They handled everything with patience, professionalism, and great attitudes the entire night. Orders were right, the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and they somehow kept everything organized with a room full of us. I also want to give a shout out to the bussers, food runners, and kitchen staff, because they were clearly working their tails off behind the scenes. Our tables were constantly being cleared, food was coming out quickly, and everything stayed running smoothly all night. I honestly don't know how they managed that many orders and checks in such a short amount of time, but they absolutely crushed it. What meant a lot to me was hearing people in our group -- especially those who had never been there before -- talking about how much they loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food.
