Coming in to this wingstop location it was a busy day, but was also greeted by the nice cashier Blanca. I appreciated that even if when they were busy they still managed to greet the customers which felt very welcoming. I then asked who made the original hot wings and was told Blanca had made them I would like to say that it had been the best original hot ive had from the many locations I have tried. Overall I appreciate the customer service that was provided by my cashier Blanca. read more

Right when I came in today jimmy and Savannah helped me pick my favors which gave me a good experience!

I use to be a regular here at this location. I haven't been coming due to bad customer service, I haven't been receiving the same quality of food. The cashiers were super helpful with my order. Specifically one helped me more and made sure if I needed anything else her name is Diana. (THANK YOU DIANA FOR YOUR BEST COSTUMER SERVICE AND THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE YOU GIVE WHEN YOUR WORKING). She made sure If the quality of my food was good. I took a look at my order before I left the store. And honestly the fries were cold. And I'm glad she helped me get a new order of fries with the help of the manager of course. Thank you both! I wish I got the name of the manager on duty but I only got the cashiers name. Keep up the hard work! I'm hoping to continue coming back at this location and seeing this restaurant improve on the food, employees, and the ambiance of the restaurant. read more

There was hair in my wings! I just went this Thursday This was Unacceptable will be submitting report to inspections.

Burnt fries! The last few visits, and the fries are always overcooked. We even asked them in person and we still received them this way. I showed them to the cashier, and she said it's because of the seasoning. That is definitely not the case. With Canes and Chick-Fil-A opening down the street, hopefully they put this dump out of business. read more

5 stars for customer service at the register. Covid 19 safe Wingstop wings are not as good as they used to be open location in Whittier. the people preparing the food that's a different story I ordered Parmesan garlic wings and honey barbecue wings they said you had to order 10 what is the minimum don't recall that being the process but whatever they barely put any Parmesan or garlic on the wings which you'll see in the pictures soon and also the Hawaiian wings they cremated the french fries which you will see the picture of I'm pretty sure after frame and you could look at them you could tell they were cremated why did you just make a new large order fries again needless to say 20 wings a large fry cost a pretty much $22 definitely not worth it I would not recommend this place. This is why Wingstop is getting one star read more

Great customer service and very nice management! The food never disappoints and comes out good!

You guys really don't deserve a pay increase when you can't be even do a simple order right and when we call you leave us on hold and don't answer the phone. Just pathetic cowards! read more

This review focuses less on the food and more on lack of resources. I ordered my large party meal at 9am thru DoorDash which gives them plenty of time to create the order for pick up at 1130 and yet when I arrived and showed the person at the register my name, she said my order wasn't yet ready and was going to be another 25 min wait. Their doors open at 11, so they've had to take an hour to prepare my order which tells me there's serious crowd control issues and lack of managerial oversight. Food was great but I was late to work due to picking up lunch late. read more

This Wingstop location has one of the worst customer service. The manger is not well trained in customer service. I placed a simple order and I waited the extra time and when I get my food it has barley has the flavored I picked and asked for well done. My wings looked like they barely cooked them. When I got home is when I called. I asked for a manger because I had a compliant. The manger answered in a rude town but I moved forward to telling her about the order. She was already trying to give me a hard to from their mistake. Then she told me to bring my food back I just thought that was so unprofessional on customer service. read more

A busy day for them tonight. I stopped in to order wings and the number of orders they were prepping for pick up was crazy. The four working tonight Mar 30 @ 8 p.m. ran a tight ship. The young lady at the register friendly and professional. I've witnessed people loose their cool under that kind of pressure. Shout out to this Wingstop crew tonight. 30 crew pack was on point! read more

We ordered some wings for our little Sunday night football get together, everything was good, till I bit into the most disgusting wing ever. This thing was undercooked, bloody and had that nasty undercooked texture (gag!) I was so disgusted and disappointed. The cooks need better training, wtf! Here I am with damn food poisoning, feeling like crap. As for the customer service, it really is trash at this location. NEVER coming back! read more

