There were a ton of staff and photographers helping out which made the night great and super fun to celebrate. When I got in there were at least three people helping out at the front doors to make sure the line wasn't too long to get in. There was also a nice coat check which made it super easy. There's less room to move around, and the acts are on an arguably different scale, but it's easier to access resources like the bar and the bathrooms, and the smaller space means it's easier to find a good vantage point.

The Liberty Collective is one of the best casual hangouts in Liberty Township--a place that…read moregenuinely works for friends, families, and all ages. The complex is large, lively, and designed for groups, with both indoor and outdoor seating that makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. Billed as both an entertainment and dining destination, the Collective offers five different restaurant options, covering everything from burgers, wings, burritos, hibachi‑style bowls, fried chicken, salads, and pizzas. Dessert lovers tend to gravitate toward ice cream at The District, but there's also a shop offering macarons and cupcakes. Everything is ordered counter‑style, and you'll get a text when your food is ready for pickup--simple, efficient, and perfect for a casual night out. We haven't had anything we didn't enjoy, but the burgers are the standout favorites in our group. For adults, there's a bourbon bar and a second bar focused on craft cocktails and beer. And if you're serious about your beverages, there's an entire wall of 30+ self‑serve taps featuring beer, wine, and cocktails. We haven't tried the tap wall yet, but it's a fun option for those who like to explore. Only wish one of the restaurants serving craft beverages, had freshly brewed iced tea. There is iced tea in the soda fountain but it's not the same as fresh. We usually sit outside at the communal tables and watch the kids play sand volleyball or cornhole. One evening they even had karaoke--and true to the family‑friendly vibe, kids were welcome to grab the mic and have their moment. The Collective does enforce a teen curfew; after around 5 p.m., teens need to be accompanied by an adult. With the high school right across the street, it keeps the space manageable and enjoyable for everyone. A casual, local favorite that truly delivers on food, fun, and atmosphere.

Everyone was parking at the High School and walking over. It was good to see our tax dollars being spent on something that helps the community more than educating the kids. We had a reservation and arrived but were not greeted or asked about our reservation at the host stand for at least 20 minutes for no apparent reason. We finally got to our booth in which that wasted time on their end counted into our 90-minute session. We ordered a few drinks which were fine. We played some darts which is very fun and they have such a cool system which we all enjoyed. This is the only reason for not giving a 0/10 rating. The servers never came back to check on us again and we pressed the "food/drink service" button many times to no avail. We went to the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to be told that the server would be over shortly. This took another 10 minutes. This happened on BOTH of our occasions of ordering. We then split the checks and left. They "weren't able" to give us receipts either when our bills seemed absurdly high ($400 for 5 people in 1 hour). Later, we found they charged us once more for some other ghost charge we never figured out. We tried to call the next day to again ask for a receipt or itemize the charges for us but they told us they were "too busy" (11am on a Saturday doesn't sound like a busy time either). We called again later with no answer. We left it at that and took our losses. Obviously, we hated our experience. Please do better. I haven't had an experience like this in Cincinnati in my 4 years of living here.

Drinks are EXPENSIVE, I paid $10.50 for a regular sized can of Braxton Summertrip, a draft beer will cost you $13.50, and a tall can of Bud Light was $12. Parking in the garage for a show will cost you $20, but there's plenty of other cheaper and/or free parking nearby. We had to track someone down to ask about our reservation only to be told their system went down and they weren't doing reservations anymore and we'd have to just wait and see if a table opened up. There was not a chance a table was going to open up. The place was standing room only and a few large groups with kids (this is NOT a kid friendly establishment) took up the bar and multiple tables and the adults had no interest in leaving even though their kids were bored and restless. Side note: there was no advanced notice about their reservation issues, no signs at either door and no one trying direct people and keep order. The decor was a sad attempt to be wizard-ish. The drinks were fair. Nothing particularly fun or inventive. We've been to multiple Harry Potter themed bars and pop-up in the US and UK so we might be a little biased but this experience was just sad. Hard pass.
