a tier 2 technician and thought my problems are solved, they promised me a new phone and signal extender and nothing. Another call to Verizon and talked with a young lady who helped me with a new phone, but the phone did not upload my information and was stuck. So I took it over to the Verizon could help, they would but at a cost, and I said to the lady that I was not happy and was describing all the issues I have had and you Shit to describe my frustration and they would not help me. Was I wrong to use shit as an expressive way to show my frustration, but completely condemned and service was not rendered. For some reason the phone started updating and working but away from my house. I am completely done with Verizon, there is no where a customer can go to get customer service and AI has made the experience more frustrating.
