I completely understand wanting to revamp things and try something new, but I really hope they don't lose the roots that made this place special. For me, the tacos and drinks were a huge part of why we kept coming back year after year. Those were the things that made it feel familiar and worth returning to. I truly hope they find a way to bring some of those favorites back, because after so many years of coming here, I don't think I'll be coming back again if the things that made this place special are gone. The CT Chicken Sandwich was one of my favorites--the chicken was crispy, tangy, and juicy, and the sweet and spicy original sauce paired perfectly with the pretzel bun. We also ordered the Half Chicken with Original Sauce, which came with plenty of meaty pieces that were nicely coated in their addictive sauce. The Army Base Stew was also delicious, with a flavorful broth and ramen loaded with ingredients. Overall, the chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. I also picked up the chicken chow fun, orange chicken (I got the combo with fries and boba drink for $6 more), as well as the tots. The food was ready when we arrived. They have a few chairs and tables for indoor seating so we decided to dine in. Orange chicken was good - I actually bit into an orange peel which was a nice surprise. You can get your Chinese fast-food take out and wings craving from this one stop and you won't regret! I ordered for take out via their online website. They have a special deal right now! $5 off orders $25+ when ordering delivery or pick up via online. The prices were reasonable considering the serving portions are very generous. The service was also quick! My order was ready to pick up within 15 minutes and it was neatly packed. WHAT I ORDERED: 1. Spicy Orange Chicken ($11) - I ordered thinking it was going to taste like the typical orange chicken flavor like you get in other Chinese take out or the Panda one, but this one is with the red chili peppers (similar to the chili pepper used in kung pao chicken) and ORANGE PEEL! The traditional way to make orange chicken. The flavors mixed so well together and it is not overly sweet and tangy, but a wonderful blend of sweet, salty and spicy! It comes with a side of white rice. Highly recommend! 2. 12 PC Chicken Wings (Traditional) ($14) - You can order boneless for the same price, but I went with traditional with the bone-in. I ordered Garlic Soy (wet) and Spicy Lemon Pepper (dry). The garlic soy flavor is not like the ones you get at Korean chicken wing places, but it's the Chinese style, which was packed with soy sauce flavor. I thought I liked this flavor better, but as I tasted a second piece of the Spicy Lemon Pepper, I gravitated more towards the dry rub. It was not potent with lemon pepper but more of the spicy seasoning. I enjoyed it still but I would give the other flavors a try because the two flavors weren't standing out. 3. Jumbo Shrimp ($7) - Four big pieces of fried jumbo shrimp (just like what you would get if you ever ordered from Ono Hawaiian). It came with a cocktail sauce but eeew, it did not taste right. I hope the store can improve on their sauce. Luckily, the fried shrimp tasted great without it. Although there were some smelly hints of the shrimp being almost left out for too long before being fried, but it happened to only 2 of the 4 shrimps. 4. Fried Zucchini ($4) - Plentiful as a shareable appetizer! I loved their fried zucchini, it was perfectly fried with dashes of their spicy seasoning on top. Inside, the zucchini was soft and I kept digging in the box for another piece. It's served with a subtle ranch sauce, which is good with or without. For just a little over $30, I enjoyed my meal from Fusion Wings very much! If I was in the area again, I would not mind coming to order. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed!

I also got a salad & some radish on the side. Loved munching on the radish in between every few wings! Mid-meal, the owner refilled my water and struck up a conversation with me. He's such a cool dude and I deeply admire him for bringing 3 CM Chicken locations to the West Coast. Wings were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and crispy. You can really taste how they use fresh ingredients in their recipes. Waffle fries did not disappointment. And the side fixings were such a nice touch to the overall savory-ness of the meal.
