I purchased a California state pendant and it became severely tarnished. Moon and Lola offered to replate it which I appreciated. However, it only looked somewhat better when it was returned to me and it quickly became severely tarnished again. I have reached out to their customer service team several times over the past few weeks and have had no response. The chat function on the website does not seem to work either.

Such a cute boutique for small bedroom decor and lots of jewelry to see. Beautiful earrings and necklaces. Make your own charm bracelet with a great charm assortment. Also feel good quotes for gifts. I love shopping here for any girlie girl I need a gift for. Great location in down town Apex.

This jewelry store is so cute it's a girls dream space. Pink and white ! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The jewelry prices are on the higher end but that's because everything is made by hand and made here in Apex . I picked up a pair of silver hoops and I absolutely love them! I will definitely be back to support

Horrible customer service! Won't reply to emails or social media messages about an order I placed! I would give zero stars if I could

Cutsie gift shop. The name is British (meaning six pennies) but the shop is filled with tons of…read morelocally and American-made gifts (some also made elsewhere). There are soaps, candles, hand salve, charcuterie and cheese boards, children's books and toys, earrings, greeting cards, candy, linen spray, towels, a book about how valuable teachers are (that brought my mom and I nearly to tears) and handmade stained glass pieces. It's so cutie and welcoming. My son was happily playing with a block display (made to play with). We bought the blocks, a book about an old woman who swallowed a fly, a tempura paint marker set, earrings, and two boards as gifts. It was quite a haul. Small businesses are important and vital in our communities. We are so glad to pop in. I can safely say that nothing is the shop costs six pennies!

Whatever you need -- ornaments, santa statues, potpourri, candles -- you'll probably find it here. It's almost overwhelming when you first walk in and see all the rooms of this converted house each filled with beautiful items to decorate your home. Although the predominant theme is seasonal as is expected given the time of year, Sixpence also carries plenty of items that have no season: wind chimes, clocks, fragrant oils, general knickknacks including an extraordinary clock with a turn of the century look. At least one of the two people working on the day I was there must have been an owner as she was able to talk at length on each item and when the next shipment was due, but both went out of their way to make every guest who walked in, feel welcome. Both seemed proud of the store and it showed in their easy and down-to-earth interactions with their customers. I look forward to visiting this place again, if only to see if the seasonal slant of the merchandise gives way to the more timeless.

The Perfect Piece is nicely tucked away in an old bank at the base of downtown Cary. (This makes…read morefor a particularly fun excursion through the store as you look to see how much of the old bank is still intact. For instance the vault is now a cool little room) Lucky for you! they have a parking lot, so you don't have to worry about the parking hassle that downtown Cary can be! The sign on the door describes this place well! It says "Upscale Furniture, consignment, and Home Decor" and Vendor Booths. I would say this is the kind of store that falls on my "want" list. (Places like grocery stores are need places, b/c you actually need their stuff. Want stores are the places that you buy things merely b/c you want them.) If you are looking for something to decorate with this is the place to come. It does not matter your style, be it modern, eclectic, shabby chic, old country home, prissy, laid back, manly or fru fru, they have it all. It can be a little overwhelming to be in this place b/c there is SOOOOOOOOOOO much here, but it is defiantly worth hunting through. They not only carry home decor, but jewelry and accessories, such as sunglasses scarves and handbags. It's fun to walk through and see the different personalities of the booth owners as you walk through and see how they have decorated. Some of the items are new, some are used, and some are consignment. There is no real distinction between the categories and the store is a mish mash of it all. Some things were bargain priced while somethings were just pricey. You just have to play the, is it that cute? game. Example: The hubbie and i were in a glasses store earlier today and they had some designer glasses for $350, they were cute, but not $350 cute. then when we came to the Perfect Piece we found a pair of glasses that had a similar design without the designer price tag for $13 and i thought to myself, now those are $13 cute! so i got them. So next time you're up for redecorating, or you're looking for that something, but you just don't know what it is go here! Their stock is always changing, in fact while we were there we saw pieces coming and going. Staff are super friendly and help if you are looking for something. One thing to note, just in case you decide to buy someone a gift here, they have a no refund policy. So if you buy it, you better be sure you like it! Happy shopping!

I guess that's where the name "The Doodling Bug" makes sense. The Doodling Bug is a tiny shop of creative, tangible doodles by NC locals. The home decor things like hand painted signs are equal parts funny and serious; the t-shirts celebrate NC; the hand-knit hats, scarves, slippers and baby sweaters, are cute and soft. There's a limited selection of jewelry, a nice change of pace from other like stores; and the body lotions and scrubs are in not-so-common scents. The chalkboard, which I didn't see right away buried as it was amongst all the other wall art, is a nice gift for celebrating doodling -- classic style. The Doodling Bug is a good stop if finding a gift from local creative people is a gift preference for you.
