I arrived at 4:15 pm and the store was closed. Not only had I wasted a trip, I couldn't give the gift I purchased because the recipient was going out of town on Saturday. When I went in today I was told they were closed for the holiday and I said I came in Friday, which she then told me they were closed Friday. That's actually impossible because the receipt says July 3, 2026 and pick up 1:45. They're happy to take your money but don't stay true to their hours. There was no mention of closing early, no sign on the window/door. Just be careful because the only refund they offer is a store credit! Had they contacted me, I might have been able to make it up there by 2pm. Unfortunately this is just BAD customer service.

This is the only store I dragged by four year old to on Black Friday and it was well worth placating him with donuts and repeatedly saying please don't touch anything, to take advantage of those sales! I often get compliments on the pieces I've picked up from here. I think because they are pretty unique it's not the same stuff you'll see at every other boutique around town. I like their Kut Jeans, so many beautiful dresses from Buddy Love, they also have a lot of pieces from the Spanx line. The clothes are very high quality and you will pay for the quality. Because of that, I initially thought I would be getting one or two "special" shirts to add to my wardrobe. But then I found these were the only two shirts I wore. They were comfortable, great patterns, a modern fit, and went well with a wide variety of other pants, sweaters, jackets, etc. (The staff are wonderful at suggesting ways to get multiple looks or outfits out of a few pieces, making things much more economical.)
