I want to take a second and give props to the store manager of the T-Mobile Allan Marquez at the Crabtree Valley store I buy my phones from. Over the Memorial Day weekend I was there buying phones and was promised a certain deal which made the purchase worthwhile. When I called Customer Care (total joke). I was told that was wrong and I will receive no such deal. I had a 1 pm appointment today with the Store Manager and I was ready for D-Day all over again. I walked in, he shook my hand and my wife's, apologized for the whole mess and gave me the deal I was promised. He did this even though his sales staff was wrong and shouldn't have offered it. AVOID THIS STORE!!!! Or you want to get some offend from sales The black guy here is rude . The work is too hard for him and maybe the sale doesn't like it, but he just give vent to customers. Do you think people looks foreign will not have time back to your store? The sell is the WORST!!!! We looked at Samsung's new model just a bit, cuz it's popular. Then the sell send us out, and said to my boyfriend 'do not touch without buying it'! Oh so this line is not just in jokes then?? Is it too much to touch a phone before buying it, or do you want people just throw 2000$ with the first step in your shop? The record on phone can be cleared automatically, and there is just no customer in their shop even the mall is crowded! Thanks to his effort right? Five stars for this location-- and this location specifically-- for Tmobile. A gentleman at this location today provided me the instructions to give to another nearby Tmobile location that erroneously believed they could not do a return on my phone. In reality, they simply didn't know how. He chuckled with me over it, kindly provided step-by-step instructions to give them for how to do so-- and it worked! Thank you, Crabtree Mall Tmobile! I will know which location to go to next time. (For the record, I've been a customer since '06 and was THIS_CLOSE to abandoning Tmobile entirely until the fellow at this location was able to successfully assist me.) read more

This writing is in regards to the service and the speed and accuracy during my stop in there to change carriers from Verizon to T-Mobile. The associate there was very knowledgeable about what is required to switch from one carrier to another; also it took around 30 minutes or to disconnect from Verizon and reconnect to T-Mobile and also do a credit check and purchase a new phone. read more

So please tell me how two iPhone 8's got on my account with the receipt on the T-Mobile website showing this location? Do you guys not check ID's? Is this some inside job? If you ever have to stop by here ask for Demond or Arthur they are extremely kind, very professional, and I wanna give a big shout out to Demond who was my mobile associate. Usually go to the location on O'Kelly Chapel road because of distance, but in the future I will definitely fulfill my T-Mobile needs at the Crabtree location. Recently visited to purchase one of the new iPhones, and Rob was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was quick, easy and relatively painless. 10/10 would definitely recommend this location and T-mobile in general to my family and friends. read more

Phone retail stores aren't known for their great service but this one is different, in my opinion. Guys like Ethan really make TMobile look good. My family and my business have about 15 lines with TMobile and i appreciate the good service I get here at the Crabtree valley store. read more
