I stumbled upon Rack Room while searching for a new pair of athletic shoes. They carry a nice selection of New Balance and Nike. They also have a sweet daily BOGO deal where you can always score two pairs of shoes. I needed to return a pair that didn't fit me and Briar Creek is closest to home. They staff member helped quickly with my return and issued me a store credit gift card. I purchased a leopard print Alta pair of Nike which is there Air Force 1 style with a chunky platform. This location has a lot of sizes and selection for sneakers but not the high end brands I need for dressy shoes and sandals. I will be back again for athletic summer footwear.

I was relieved when I learned of the new location. Upon arrival I scored a metered parking spot right across from the entrance. Staff greeted us and there were no lines. I gave the sales associate my barcode for the return and she found the right size and my daughter tried them on. We checked out in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the checkout line was a bit of a wait, about 20 to 30 minutes, since only one staff member was working the register for most of that time. Thankfully, another associate eventually came to help speed things up. My cashier was friendly, patient, and even reminded me to apply my coupons before completing my purchase, which I appreciated.
