Today our internet went down at our Subway in French Valley, and we suddenly couldn't run our point-of-sale system or accept any credit card payments. We called Aerosurf, and they immediately came out to help. Their team quickly diagnosed the issue, found that the problem was with our Google router, and replaced it with their own equipment at no charge. Everything was fixed in less than an hour! We "had" aerosurf for 7 years. The actual internet service was great. Customer service is my reason for a 1 star review and breaking up our relationship. In December 2023 a representative called asking for an updated card to process payment. I obliged and gave my new card info. Representative did not ask or advise that he was running my card for $700 a week before Christmas. When I called back after seeing the charge I spoke with the owner/manager he seemed minimally sympathetic that they stole Christmas right away from my family and I. They had not charged me the previous 7 months because my card expired. He put it back on me that they couldn't get ahold of me which is funny because I answered when they called me for the updated card. He did offer to give us 3 free months though, I struggled to decide if I should put the free internet under my Christmas tree or as a stocking stuffer. In January I came home to no internet. Upon calling I was advised it had been cancelled due to no payment. I yanked all the equipment off my house, they are still charging my card monthly 5 months later. We have been with Aerosurf for three years. During that time, I have contacted them twice. Both times, the customer service is impeccable. The person answering the phone is the person who helps with the issue you are having. They are local. They are helpful. Recently, Our internet slowed down considerably. Jason took our calls. Giving us troubleshooting suggestions to try. (all along, he knew and was aware from his side that the problem was not with his service) He patiently walked us through things and his suggestions fixed our problem. This type of customer service is unheard of!! I would give him a ten star shout out if I could. Their company handles wifi, internet and tv. They are reasonably priced too!! Relatively reliable internet, but they lock you into a 2yr contract. They know competition like Starlink are coming to town, so they will try to screw you for at least 2 years. Their days are numbered and they know it. Buyer beware. read more

We have used Aerosurf for several years now with FAR less downtime than our previous satellite provider and WAY better speeds! We have zero issues with internet speed and we work from home. The contract is typical for an ISP. read more

De Luz has few providers that seem to work in some areas but in most all fail miserably. Old lines, not sure, but after dozens of service calls and countless HOURS on the phone with Frontier we switched to Aerosurf 6 months ago and NOT ONE drop since then. Finally I can work remotely reliably. Aerosurf also answers the phone with a live person (not the voice mail maize with Frontier) , wonderful experience worth much more than they charge (if you absolutely need reliable internet in DeLuz). read more

These guys are horrible!! I cancelled service and they keep billing and will not do anything about it. I am working with my bank to get the funds credited!! They over charge for internet services, I found another company who offers faster and less expensive services and cancelled Aerosurf. Now I am fighting with them to get refunded for unauthorized transactions on my account where they have billed my bank account after I cancelled. AWFUL!! . read more

I have this company for over one and half year and I can't say anything good about it. Along with poor customer service, unfriendly staff, we experience frequent service interruptions and low speeds. Be careful of empty promises and false claims. read more

I was with Areosurf for two years and recently switched providers. The customer service was not great and the connection was inconsistent. It was better than DSL, but there are much better wireless providers in the area; better customer service, better connections and plans. read more

This concerns the review by Robert in Pala. I also live in Pala and have had Aerosurf internet service since 2010. I have a high speed of 50/45 mb to a low of 10/5 mb. The speed is usually in the 25/20 mb range, which exceeds the speed of the service plan I purchased. I have worked in telecommunications designing and testing new radios for the military for 35 years and am an expert in the subject.. I have talked with the people that came out to install and last year replace with a newer model the transceiver on my roof and find them very knowledgeable in the work they do. They test the speed of the connection with their laptop when they are done to assure the connection has the correct speed. If your connection is 1mb to your router on the same connection where the verified it is working at say 10/10 mb then it is your equipment that is the problem. They must have given you an idea of your router as the first place to start your troubleshooting. I suggest you do that. Also, did you simply connect the incomming cable to one of your computers and check the speed that way? To trash Aerosurf because they told you your router is probably the cause reflects more on the kind of person you are and less on Aerosurf. If I had done the installation and validated it with my laptop, I would avoid your calls and emails also as to keep sending repair crews out to verify the installation with my laptop is irritable and a waste of time and money. I suggest you spend more time figuring out what is wrong with your system and less time trashing Aerosurf. read more

We just moved into a new place in deep wine country Temecula that is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Our house was setup under Southern California Telephone. What a nightmare! We run an internet based business so having a good working signal is imperative to our business. Our internet was so glitchy and slow we couldn't even load web pages. We even had the "highest speed" package. We called over and over and over to customer service but not once did anyone come out to check to see what was the problem. After weeks of being ignored and false promises we had enough of their terrible customer service. Thank god for Aerosurf! We've had Aerosurf before this and they have been the best! We called Aerosurf in hopes that they serviced our area and they did. We immediately made the switch over and they have gone above and beyond to get our internet up and running. They personally came out 3 times to ensure that we got the best and fastest signal in our area. They didn't leave us hanging and didn't leave until we had fast working internet service. I'm not one to write many reviews but they definitely deserve 5 stars and I will be recommending them to all of my neighbors. read more

We have had Aerosurf for few months and I am not happy with their services. We live in Temecula wine country. During this period we had 4-5 times outages. The company never takes responsibility and they can be extremely rude. They blame the router most of the time. We have replaced the router and we still have issues on and off. I talked to the owner several times when we had issues and he is very short tempered when you bring a problem to him. They treat you in such that you have no choice to stay with them. We signed a two-year contract and I would tell everyone stay away from these guys. read more

Well, I have no choice but to only give it one star as I called to set up service (more than once), and nobody ever called back! Instead of being able to speak with a rep, you have to leave a message on what sounds like a circa 1980's answering machine. And you can't sign up for service via their web site, which is odd for an internet provider company. If it's this much trouble to get the service, I can only imagine how much trouble it would be to get tech support. Unfortunately our house is in a remote area of Temecula so we have few choices, but I guess we'll try satellite. read more
