She didnt greet us when we walked up to the counter and rushed us to take our order. she gave us a hard time when she was giving us attitude and snatched the money out of our hands. when we told her we didn't appreciate her services she just rolled her eyes and called another employee to help us out. but before that we asked for her name so we could report her, and she said "i have a name tag can you not read?" when we were called to get our order she made a comment to one of her coworkers and started laughing. i wanted to call the general manager and notify corporate but also wanted the fellow yelp reviewers to know. We waited for our DINE IN order and took over 20 minutes, when asking the employee she stated it had been waiting there the whole time. So tried this food chain because I was craving hot wings. They have a pretty good variety and prices were reasonable. On Mon/Tue boneless wings are .50 cents each and dipping sauce is additional. We ordered original, lemon pepper and garlic parmesean. We love wings my son can usually eat a dozen easily. I understand we are all worried and really paranoid about this whole Covid 19 thing, but to get called a "fucking asshole" by Sandra the shift lead is a little ridiculous. There is a new corn that came out and it's delicious. I often come to this Wingstop and order the same thing something different items. The staff there is so friendly and nice. They go out of there way to say hi and just make sure that all the tables are clean and the environment is good. Even the supervisor Samantha goes out of her way to make sure every customer is put first and always makes sure that the staff goes the extra mile.
