We had a great time at the Brier Creek Commons today. The parking was great and there was plenty of it. We attended the Read Across America Event where we enjoyed a Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast from Rise Donuts. We also got a chance to meet Cat in the Hat, get our face painted, do a craft and collect some goodies for local businesses. The parking was really clean and the traffic was okay; I feel like that it can get a little congested on busier days. They had security on sight during the event to make sure that everything went as planned. Overall we enjoyed Brier Creek Commons and we felt like it was the perfect location to host Read Across America.

Stores come and go, but it's always been a good mall. I've noticed they have a more speciality & asian shops as of late. I really like checking out the Eloise store, even if I don't end up getting anything (they have really cute and niche stuff). I love the photo op background they put up near the food court!

I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!

I usually only come to this target to get essentials/household items (deodorant, toilet paper,…read morepaper towels) when I need to stock up. I was in and out after finding my essentials without difficulty. There was no line at self checkout. I hardly even go into the store anymore because you can do pickup orders in the Target app for free. I no longer buy clothes at Target (specifically this Target because it's the closest one) because the clothing items are never organized and the selection seems poor. The rest of the areas of the store seem fine. However, if I were shopping here for clothes, I would give it 1-2 stars. The clothing section looks like it was hit by a tornado.

We were not disruptive, shopped throughout the store, and made purchases at Starbucks. Employee Carolyn approached only the African American customers and stated the vendor was not restocking and that we needed to leave, which was inaccurate. She also questioned a disabled veteran's service animal, accusing him of dishonesty, which was inappropriate and concerning. Carolyn later claimed a customer had complained, though no such complaint was made or communicated to us. At no point were we loud or obstructing other shoppers. This experience was inconsistent with prior visits, where staff have been professional and accommodating. All other employees we encountered were polite and had no concerns. This situation should be reviewed and addressed promptly.

Conveniently located for access but being so spread out that you have to cross a multi lane road to get to all they offer is a bit of a drawback for me. But mostly, I like my shopping and dining experiences here thus far. The Deets: I travel over to Parkside Town Commons shopping center once in a while, mainly to enjoy their dining and beverage offerings which there is no lack of choice there to be sure. Beyond that, they have about everything to offer for shoppers including grocery shopping, sporting goods, health and spa offerings, medical/healthcare offices, shipping centers, phone stores, pet needs, hobby shops, and even a hotel on site (see their directory provided on their website). I like that everything is fairly spread out with ample parking to match the many shops. But it's so vast that you do have to cross a very busy multi lane road to get from one half of it to the other, which I consider a bit of a drawback. They have a nice location just off of Hwy 55 at the intersection with O'Kelly Chapel Rd (the multi lane road I mentioned earlier) that is easy to access from most of western Wake and southeastern Durham counties. Parkside Town Commons is a great go-to for many shopping and dining needs, I like heading there and enjoy what they have to offer.
