I'm very particular with things like this so I didn't want to go to just any store to replace my cracked screen. I asked around to see who the most professional guys in my area are and all 4 of my friends mentioned Dr. iPhone and no one else. I took their advice and I was glad I did. Went in and handed my phone to guys, they told me in 25 min. I hung out on the couch, watched a show on Netflix and had a drink they offered and before I knew it I was outta there with a perfectly new working screen. I would definitely recommend Dr. iPhone to all my friends and fellow yelpers.

When Carlos found out that I was having trouble coming back to the store because I didn't have childcare, he went above and beyond and offered a mobile pickup and drop-off service. Everything was handled professionally, and Carlos genuinely cared about making sure the issue was resolved. I'm very grateful for his kindness and outstanding service. I needed a quick repair and this store (Robert) took advantage of that. I was charged $307 for a $30 poor quality phone screen. The screen that was installed was installed incorrectly and it was of extremely poor quality. I went back about two weeks later to get a new phone screen under warranty (30 days) because my phone was overheating and swelling. They looked at my phone and they told me that they replaced the screen and nothing was wrong. A week later I my phone was still swelling and burning my hands when I would charge it. I went to another phone repair shop and they told me that the screen that was installed was the lowest quality one available and the keyboard did not they told me that there was a film that should have been removed causing it to overheat. So they are overcharging for cheap phone screens and can't install them properly. in addition to all of this, I got a terrible gut feeling that they were storing the data on my phone to use for malicious intent.
