Great sales and deals. They also give military discounts. The only thing was the check out line. It was 2 cashiers and a long line that was outside of the checkout ropes and through the clothes. I almost put my items back. I counted at least 6 employees folding clothes, standing, or casually talking to other coworkers. They could have pulled 3 employees to the registers to get the lines down and return to whatever they were doing. Ty was awesome. Pleasant personality. She had a smile on her face and asked if we were a Nike member so she could scan the code in our app. Yes, I would return.

After almost 14 years in my house, I made the decision to update my kitchen. During the planning…read morephase, I visited numerous granite distributors to get to know different types of granite. At my first distributor, I discovered River White granite and really wanted it leathered; the leathering is done at the quarry before it goes to the distributors. The company I started with didn't have any in stock and really made no effort to help me find some (despite having multiple locations in their business. I arrived at Francini on President's Day and was immediately greeted by James. I told him what I was looking for and said he didn't have any in stock, but he offered me some alternatives that are from the same quarry as River White called Thunder White (in addition to exploring their HUGE site). He showed me a few options that were good, but not exactly what I wanted to enhance my kitchen. James chatted with me to understand exactly what I wanted (white/bright) and said he would be in touch. The NEXT morning, I had an email from James stating he had just approved a container of 49 slabs of Thunder White with a photo that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. It was much better than anything I had seen in all of my distributor visits. James had 14 slabs leathered from the container, so I could select exactly what I wanted. James kept in touch throughout the entire process (and even after) to keep me in the loop and know the current status and ETA for my granite (it takes time to get from the quarry in India to the US). When the slabs finally arrived, James let me know as soon as they were ready for me to come out to select the slabs for my kitchen. While I was there, I opted to double check to make sure I didn't want the polished version of these slabs, but I stuck with leathered because it just made me smile! Besides being helpful and accommodating, James went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have been telling people about James and Francini since the day I went to visit because I have been so pleased with the entire experience. I would suggest Francini (and James) to anyone who is looking to upgrade to Granite/Marble.

Although, it was an older treadmill it was working fine! The first thing they did was break a belt after they opened it. Then told us it would be $40+ to replace (although, they broke it!). We agreed to get the belt replaced. When we called to find out when they would be back to fix what they had broken- they weren't even aware they were supposed to be back. After my husband explained the situation, they ordered the belt and a couple of weeks later showed up to replace the belt. Unfortunately this time they blew up the PCBA (the board). So, after $182.00 and a lot of headaches. We went from a working treadmill to have to pay to trash it. Very sad! Very disappointing! **I Disagree with some of your techs untrue comments. Yes, the treadmill was 11 years old. but, it was working FINE! Also after they broke it, they recommended for us to fix i- and we decided not to. In fact my husband called when they were there (both times).

But some products you know are disposable or wear out quickly so you might want to stock up and buy a few. Well I have been on the search for USB cables for my cell phone. That way I can have several for when I need to charge. I don't want to pay $8 at Best Buy, and you can't beat $1 each. After buying a few months ago, and loosing a couple I was in search again. I stopped by several Dollar Tree stores in my search to find the elusive product. I found them at this store, and the store is not the largest in Raleigh, but it is a decent size. They had plenty of merchandise, but could have straightened it up some. I guess it was hard for them to do that since they only had 2 people working in the store and they were both on the registers. I would visit this store again if I needed more product in the future.
