Brian and Lily were absolutely amazing to work with!! They go out of their way to ensure that the customer is thrilled with the final piece. I have worked with other custom jewelry designers before, but have never experienced the level of detail and the quality of customer service that Booth Custom Jewelers provides. I had a family heirloom engagement ring that I wanted to use as my own engagement ring, and so asked them to craft a matching wedding band to go with the engagement ring. They recreated a complicated etching pattern directly from the engagement band onto the wedding band and added some small diamonds. Their craftsmanship was SUPERB! The two rings looked like a matched set, and you would never know that the engagement ring was over 100 years older than the wedding band. The rings look absolutely stunning together!! Their prices are very reasonable considering that it is custom work, and for the quality of the pieces they produce, they could charge quite a bit more. They are also extremely creative in helping the customer to problem-solve when designing in order to achieve the customer's desires and stay within the customer's budget. I had an amazing experience working with Brian and Lily. When my husband and I got engaged, he wanted my ring to be unique and meaningful and not from a chain store. I looked online a lot and in some other stores, and in the end we determined Brian and Lily would design a ring for me. I was able to participate in the design process, which was surprisingly fast. What could have potentially been an intimidating or burdensome process was really enjoyable and easy. Brian and Lily made terrific suggestions, held my hand through the process, and were never pushy. They were attentive and did a great job accommodating my often-busy schedule. It is clear that jewelry making and pleasing their customers is a passion for them, not just a way to make money. In the end I had a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. And although I thought I knew what it would look like, the final result took my breath away. Brian and Lily are amazing!!! I rarely write reviews for anything, but after my experience, I couldn't pass it up. They really listened to everything I was hoping for and exceeded all expectations. My wedding band was originally custom made to match up with my engagement ring. Without going into too much detail, I was told by other jewelers that the changes I wanted to be made couldn't be done without basically starting from scratch and redoing the whole thing. So I was prepared to do that when I initially visited Lily and Brian. Magically though, Brian worked wonders on my already existing wedding band and I ended up with EXACTLY what I was hoping for!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and Lily and of course my engagement ring! Our initial meeting was wonderful where I had a chance to explain my style and what was most important to me (dainty band, 2 carat center stone, etc.). They made us feel comfortable, taught us a lot about diamonds, listened to everything we said, asked questions, and explained everything. What more could you want! The initial concept changed after viewing a few diamonds. I originally wanted a rose cut but they just weren't what we expected in terms of size. So, Brian and Lily found a gorgeous 2.1 carat round diamond and my fiancee took it from there. The setting makes it look like a cushion cut which makes the ring so unique! Throughout the entire process, both of them were incredibly nice and easy to work with. They are extremely honest and straightforward in their price assessments (they never run over their estimates) and they were very creative in helping me to stay within my budget. They are also extremely good at what they do and the jewelry that they make is really amazing. I could not be more happy with the engagement ring they made (more importantly, my girlfriend-now-fiance could not be more happy with it). They had great suggestions and patience. Once I approved the ring, Brian worked with my fiancé/husband to finish the process.
