We're thinking of adding another line to our account soon, and I know we'll be bringing that business to this store!

We started at the front then split up looking at shoes in different areas of the store. I found a pair I liked. After close to 30 minutes I was ready to go. We left the store and headed home. When I got there I ordered them from the online store. Why didn't I buy them at the outlet? Because the entire time we were in the store not a single employee acknowledged us. No, the store was not crowded. No, they can't say they didn't see us. Yes, were both in close proximity of multiple employees. I hope it was not due to our race. My first thought is that they need customer service training.

They were having a ridiculous sale, and I have an Ann Taylor credit card... So I ended up saving over $200. I bought 4 items and paid a little over $100 which for Ann Taylor is not too shabby. The service was really good too. They grab your clothes and start you a fitting room and are really good about checking on you and seeing if you need any other sizes or if you need their help putting outfits together. There was also a "scarf specialist" that worked there and was helping people pick scarves and style them! They were all quite helpful! I love that they had such a great sale and would definitely recommend stopping by soon if you need some work clothes in your closet!

I did not get a chance to visit every store while on a time limit but I am happy with what I spent within my budget for the quality of items I purchased. I enjoyed shopping at the Adidas store. They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.

I'm looking to update my The North Face coat & was sad to see they no longer have "puffy" coats. Everything is all about compression - they're biting off Patagonia, HARD! He played quietly with them by taking the plastic packages off the hooks and putting them back on. He was attended by myself or my husband at all times. I'm giving this review two stars because the man who helped us with the backpacks was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, our visit took a turn for the worst when an assistant manager rushed over, saying my son wasn't allowed to play with those items. Keep in mind, there is nothing breakable about them nor was my son in anyone's way or making noise. I informed the man that I would pick them up, but he proceeded to reach over my son and put them all away in a huff, repeating that he wasn't allowed to touch them and would be in the way if someone wanted to buy them. My husband walked over with his chosen backpack and we decided not to purchase due to the assistant manager's rude and impatient attitude. I completely understand and support establishments that choose to not have children as customers, whether it is a restaurant, theater, or store. As far as I know, the North Face store doesn't have such a rule. Please educate your employees on their attitudes toward children if they are in fact allowed in your store. There is a time and a place to call a parent/child out on bad behavior, whether it is a child not being watched or running recklessly through the store, disturbing other customers. This was not one of those times.
