The food was good, chicken egg rolls. Ok, value. Service and friendliness were lacking.

Many shops, dining, health, beauty, office, and entertainment opportunities to explore and experience with a nice courtyard common area. I like this newest version a lot. The Deets: Waverly Place in its current status is not really what I would consider a conventional shopping center. True, it does have a Whole Foods, Triangle Wine Company, a few shops but it mainly houses many good restaurant/food opportunities as well as offices/services. It may be more business complex/shopping experience hybrid but recently with new life and a very appealing aesthetic to it on its two main levels. Hardly the usual strip mall setup, the commons area as well as the shops layout are very eye pleasing, which I tried to capture in my pics. The variety offered there can be from many different types of dining opportunities to please many palates, barber shop/salons, realty, wine shop, cafes, workout centers, health and beauty, grocery, and other retail/business/entertainment. There is usually plenty of parking available here as well. The visits I've had there this year make me look at it in a new way, and I like this newer retooled Waverly Place...it's definitely not your usual type of shopping center.

The variety of restaurants, shops, and events really makes it feel like its own little community...you can easily spend hours here without realizing it. The layout is walkable, modern, and clean, and there's always something happening, whether it's live music, families gathering, or people just out enjoying the space. The only thing I'd love to see is a more consistent police presence, not in a way that feels overbearing, but more low-key and observant. There are times when people drive through the area revving their motorcycles or blasting music so loud that it ruins the calm, relaxed vibe. It's such a great place for families, couples, and visitors, and keeping it peaceful and safe would make it even better. Fenton really has all the makings of a perfect hangout spot in Cary. A little more attention to keeping the noise level under control would make it a 10 out of 10 experience every single time.

Fenton offers fine dining, high end retail and entertainment. I've visited previously for retail shopping, dining, cocktails, and events. I've enjoyed dining at Superica Tex Mex, Dram & Drought cocktail bar, Sports & Social, Ava Rooftop, PBR Cowboy Bar, Paragon Movie Theater, The Agency Bar, and shopping at Arula, Altrd State, and the Nike by Cary Store. Today I attended the Walk To Defeat Dementia event. Fenton was the perfect location. It was very well organized and everyone had more than enough room to spread out. I look forward to more businesses coming to Fenton.

Morrisville Market Shopping Center - Walmart Neighborhood Market (grocery only with adjacent pharmacy) located in shopping center, June 2025.

For me, the standouts are the local restaurants but they have opportunities for groceries, haircuts, chain restaurants, local pharmacy/compounding among other shops and services. Decent amount of traffic here but not chaotic. The Deets: Being near Morrisville Market Shopping Center (MMSC), it is a "go-to" destination for me. Mainly, I am a fan of MMSC because they have a lot of restaurants such as locally run businesses Georgina's (a personal favorite for Italian, if you know me), Kinoko, Pho 919 as well as many chains such as Smithfield's Chicken 'N BBQ, Dunkin/Baskin, McDonalds just to name a few at the time of this writing. It also contains many other shops and service providers (a locally run pharmacy/compounding shop and an AutoZone come to mind). From Indian grocery store to haircuts and many other things to offer, it's a pretty well balanced shopping stop for Morrisville but not a large one so it's less chaotic than most shopping areas. I was not pleased when it put in a Walmart Neighborhood Market here a few years ago, replacing the huge hardware store it had in the space originally. I fully realize that most shopping centers need a good "anchor store" and a Walmart grocery would serve that purpose, but honestly I liked having a very large and well stocked hardware store near me instead. For me, I'd rather go to one of the other grocery stores near me such as Wegmans, Publix, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, etc. unless I needed to hit this Walmart grocery store for sheer convenience only. But it does get the traffic into MMSC so I guess that's doing the trick for the other businesses there. In all, besides losing out on a great hardware store they had before, I like MMSC mainly for the restaurant offerings, convenience, diverse services, and smaller size...I am a fan.

