Very nice professional done store with a good selection of reasonably priced items. Store is extremely accessible and accommodating; however, they could use some chairs for folks that are accompaning the shoppers. Overall a great experience and I am sure I will be back. read more

I visited around 11:30 AM on a Monday to pick up an online order. Using the Kohl's app made the process super easy. I located my item without any issues. While in the app, I noticed I had a $10 coupon with no minimum purchase required, so I decided to buy something else. I always appreciate Kohl's for their great deals! Unfortunately, the checkout line was a bit of a wait, about 20 to 30 minutes, since only one staff member was working the register for most of that time. Thankfully, another associate eventually came to help speed things up. My cashier was friendly, patient, and even reminded me to apply my coupons before completing my purchase, which I appreciated. I had a fairly positive experience, there was just a huge delay at the checkout. read more

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 4 Decor/ambiance: 4 Customer Service: na Never stepped foot into a Kohl s until last week. MAN.. i don't really know what to think lol. I swung through as this location stays open late (11pm on some nights). I was searching for a gift for a baby shower and also looking for home decor. This location is located in the middle of Brier Creek and its super clean on the inside. As soon as you walk in you are smacked with products so it seems kinda crowded. I walked the entire place and not one employee spoke so i can't rate the customer service :( They offer alot of products but the pricing didn't seem to be stellar - in my opinion. Maybe i went on a bad night. I'll try and give Kohls (this locations) another try one day. read more

If you know Kohl's, you know they offer mostly reasonable clothing and a wide selection. We've gotten clothes, shoes, underwear, sleepware, activewear, home goods and kitchen goods here. They are at the mercy of other shoppers, so sometimes not everything is put back neatly. They do have plenty of coupons and Kohl's cash, which usually keeps us coming back. The lines can back up sometimes depending on how many checkout lines are open, but they mostly move quickly. This location seems busier than the one in Brier Creek in Raleigh (at least when we visited) and their selection is comparable. There is also a dropoff area for Amazon returns. read more

Kohl's has never been a store that I go to. I didn't really know what kind of store it was--what they sold. What do you think drew me here on a Saturday afternoon? AMAZON I received an Amazon delivery that I needed to return. Having heard that Kohls was now a return center. I took my unwanted items to Kohls. I walked straight towards Customer Service area to the right. Right before you get there, you will see a stand alone cart with signage for Amazon Returns. The Kohl's agent scanned my Amazon documentation, took my unpackaged items and gave me a receipt for the return which included a 25% Kohl's coupon. It was an easy transaction. Almost immediately, Amazon issued the return crediting my original form of payment. Excellent! No repackaging, no taping, and no printing mailing slips. What do you think happened next? I returned 2 days later and made a purchase using the 25% off coupon. It's a WIN for Amazon, a WIN for Kohl's and a WIN for me !!! I may find another reason the go back to Kohl's. read more

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I've always loved shopping at Kohl's for the deals and they've always done their best to fix problems and make things right but I recently moved to Raleigh and this is the closest one to my house but I will not be returning. They were extremely rude and did not make any attempt at helping fix the problem I had. Also Kohl's in general is great for buying but awful for returning. Ordered kids sneakers for pickup because we needed them for practice at the end of the week. Drove all the way out to Brier Creek on a dark rainy Sunday night with an under-the-weather child who needed dinner. Slow service, then one fiasco after another. Nearly sent us home with two right shoes, had no replacements in stock, and I can't even list the rest. Customer service couldn't follow through on their own solutions, and there really weren't any appropriate ones that I could think of being put on the spot with my family waiting and still needing dinner and a child not feeling well. Agent at counter became argumentative, passive aggressively snarking to manager over the walkie talkie as though I weren't standing right there. Left without shoes, discount, coupon, anything. And may have used up coupon I'd used for nothing. Shoes were not cheap, even with the discount. Regret coming here; this was our first and will be our last experience with Kohl's department stores. read more

I have always liked Kohl's, they have pretty good deals and you get cash back coupons again. We bought all of our Calphalon cookware, bedding, pillows, towels and many rugs there. We have also bought many clothing there for us and our grandchildren. I have never had a problem returning items. The only problem is that their higher quality design clothing are not discounted enough for me to buy whole outfits. But that is also most stores also. read more

I went here recently to look for workout/yoga capris/shorts. I unfortunately had to look in a number of departments to look at options, but they did have quite a number of options available. I was able to easily find a dressing room to try my selected items. I have shopped at Kohls for years and love their customer service. However, I have been very disappointed. I have a disability and can't wear the mask. I went in once and was asked about a mask. I said I have a disability and the lady was so rude. When we went to the cash register to check out the lady was rude and walked away. Thankfully, a nice guy took us. The second time I went in we grabbed what we wanted and went to check out. The cashier who was the same before was so rude. Thankfully, a nice lady took us. The cashier who was rude said I don't care what your disability is. She said, " you want to fight me." NC has exceptions to the mask especially if you have a disability. I highly encourage managers to train their staff on mask exceptions and handling of people with disabilities! read more

In my last two visits I have spent over $3,000 buying school clothes for my children and new clothes for myself. Today I was waited on by Lena. She never made eye contact with me and never acknowledged that I was even in line. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was very cold and seemingly uninterested in the fact that I was a customer. I love Kohl's and I shop here all the time. I buy all of my clothes, and my kids clothes here. I seriously drop thousands of dollars a year at Kohl's period I don't think it's too much to ask for someone to at least make eye contact and smile at you. read more

I spent 2 hours shopping at the Kohl's Brier Creek in Raleigh this evening only to have my Kohl's cash vouchers denied. The store claimed that the vouchers were used at another store in another state! The vouchers were in my possession 100% of the time since I received them at the Brier Creek Kohl's less then one week ago! The store manager said that there was nothing that she could do. I will NEVER SHIP at Kohl's again! read more