Wings we're not that tasty . I keep thinking it's my taste buds that are whacked out right now but no , that couldn't be . I just had some bomb ass fries in LA and my taste buds went Crazy !! So much great flavors at once ( stay posted next review for info on those BOMB FRIES ) but yeah the wings where not that good , they where not even seasoned tasted like plain ass wings all though they had hot sauce on them . Well , it was dry hot sauce not good , we had lemon pepper my favorite * not here . It might of been my fault for going so late but honestly , my cravings shouldn't suffer because it's closing time . Im not from around here so it really sucked I went to bed hungry that night . I am willing to try it again in the future if I'm ever back . The girls at The register were nice. read more

This place always takes forever or gets your order wrong, don't order online, they have problems processing such orders, best to call or show up and order if this location is your only choice for wings. the employee paige was extremely rude.I asked her for her name so I can speak to corporate. Very unpleasant experience she placed the change on the counter when i was extending my hand out. On top of that when I came back to order a cup she ignored me while she was looking at something on the computer so i asked again and she rolled her eyes and said she'll send someone to help me. It just seemed like she didn't want to help out a paying customer. Will definitely not be coming back to this poor service location. read more

This was the worst Wingstop location I've experienced. The cashiers were rude. I also waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready which I was totally fine about. It was the customer experience and the food they prepared and actually gave to me. When ordering, I felt rushed and they also got my name wrong and didn't care. They were apprehensive to give me my order since my order name didn't seem like it would be the person they would be giving it to. When I finally got home to eat, the wings were prepared terribly. There was meat missing on my wings, and there were multiple whole wings that they didn't even cut, it was a super lazy order prep. I work hard to be able to eat out time to time. I could've chosen another place to spend my money at. This location needs operational and service training ASAP, you cannot serve the community like this, it's DISRESPECTFUL. read more

I wanted to place a phone order but got left on hold and eventually hung up on by Lizbeth, the cashier. I stayed online until I eventually got to the store to see if it was busy. One of the worst Wingstop. The workers there are always rude. The food is always cold (ordered online at 9:30 pickup for 11), they always shove my 10 piece in a small container which I guess fits since the wings are hella small. Oh, and my order was wrong. read more

Okay so I have to start off with the phone service. HORRIBLE!!! I was literally outside of the establishment and wanted to call my order in so I can stay in my car and wait I could see inside the restaurant and there was two other patrons. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. By this point I have already navigated to website, placed my order and paid. I suspected I was forgotten, and 1st time ok, things happen. So I called back, because instead of placing an order to "Confirm a order." My call was a greeting and script immediately placed on hold. Another 5 mins passed. Mind you I'm right outside Ok now that my blood started to boil, like really?! I see 2 damn people in store. (Please don't judge me, I was hungry and its Friyay, + Covid is real) I called back a 3rd time, again to confirm my order was placed and another rude phone interaction. I jumped out my car faster than a chicken in grease Because my order was paid, I needed to know I was not waiting for nothing‍, or maybe they were just that busy... Young man at the register, looked afraid, maybe I was walking with attitude. Anywho, I requested the MGR, who was not a charmer. YES! I know it's just WingStop.. lol She DID get my order fast as hello! But never let me get to the root of the issue. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! Greet your customers, make eye contact, and have patience. Anyhow.. I got my chicken, she never came and apologized and said I acknowledge our people skills at this location is lacking. Here is some free ranch and a come back coupon. Instead of requesting a refund. I like a hungry person walked off, with my paid chicken and distress of bad service so here I am ‍. The shame of delicious wing sauce on my fingers. read more

This place is decent. The only thing that bugs me is, whenever I place an order for pickup, I choose a time slot. When I enter that store at the time slot, it is never ready. They always say that they are still cooking it. What is the point of picking a time slot to pick up your order if it isn't even ready. I placed an order today for 1:15 & it is now 1:25 and I have yet to receive my wings. Ridiculous. read more
