Finding a park was okay, but not the best. You might have to ride around for a minute or 3. The store was clean and organized. Plenty of shoes, jackets, outfits, etc. to choose from. Great sales and deals. They also give military discounts. The only thing was the check out line. It was 2 cashiers and a long line that was outside of the checkout ropes and through the clothes. I almost put my items back. I counted at least 6 employees folding clothes, standing, or casually talking to other coworkers. They could have pulled 3 employees to the registers to get the lines down and return to whatever they were doing. Ty was awesome. Pleasant personality. I love shoes and I love shoes that I can purchase cheaper than retail... thats why I love factory outlets stores. This location is a factory outlet. They have products that aren't the most current so you end up getting a decent deal (often times 30%) on products. They tend to carry retro Jordans (B-grade). The location is ok... Just do it! I know what I'm looking for every time I walk in here. Even when I don't. Shoes and sports are my friends. I came in here precisely to find a pair of shoes to workout in and toss my old ones. Instead I walked out with two. Score! The prices here vary but none the less affordable. Some of the newer shoes out are retail priced but they have other options with better prices. They don't only have running shoes but shoes for most sports too. The active wear is also in variety. Now, I believe Nike goes a little on the expensive side so I have other options for my active wear but I do every once in a while gear up there because of the quality of the clothes last for years. Was in search of some new kicks for the middle cub and plus had a gift card we needed to redeem. As always this store is jammed packed, which I try to go to one or two sections and remain until it's time to check out. I'm not too big on chaotic stores and people bumping into each other. This was the day after Christmas so I guess everyone had the same idea to catch a good sale. Which they did had an additional 30% off lowest price. My son and I had just looked at sneakers on the Nike website, but it seemed as though all the ones he liked were sold out or not in his size. We decided to travel to the outlets to see what they had in stock. To our surprise the same shoes he saw online they had them in the store, in his size, marked down with an additional % off. After he and my husband waited in line, which seemed like a good 15 minutes they finally checked out. After leaving the store my husband mentioned that the sneakers were actually cheaper than what we had thought. Now who doesn't love a good deal?!?!? After all discounts a reg $200 pair of sneakers ended up costing less than $40!!! Walked out with a happy son and a happy husband (had $ left on the gift card) and a tired mommy! read more

It took me a whole day to calm down and write this review. Yesterday I decided to drive almost an hour away to arrive at the Nike Outlet Store in Smithfield, N.C., myself and my son. I would also like to state that I am also a past employee of this store. I arrive around 10:45 or 11:00am on 3/16/2024. NEVER again. Once I walked into the store I was not greeted by any of the employees, but watched the whole time. Again, I have my eight year old son with me. As, I am taking my time to look around the store with my son at my side, and nothing in my hand, I was watched from one end to the next. Oh, let me also state that a manager came to the side wall where my son and I were located, and acted as if she was helping what may have been another manager find a shoe. Yes, I am able to write this review in full because I was also watching them with discomfort as they were watching me. I was so disappointed knowing that I was once an employee of this actual store. Customer service has not been the best in stores a lot lately, and I usually stick to online shopping. As, I was ready to walk in and speak to an associate to help me find cleats and a pair of shoes for my son as he has started spring football, NO one ask me if I needed any assistance. Before leaving I spoke to a Manager Kaitlyn who would not provide her last name and told hold her how disappointed I was. All she said was that she would address the situation. Let me also mention that she came out on the floor as I went closer to the door. At this point, I hope Nike sets up better training to their employees on customer Service. They definitely don't have to worry about me driving the distance anymore. read more

This store is pretty "wow" to me. The selection of non-picked over merchandise together with an abundance of sizes paired with employees that are knowledgeable and helpful makes this store get five excellent stars. Some of the shorts and track pants I saw had excellent prices (arund 65% off retail) and are still on sale (at full price) at some other retailers! The location of the store is right of 95... easy on, easy off as they say! Whew, now let me go take a breath. read more

This place is overrated and overpriced. A majority of the shoes here are regular mall prices. They need to step there game up with a better selection. I have been here about twenty times and only bought something once. Coming here just seems pointless easily the worst Nike Store I have ever been to. read more
