The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. My phone had suddenly shut off the night before with 40% battery life, so I thought it just needed a new battery. Michael replaced the battery and the phone still did not work. He then suggested what he thought the problem is, and recommended that no repair be done because the phone is too old to make it worthwhile.
