Need hours to be updated. Yelp says they open until 11 but got here at 10 and theyre closed

Absolutely terrible the customer service is so bad. It made me wanna throw up and start a tantrum. The people who work there are rude and disrespectful. Don't know how to be polite and should be fired. This is the worst Winn-Dixie I have ever been to in my life. read more

Omg, they were honestly better before they remodeled! I HATE coming here, but the only reason I do is because it's so close to my house. I noticed that ever since they remodeled this store the customer service has really gone downhill. While the layout is a bit better, I noticed they took a lot of products away. They only ever have two cashiers on duty and if you decide to go to the customer service line-it takes forever! I literally had the customer cashier walk away and start working in another line, no explanation at all. I guess they may have technical issues with PIN numbers or software issues on the computer they need to work out? I don't know. I know before the remodel, they always used to be more staffed. The store was a little raggedy, but at least I would be in and out! The saddest part about this is that I'm writing this whole review from the store. By the time it took to take me to write out this whole review that's how long I've been in line waiting to check out! Then, once I got checked out the cashier said to lady behind me that she'd be right back?! WOW! I wish I was making this up! Smdh!! read more

While everyone is struggling and trying to help eachother out because of covid 19, this winn dixie location took advantage of my disabled mother. They charged full price for several buy 1 get one free products as they charged full price for both, and they did not honor any of The discounts that were advertised. When my mother got home she realised this when she looked her receipt and called them. their response was that they are not doing refunds during this time. My mother was overcharged by about $25 and basically told that its her problem. read more

I went to this Winn Dixie to return an item I had bought from another location because it was closer to where I was staying, when I walked up to the customer service desk she looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience and took my bag of items to return begrudgingly and then noticed they were from another store and I asked if I needed to go back to the other store to return them to which she said no I didn't but it would have been a lot nicer if I did because what if they didn't have that item in stock there. I apologized but the customer service was pretty bad honestly. The girl at the checkout was less than approachable as well. Absolutely horrific! This place never recovered from the pandemic. I've seen brown meat sold at exorbitant prices, I really should have taken a picture. They are doing a great disservice to the low income struggling families who live in the depressed area. Prices are way too high, the personnel are clearly unhappy and they're not to blame. It's a very depressing place. I've been there when there are no cashiers just those self checkout which takes longer than human cashiers. If Winn Dixie wanted to create a dystopian cruel ambiance, they succeeded. I have waited 3 years waiting for this place to improve, alas it never happened. I am praying that they close this store and that ALDIs comes in and buys it. They will fix this problem. I will let them know. Please, do yourself a favor and drive far away for a nice supermarket. This place is clearly discriminating against the low income in the area and selling expensive poison and calling it food. What supermarket doesn't sell turkey sausage? This isn't the best I have visited in Tampa, but definitely not the worst. It was very noisy while I was shopping, with several children running around the store. Security was seeming to not be interested in the loads of children running up and down the isles. Whats the point of having security? On the other hand, prices are always fair at Winn Dixie. Lot of buy one get one free deals on all the great, everyday foods. The fresh meats and produce sections are well organized and are easy to navigate. Not to mention, Redbox always catches my eye on the way out. read more

The selection has gone dramatically down hill in the past few months. Their gluten free options are non existent, produce is lower quality and the selection and variety that used to be a regular feature last year are gone. I've now moved this store from my weekly shop to a place I run into if I need something for dinner.... And I'm usually still disappointed. read more

Not very happy with management. They had their red and green grapes mixed together for $1.99 lb and we didn't know. The manager would not apologize and say it was a mistake on their half and give them to us at that price. He went over and moved the green together and red together. What has happen to good customer service especially if it's not the customer fault? read more

When I first moved to the area, I thought this was the closest Winn Dixie to my home so I frequented this location a lot. The location of the store itself is in a plaza that's a little bit dirty and empty, and there are a lot of people that are just hanging out in the parking lot. When you get into the store, it looks just like any other Winn Dixie, but as you walk around more, you begin to notice a few strange things. The selection in the vegetable section isn't organized in a very logical manner, and it usually takes me a few walk-throughs in order to find what I need. Also, since I'm a vegetarian, I buy a lot of salad, that's usually boxed. I noticed that when I buy from this specific store that the leaves at the bottom are beginning to wilt and create a strange "juice" at the bottom. I usually throw away half the box after 2 days because I haven't eaten it fast enough since it was already wilted when I had to buy it. Additionally, they put out sales items a few days before the sale goes into the computer, so I often have to remind them of the prices they advertised. The sales people are friendly, though. read more
