My engagement ring has an unusual shape and Lily came up with a fabulous idea for a wedding band jacket during an initial consult. They gave me a quote and a computer model and kept tweaking it until it was exactly what I wanted. The ring was complete on-time and is stunning. They've made a piece that looks like it belongs with the engagement ring. I also have to specifically call out Taylor. The most amazing part of my wedding band is the incredible hand engraving running around the top of the bands. Taylor does INCREDIBLE, unique hand engraving. It's art. I cannot believe my luck that I get to wear his gorgeous work on my hand for the rest of my life. The location is in the middle of town. The prices of some goods are the same of what you find in the stores they come from. I'm not sure how people buy the items thinking they are getting a deal. I saw used musical instruments and gaming consoles going for the price brand new one were. Sad to say, I stopped by on a search for a new piano. After lurking around the store for about 15 minutes, I can honestly say out of at least 9 people working not one person greeted me throughout my searching experience. No one asked if they could help me or nothing. And no, out of 9 employees at least 3 were standing around talking to one another. Oh well... maybe next time.

They offer a huge selection of settings and will happily do custom work as well. We worked with Keith and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, available, flexible, and not at all pushy. We purchased the center stone separately and he even helped guide us in that selection (even though it was not through them). We bothered Keith a lot over the details and he was always friendly and never pressured or rushed us. In the end the ring came out beautiful and the turn around was SUPER fast, it was ready a couple days early and the price came out lower than quoted! On top of all that they were able to salvage the old setting for us (which was my mother-in-law to-be's engagement ring) rather than grind it to shreds while they removed the stones for reuse. Deco Raleigh is an upscale gift shop with curated gifts. I thought the store was a good size and bigger than it appeared from the street. But the aisles were a little narrow in places. The store carries work from over 100 North Carolinian artisans. Inside, there is pottery, artwork, jewelry, textiles, apparel, home decor, puzzles, books, cards, and other unique finds. The store carries the "Raleigh" and "North Carolina" themed items. You'll also find some gourmet food items. The custom wrapping station makes things so convenient.
