I switched to Tmobile to take advantage of the 4 new lines and 4 free phones promotion December 2025. The free phone credits were not properly applied and I have spent countless hours trying to resolve the issue. We cancelled our services back in November, we even paid their crazy fees totaling close to 2000$! The girl in there assured us everything was taken care of infact we even have receipts to prove it's been paid off. However T mobile is claiming we owe even more we now have 700$ additional bill due to their negligence we have multiple calls with customer service assuring that it's been cancelled and went to the store FYI don't waste your time they don't care and are more interested in trying to hook you into something else or another plan! Long story short the options given to us were pay the amount owed and keep service for a year or let it go to collections and pay it off there! Well it will be going to collections with a dispute however it is totally bs that it has to effect our credit over their mistakes, T-Mobile is a scam their service is terrible and good luck getting out DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND HONESTLY I WOULD GO WITH ATT OR OTHER SERVICE!!!! read more

I switched to T-Mobile 3 months ago. There have been issues with my billing. Emmalie went over all the options available to me and wrote up the contract, she was very helpful with getting the best possible plan. Somehow, some of the credits I was to receive did not make it on my bill and Briana helped clarify and push through changes. When some were still missing on my 2nd billing, Briana reached out to Customer Service (again) and Minnie followed up with another call to them. In the end, I received the credits due. The team at the store did all they could (and then some). So, mistakes happen but the team would not stop until things were cleared up. read more

Meagan was fantastic. Resolved all the issues when transferring the lines / Service and made sure all issues were resolved. Did not feel like I was being run out the door after sale was made. He wanted one person outside the store and the other in the store. So we left and went to the Morrisville location where they were helpful and kind. The employees need to stop parking by the front ! You can't even park because you all park close to the front. Park out some! Past Brueggers for example or Walgreens . It's the same day and night! You all take up the park spots that need to be open for paying customers. read more

I know that's super dramatic but it's true ! I was dealing with a very big problem in my account and victor spent more then 2 HOURS helping me resolve it .He thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure my problem was dealt with and fixed . He was patient, kind, and hard working and very professional. My daughter from T-mobile. It stopped working. She took it bake they told her it would take 2 weeks. Months later it finally showed up. We had cancelled the number. They refused to give her the phone. I talked to the associate on the phone. She was very rude. My husband talked to the associate and the manager. They hung up on him. I have been with TMobile for many years, but moved to NC just a few years ago. I am happy to say that I have always gotten THE BEST service ever at the Tryon store, everyone is great there, but especially from Ned. He is warm, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond every time. It's great to have some peace of mind and know that no question I have is too small and that the infrequent bigger issues will be handled competently, effectively and professionally. T-Mobile is like the best carrier in the world. They have the best prices and plans ever. Also, Internet is really super super fast. They have great specials all the time. Like a few months ago they had a special for 4 lines just $30 each line and each line got 10 gigs of 4G LTE data. Now it's 6 gigs. Anyway, this store is really nice. It has nice people, great prices, great phones, and a great location. If you ever need any help or questions then they are great helping people. They understand what you are looking for and they do their best. They make it so easy for you. read more