I always feel like I am being a hassle by simply existing or needing to check out. They always seem super stressed, and I'll be at there extremely busy so I cut them some slack, but I just feel bad if I ever have any questions or anything like that because they make me feel unwelcome. Don't get me wrong, there are still some that are very kind, but I just think that this location is too small for the amount of customers who go in. It's almost always insanely packed to the point where I have to park at the neighboring stores

It started with sauerkraut on the hot dogs, and has since expanded to what I considered to be a core benefit, the well-priced propane tank refills. There also used to be a recurring deal around Black Friday for a heavy discount on NY Strip or Beef Tenderloin (for the whole portion, where you have to cut your own), and no more take and bake pizzas? Come on y'all. Help us out. Still, my membership is easily paid for every year in just gas alone, among many other things where they just can't be denied. This location in Apex, definitely not my home location, and I'm going to go ahead and be very thankful for that. I happened to be in the area on my way back to the Triad and needed gas, which turned into a WHOLE THING. This was a Saturday, and yeah, Costco on a Saturday is generally very busy. Expected. But this place was total gridlock. You could not move in certain spots, because traffic is not effectively funneled onto any kind of main thoroughfare through the parking lot. Whoever designed this parking lot needs to be forced to exist in it and instantly regret all their choices. The Costco gas station, is at the epicenter of the nonsense, and that makes it even worse of a problem. All told, I would have happily paid 30 cents a gallon more at any other gas station on my route. I didn't know this would be nearly a half hour detour. Not a mistake I'll make again. There has to be a way to improve this situation.

Big retailers and smaller businesses as well as many services can be found here. Plenty of parking. The Morrisville Smart Shuttle stops here if not driving. Pretty large in size but not too big to explore. The Deets: Park West Village has been around for a few years here in Morrisville and is a vast sprawling complex, located in the area between Morrisville Parkway and Cary Parkway along Chapel Hill Rd. Within its many roundabout traffic circle-accessible areas and multiple buildings, one can find many good restaurants & eateries, large retailers (Target, TJ Maxx, PetSmart, Bath & Body Works, Trader Joe's, multiple others), banking institutions, electronic/gaming shops, craft shops, phone stores, health & beauty stops, home furnishing stores, and other places to shop. It also has residential as well as retail spaces, even a movie theater. If it would be any bigger it would be a challenge to walk around but I think it just hit the sweet spot between having multiple good shopping/services that's walkable and being too big to get around. The Morrisville Smart Shuttle (town provided free transportation service) even has stops there if you don't feel like battling traffic or parking, but they do provide plenty of parking if you do drive. I like this shopping center for what it offers and accessibility, I'm here frequently because of it.

Park West Village features a unique mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. It literally has everything for you, whether you live there or not - all kinds of apparel, crafts, eateries, education, electronics, fitness, general merchandise, health and beauty, home furnishings, pet supplies, services, shoes, specialty, sporting goods stores, etc. I want to walk into every store! For example Piada Italian Street Food is one restaurant that caught my eye tonight - if I hadn't already eaten dinner I would have liked to try one of their unique piadas that they hand-roll in front of you, or one of their salad or pasta bowls. As a shopping area, Park West Village is a lively, great place to hang out, take a stroll, and/or socialize with family and friends or visit on your own! The plaza looks shiny new and modern and is very clean and well-maintained. As a residential area, each of its THREE different neighborhoods is also loaded with the nicest amenities. They have, for example, swimming pools and brand new playgrounds! They all look so modern shiny and new and enjoyable to live in. Park West Village really is a lifestyle! In addition, Park West Village hosts events every day - they often have live music and good food at Open Mic Nights or at Acoustic Nights on Fridays - it can get very lively there! They also have an upcoming fall festival as well as Winter Wonderland. There are so many activities and things to see, buy, eat, explore at Park West Village - I would definitely recommend enjoying quality time there!!!
