Katrina is the store owner. From before I got into the store, she had an attendant on the doors cleaning. That's actually not. Markable what's remarkable was the vibe of all the employees really upbeat, but not silly when Katrina asked me how my food was halfway through my meal she called me by name. I was not the only person in the store so the fact that she remembered was noticeable -- the food was cooked textbook. I had no complaints -- only compliments.. Wow! I will give them 5-star, because they loaded me up with extra wings. Some wings were small, so it's very reasonable that they decided to be generous. They're very generous with the sauce unlike other busy wingstop locations. The staff were very friendly as well. This particular location stays BUSY AS HECK! We usually do takeout but decided to dine in on a Sunday night. We ordered 40 pieces bone in and chose lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and spicy Korean. It comes with their signature fries, celery, and carrots. The staff did a good job with taking orders and getting orders out. Ours took 40 minutes! Luckily there was a football game on, so that entertained us on the big screens. Since they stay steadily busy, there's little to no time to clean tables in between patrons. You pretty much do it yourself or flag one of the staff to clean them off. I would not dine in again at this location. I'll stick to takeout! read more

I will never, ever order from this location again. I placed an online order for pick up, and I arrived at the designated time. I gave my last name and then was asked for my last name. I should mention that there is no possible way that my last name could be taken for a first name. They looked at the stack of orders, then came back to me and asked to see my ID, which I've never been asked for to pick up a food order. Then they asked to see the confirmation email that I was sent, which I showed them. They looked again for the order, then came back without it and asked if someone else in my house had placed the order. I live alone, so that wasn't even a possibility. I was then told that they didn't have an order for Albert, which is when I lost it. I told them "My name is Robert, not Albert. I told you my name, and you saw it on my ID. And why are you not looking for my last name?" I don't have a common last name that there would be multiple orders for. He then came back with my order, and apparently what confused them was that the name on the order was Bob, not Robert. Really? They couldn't make that connection? And after all that, I didn't even hear "thank you" or "sorry for the inconvenience". And on top of all that, the wings were dry and my order was short a couple of pieces. There are other Wing Stop locations in the area. Do yourself a favor. Go to one of the other ones and skip this one. read more

Showed the lead which is no help at all, doesn't answer any questions or couldn't provide me a customer service number. Have gone here a few times after work to eat dinner and food always takes too long too come out which is worrisome cuz parking in their lot says 30 min only and it takes about that long if not longer to get food let alone eat it, but even worse on July 29th I walked in to watch a leader and employee argue about a time punch at the counter for 5 min then not even acknowledge me to then be told by another associate sorry we are not accepting walk in customers to eat......crazy that a food establishment doesn't allow people to come in and eat, last straw for me I will not be going here ever again read more

We ate dinner here tonight and I went to the restroom to wash my hands before eating, and the girl with the 2 pig tails said that the restroom was closed I told her I need to wash my hands she ignored me and continued putting receipts in the hook thing, I asked the other young kid who was at the register who was clueless and just said he couldn't help me, I was shocked that a food place didn't have somewhere for their customers to wash their hands!!!!!! I asked Matt and he said he would call his Manager Katie or Kaitlyn and she said NO so after that Matt brought me soap and water so I could wash my hands he is literally the only one that helped me which is sad because there were 6-8 employees in there. There are 2 restrooms, if they were painted then they should have painted one at a time so that there was at least one working restroom for customer to use! There is no excuse. read more

I use to be a regular here at this location. I haven't been coming due to bad customer service, I haven't been receiving the same quality of food. The cashiers were super helpful with my order. Specifically one helped me more and made sure if I needed anything else her name is Diana. (THANK YOU DIANA FOR YOUR BEST COSTUMER SERVICE AND THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE YOU GIVE WHEN YOUR WORKING). She made sure If the quality of my food was good. I took a look at my order before I left the store. And honestly the fries were cold. And I'm glad she helped me get a new order of fries with the help of the manager of course. Thank you both! I wish I got the name of the manager on duty but I only got the cashiers name.
