This Wingstop location has one of the worst customer service. The manger is not well trained in customer service. I placed a simple order and I waited the extra time and when I get my food it has barley has the flavored I picked and asked for well done. My wings looked like they barely cooked them. When I got home is when I called. I asked for a manger because I had a compliant. The manger answered in a rude town but I moved forward to telling her about the order. This review focuses less on the food and more on lack of resources. I ordered my large party meal at 9am thru DoorDash which gives them plenty of time to create the order for pick up at 1130 and yet when I arrived and showed the person at the register my name, she said my order wasn't yet ready and was going to be another 25 min wait. Their doors open at 11, so they've had to take an hour to prepare my order which tells me there's serious crowd control issues and lack of managerial oversight. This was the worst Wingstop location I've experienced. The cashiers were rude. I also waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready which I was totally fine about. It was the customer experience and the food they prepared and actually gave to me. When ordering, I felt rushed and they also got my name wrong and didn't care. They were apprehensive to give me my order since my order name didn't seem like it would be the person they would be giving it to. When I finally got home to eat, the wings were prepared terribly.
