The owners are amazing people and I love to support local businesses like this one. They have drink specials and bourbon nights. Some of the bartenders are relatively inexperienced so every once in a while you'll get some really slow service, but I don't mind. Grab your friend and a seat and chill with a beverage and a nice night. Bring your dog and sit at a patio table outside and come for live music in the summer! Lots of great stuff happening here.

I have a flair for the dramatics and not once was I told "no" or "we can't do that." I had a vision and the team truly brought it to life. I cannot tell you how important it is to hire vendors who love their job, and truly care. That is what you get at the Redmoor. A team so closely knit and proud of what they do. The Redmoor is an incredibly special place full of history and good vibes. We filled the space with strings, a live band, and burlesque. It was magical! I am telling you from the bottom of my heart that there is no other place that could've executed my wedding day as perfectly. Shoutout to David for being my personal attendant the entire wedding and always making sure I was hydrated and looked after! That was the nicest service!! As for the details, let's start with the food. When they say "scratch kitchen" they mean it. Myself and several guests are vegan and vegetarian, and when I brought this up initially, I was treated with no huff or sort of annoyance. Instead, Jennifer assured me that they make great vegan food and it won't be a problem at all. They weren't kidding. Half of our wedding food was vegan. Our guests didn't even know. I can't tell you how many people had the vegan Ceasar salad and meatballs and never knew they were plant based. The chefs absolutely slayed every dish. Do you know how many weddings I've been to that the food was terrible? Cold? Overcooked? Bland? Not at the Redmoor!!! Our guests were stuffed and still went back for more. Pro tip: get the Buffalo chicken egg rolls. Get more than you think you need. You will eat 4 to yourself. The bar was seamless and drinks were always perfect. I even sent in a custom cocktail list for them and Jennifer said she'd make it happen. She even found little umbrellas to put in my husbands drinks because I mentioned an inside joke that he will always order the cocktail that has an umbrella. This area can be separated from the next room, which is bigger and seems like it can be customized for different events. For this event there were a bunch of eight foot tables for the breweries. There are also a bunch of garage door style windows that can be opened to create an indoor/outdoor kind of feel to the space. Outside there is a large area where there was a stage with live music and food trucks were able to pull in as vendors. Overall the event space lent perfectly to the Craft Beer Festival and could be easily adapted for other events. It also can accommodate a variety of group sizes. We had a great time at the venue and will definitely attend future events here and if I was from the area it would be a great venue to consider hosting events as well.

The servers never came back to check on us again and we pressed the "food/drink service" button many times to no avail. We went to the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to be told that the server would be over shortly. This took another 10 minutes. This happened on BOTH of our occasions of ordering. We then split the checks and left. They "weren't able" to give us receipts either when our bills seemed absurdly high ($400 for 5 people in 1 hour). Later, we found they charged us once more for some other ghost charge we never figured out. We tried to call the next day to again ask for a receipt or itemize the charges for us but they told us they were "too busy" (11am on a Saturday doesn't sound like a busy time either). We called again later with no answer. We left it at that and took our losses. Obviously, we hated our experience. Please do better. I haven't had an experience like this in Cincinnati in my 4 years of living here.
