Soooooo . . . I read y'alls reviews and I'm not sure if y'all were having a bad day or if they were having a bad day but the day I went, it was a great day. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere we wanted, yet they were practicing social distancing. Our server came, took our drink orders and we told him it was our first time. We opted for 15 wings, 3 different styles but we weren't sure about which ones we wanted so he brought us a sample of the sauces so we could decide - we went with the country fried chicken - which is like mini fried chicken, but cooked well. It came with a side sauce but seriously it wasn't needed. We got the jalapeño ranch & Korean sauce, which both had a kick to them and lots of flavor, but seriously it was all delicious. They have TVs on almost every wall so this is a good spot to watch a game or hang out with friends. Like so many fries. They were hot and crispy - we tried waffle and did garlic parmesan. The wings were a good size and cooked nicely. A great place to watch Sunday football and eat delicious wings! We came here for week 1 of the NFL season and loved how many TVs there were. They also label each TV with a number that corresponds to each game, so you can pick the best seat for yourself. Onto the food - wings and tenders are where it's at! Wings are large in size and sauced up with great tasting sauces. Tenders are big and super juicy. For the tenders, I got the regular version which wasn't as crispy as I thought they'd be, so I'd recommend going with one of the premium options like Country style. We also ordered nachos as an appetizer but these can be skipped. They tasted fine but save your stomach for their chicken! Alright so me and my mom went here for my birthday last month January 10th after looking up wing places in Austin and this popped up first with the highest reviews, so we went here. Took us forever to get there because my mom kept making the wrong turn. My mom then ordered fried mushroom which are appetizers and goddamn they were the best appetizers I've ever tasted they were huge(as you can see in the photo) and juicy with a crunch 10/10 will be eating those again. Then I ordered the 10 piece wings sampler and got 5 extra hot wings, and 5 Cajun wings my mom ordered 5 curry and 5 extra hot. And the food didn't even take long at all to come out maybe like 20 minutes or less. But thats probably because we came in the place early like at 3 which I think is the best time to go. But anyway the wings were 10/10 I didn't even finish all of them, the fries though were not that good they were bland ngl 3/10 needed more seasoning. It wasn't a noisy place they had tvs all around playing different stuff they also had a bar. The restrooms are 1 person and a little dirty, hopefully when they get enough money they'll upgrade it, my mom also loved her food but also didn't like that the waiter did that tell us her name nor had a name tag, but again the food is good and was the experience we felt welcome grateful that I ate here will come again and I will be reviewing more places in Austin. read more

Terrible service! Waitress forgot to bring out everything ordered for us. We had to asked several times for the rest of our order.

Earlier today i went to pickup my food as i was leaving i really needed to use the restroom. i asked one of the staff members if I could use the restroom he tells me that its occupied i patiently wait on one of the tables as im waiting i hear some guy shout at me from the other side of the tables. he then starts getting more and more agressive i explain to him that im waiting to use the restroom and he starts throwing insults and demanding that i go use another restroom or else his gonna throw my food away. i did not engage and decide to ignore him since it would only make things worst. i finish my food went to the front of the bar to ask the other employees if i could speak to someone else and get information about this manager's rude behavior. He then tries to justify by saying i was just some random person loitering and claims i was bringing outside food beverages after i explained several times that I bought the food here. This is very unprofessional for a manager to talk to customers this way and the staff did not seem to acknowledge or care when I spoke out about this problem one employee even laughed at my face with straight disrespect. So I will no longer be coming back here or doing any business with you guys anymore. And will be leaving a one star review for the managers disgusting behavior and the employees inability to address this situation. Please Do better. read more

First restaurant in Austin, so it was hard to find lol. Off jump I absolutely loved the sign at the entrance makes me think of Mario the game. The customer service is excellent. This is my first time seeing a gender neutral restroom so I was pretty surprised. The fried Mac and cheese was nice and hot when I took my first bite! They even give you a side of ranch dipping sauce. I haven't ever had my wings smoked from any restaurant so I had to try them; and I'm glad I did because I think I've been missing out. The place was a little hard to find but was worth the search. This establishment has a good road ahead of them.
