I frequent Fenton quite a bit because I really like the movie theater here. I am so happy it hasn't changed to an EVO Theater and I hope it never does. Fenton has some great stores for shopping and a nice area outside where they have makers markets and pop-ups which is awesome. I never have trouble finding parking either, which is great. I can't wait to see how it continues to develop in the future. Fingers crossed for a bookstore in the near future.

We visited here to go eat at one of the restaurants. I was blown away by the community of Fenton! The four of us in my group kept saying "this is so cool". The free parking is wonderful and there are so many fun things to do. They have swings for adults, open areas for activities, a giant chess set to play, and beautiful architecture and designs. The shops are great, the restaurants are unique, and I felt very safe. If I lived in the area, I would come here frequently just to get away. There are really cool photo ops, too!

This is a nice upscale shopping area in Cary that has something for everyone. There are good restaurants to choose from, a variety of shops, coffee, gelato, bars, open space, and a movie theater. It's a fun and relaxing place to hang out.

We LOVE Fenton, especially the kids events! This is from Fall Fest hosted by Haute House Kids. There are always so many fun activities/events for kids of all ages here. There are amazing restaurants here (Sports and Social, Colleta, M sushi) to name a few of our favorites, and can't beat the shopping!

Fenton is very nice. Nothing but the best retailers, restaurants, and bars are already established or on the way. Fenton is convenient to my home. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences here in this shopping area for the months I have casually visited and shopped here. I know it's not complete, but it's off to a great start.

Hip new area, pretty decent place with lots of new buildings and construction still going on. Nice modern town square area and I guess the culture will fill in once the people start filling in. I discovered this spot because I wants to find a Nike score and I stumbled on this little new town meeting place. Very walkabale and non auto centric design which is great!

Too many people allowed on the rink at once. The man made ice was very hard to skate on and uneven.

Many shops, dining, health, beauty, office, and entertainment opportunities to explore and experience with a nice courtyard common area. I like this newest version a lot. The Deets: Waverly Place in its current status is not really what I would consider a conventional shopping center. True, it does have a Whole Foods, Triangle Wine Company, a few shops but it mainly houses many good restaurant/food opportunities as well as offices/services. It may be more business complex/shopping experience hybrid but recently with new life and a very appealing aesthetic to it on its two main levels. Hardly the usual strip mall setup, the commons area as well as the shops layout are very eye pleasing, which I tried to capture in my pics. The variety offered there can be from many different types of dining opportunities to please many palates, barber shop/salons, realty, wine shop, cafes, workout centers, health and beauty, grocery, and other retail/business/entertainment. There is usually plenty of parking available here as well. The visits I've had there this year make me look at it in a new way, and I like this newer retooled Waverly Place...it's definitely not your usual type of shopping center.

Crabtree is probably the best mall we have in the triangle, though, parking can be a nightmare…read more I mainly go to Crabtree for Minerology, my all time favorite shop in NC. I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!

Stores come and go, but it's always been a good mall. I've noticed they have a more speciality & asian shops as of late. Big retailers and smaller businesses as well as many services can be found here. Plenty of parking. The Morrisville Smart Shuttle stops here if not driving. Pretty large in size but not too big to explore. The Deets: Park West Village has been around for a few years here in Morrisville and is a vast sprawling complex, located in the area between Morrisville Parkway and Cary Parkway along Chapel Hill Rd. Within its many roundabout traffic circle-accessible areas and multiple buildings, one can find many good restaurants & eateries, large retailers (Target, TJ Maxx, PetSmart, Bath & Body Works, Trader Joe's, multiple others), banking institutions, electronic/gaming shops, craft shops, phone stores, health & beauty stops, home furnishing stores, and other places to shop. It also has residential as well as retail spaces, even a movie theater. If it would be any bigger it would be a challenge to walk around but I think it just hit the sweet spot between having multiple good shopping/services that's walkable and being too big to get around. The Morrisville Smart Shuttle (town provided free transportation service) even has stops there if you don't feel like battling traffic or parking, but they do provide plenty of parking if you do drive. I like this shopping center for what it offers and accessibility, I'm here frequently because of it.

Park West Village features a unique mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. It literally has everything for you, whether you live there or not - all kinds of apparel, crafts, eateries, education, electronics, fitness, general merchandise, health and beauty, home furnishings, pet supplies, services, shoes, specialty, sporting goods stores, etc. I want to walk into every store! For example Piada Italian Street Food is one restaurant that caught my eye tonight - if I hadn't already eaten dinner I would have liked to try one of their unique piadas that they hand-roll in front of you, or one of their salad or pasta bowls. As a shopping area, Park West Village is a lively, great place to hang out, take a stroll, and/or socialize with family and friends or visit on your own! The plaza looks shiny new and modern and is very clean and well-maintained. As a residential area, each of its THREE different neighborhoods is also loaded with the nicest amenities. They have, for example, swimming pools and brand new playgrounds! They all look so modern shiny and new and enjoyable to live in. Park West Village really is a lifestyle! In addition, Park West Village hosts events every day - they often have live music and good food at Open Mic Nights or at Acoustic Nights on Fridays - it can get very lively there! They also have an upcoming fall festival as well as Winter Wonderland. There are so many activities and things to see, buy, eat, explore at Park West Village - I would definitely recommend enjoying quality time there!!!

It does show its age a bit but a great location at the center of downtown Cary. The Deets: The retail area of Ashworth Village is not what I would consider a true shopping center and it has been at the center of what is considered downtown Cary for a good number of years. Of note, it had Ashworth Drugs at the corner of it until it closed fairly recently (after being open for something like over 65 years I think). It does have a few offerings like for example a tailor shop, wellness shop, wine market, art shop, gallery, antique/gift shop, olive oil market, etc. but I mainly visit here for the dining/eating opportunities it offers. Examples of these stops are Academy Street Bistro, Once In A Blue Moon Bakery & Cafe, Serendipity Gourmet Deli, Esteamed Coffee, etc. and these places are the ones I have enjoyed most in Ashcroft Village. There is no grocery store itself in it even though Yelp insists on labeling it as having a grocery. Its location is premium and it does offer limited designated parking to use while there but the offerings are not optimal for any sort of shopping spree itself that I would consider but good for food possibilities and certain specialty shopping. I did read recently in a local business journal article that the Ashworth Village area had been considered for big redevelopment such as for the modern residential/retail combination seen in most towns now. This change if it occurs may be give more modern shopping offerings but hopefully not take away from the old downtown feel of this part of Cary.
