I took the phone back to the store, but the owner wasn't there. I explained everything to the sales associate, and he told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't guarantee the phone would work properly after the repair. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I then requested that they reinstall my original screen, and they did--but they still refused to refund my money. The customer service was also disappointing. While they weren't disrespectful to me personally, I watched them argue with and speak very disrespectfully to an elderly woman who was trying to get help. It was completely unprofessional. I would not waste my time or my money at this business. I highly recommend going directly to Apple instead, which is exactly what I did.
