Horrible service, changed to Mount Palomar and never looked back. His customer service is lower than one star.

What a disappointment. Beautiful store in a great location, lots of product on the shelves... Feels…read moreextremely sterile because you can't take anything off the wall without having a salesperson hovering over you. Definitely not like how Verizon stores used to be. But what was really disappointing was I have a business account and I've had a ton of trouble with transferring information from my old phone to my new phone that was replaced under warranty. I spoke to Verizon over the phone and they told me to come into the store, where the person here can help me and when we were done they would take the unit and ship it back in the pre-stamped FedEx box. When I explained what I was here for, the salesman seemed disappointed that I wasn't there to buy things.. I'm assuming they work on commission. And just completely gave off the attitude that they had no interest in doing anything. So they walked to the back to go ask their manager and of course the manager had no interest coming out front. When the sales been walked back out to talk to me. He told me I just have to ship the box back and there really wasn't anything else they can do. Not a huge issue with shipping the box back through FedEx, but just the whole vibe with feeling like if they are not making sales then they don't want to help Was really off-putting. I have a business account with many phones and this type of scenario where it should have been an easy customer service win that shows me why I choose to pay more for Verizon services than other cell carriers is worth it.. ended up just souring me. Good chance when my contract's up here in a couple months we're leaving. Real. Bummer.

Few people in front of me when I arrived but was still pretty fast. The staff was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. I was in and out in about 20 minutes including the wait time. They had what I wanted in stock and I was able to get it setup quickly. I've had Verizon about 20 years because the service level has always been high. I just wish they'd have a more competitive price on services. I've tried another service once, BIG mistake as the cellular availability and connectivity was a joke. Guess that's why Verizon charges more lol!

Their team quickly diagnosed the issue, found that the problem was with our Google router, and replaced it with their own equipment at no charge. Everything was fixed in less than an hour! Aerosurf's customer service is absolutely outstanding--truly the best I've ever experienced. Their team is professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. In December 2023 a representative called asking for an updated card to process payment. I obliged and gave my new card info. Representative did not ask or advise that he was running my card for $700 a week before Christmas. When I called back after seeing the charge I spoke with the owner/manager he seemed minimally sympathetic that they stole Christmas right away from my family and I. They had not charged me the previous 7 months because my card expired. He put it back on me that they couldn't get ahold of me which is funny because I answered when they called me for the updated card. He did offer to give us 3 free months though, I struggled to decide if I should put the free internet under my Christmas tree or as a stocking stuffer. In January I came home to no internet. Upon calling I was advised it had been cancelled due to no payment. I yanked all the equipment off my house, they are still charging my card monthly 5 months later. This company is a nightmare!
