They have a huge variety of sauces and rubs to choose from. My kids picked garlic parmesan and Fusion. I also picked up the chicken chow fun, orange chicken (I got the combo with fries and boba drink for $6 more), as well as the tots. The food was ready when we arrived. They have a few chairs and tables for indoor seating so we decided to dine in. Orange chicken was good - I actually bit into an orange peel which was a nice surprise. The chow fun could've used a bit more soy sauce, but otherwise it's a quality plate similar to other Chinese restaurants I go to. I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. The boneless chicken wings were tender and delicious. The two rubs I got were kind of similar in flavor so I couldn't really distinguish between the two. I'd try a wet sauce next time. Tots and fries were hot and crispy. The menu said the tots were spicy but they were just plain. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and that was really good! I was searching for lunch around Montebello area and I found Fusion Wings via Yelp with patrons enjoying this place, so I gave it a try. I love their concept with wings using Chinese-inspired sauces and seasonings, and serving traditional Chinese entrees and rice/noodle dishes. You can get your Chinese fast-food take out and wings craving from this one stop and you won't regret! I ordered for take out via their online website. They have a special deal right now! $5 off orders $25+ when ordering delivery or pick up via online. The prices were reasonable considering the serving portions are very generous. The service was also quick! My order was ready to pick up within 15 minutes and it was neatly packed. WHAT I ORDERED: 1. Spicy Orange Chicken ($11) - I ordered thinking it was going to taste like the typical orange chicken flavor like you get in other Chinese take out or the Panda one, but this one is with the red chili peppers (similar to the chili pepper used in kung pao chicken) and ORANGE PEEL! The traditional way to make orange chicken. The flavors mixed so well together and it is not overly sweet and tangy, but a wonderful blend of sweet, salty and spicy! It comes with a side of white rice. Highly recommend! 2. 12 PC Chicken Wings (Traditional) ($14) - You can order boneless for the same price, but I went with traditional with the bone-in. I ordered Garlic Soy (wet) and Spicy Lemon Pepper (dry). The garlic soy flavor is not like the ones you get at Korean chicken wing places, but it's the Chinese style, which was packed with soy sauce flavor. I thought I liked this flavor better, but as I tasted a second piece of the Spicy Lemon Pepper, I gravitated more towards the dry rub. It was not potent with lemon pepper but more of the spicy seasoning. I enjoyed it still but I would give the other flavors a try because the two flavors weren't standing out. 3. Jumbo Shrimp ($7) - Four big pieces of fried jumbo shrimp (just like what you would get if you ever ordered from Ono Hawaiian). It came with a cocktail sauce but eeew, it did not taste right. I hope the store can improve on their sauce. Luckily, the fried shrimp tasted great without it. Although there were some smelly hints of the shrimp being almost left out for too long before being fried, but it happened to only 2 of the 4 shrimps. 4. Fried Zucchini ($4) - Plentiful as a shareable appetizer! I loved their fried zucchini, it was perfectly fried with dashes of their spicy seasoning on top. Inside, the zucchini was soft and I kept digging in the box for another piece. It's served with a subtle ranch sauce, which is good with or without. I would say, the kung pao flavored wings was a bit disappointing because it purely had a salty soy sauce flavor. Found this cute little fusion place on yelp. Perfect because I was craving fusion food. I ordered over the phone and they told my it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. The parking lot is pretty small, but there's not many businesses anyways. The store is pretty small, I don't think they have dine-in. The people at the front were super sweet. They asked where we found this place through & we said yelp so if you're reading this, the food was great!!! My dad and I checked-in through yelp to get free sodas. I got Dr. Pepper and he got Sprite. They sealed our sodas in the boba cups so you definitely get a lot for something that's free! The only downside is the carbonation made the cups lopsided (you can see the top and bottom of the cup). Not a huge deal since it deflated once we put the straw in. The sprite doesn't have syrup or maybe it ran out? It tasted just like carbonated water. But the Dr. Pepper was good so I think it was just the sprite. The boba is also really good here!! Chewy in consistency. The food is also really good. Usually I hate getting takeout for wings because by the time I get home, it's soggy. But they didn't seal the boxes as they put it in the togo bag. This way it stayed crispy - LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!! They were still hot AND crispy by the time I got home (~10-15 min or so). The popcorn chicken is so good for the price & amount. This is a truly tiny wings place located in a tiny corner strip mall in Montebello. How tiny? Get the wings to go. There are some seats around a counter that can't be more than a few feet long and no room for more than one tiny table for a party of 3 or 4. It's really not set up for dining in at all. Which is the only bad part, because wings are best eaten fresh, especially if they have sauces on them, before they lose their crispiness and go mushy. They set up two tables for two out front, but with Summer coming, not sure how comfortable that will be. When we ate inside, it was near closing time, so they brought the two tables in. However, the A/C blows right on you, so they had to turn it off, which then made sitting inside too warm and uncomfortable. Trust me, just get the wings to go. Hopefully, you'll get home quickly. I guess they are under new management. This used to be a place that supposedly sold cheap wings and Chinese food. The Chinese food is gone. The cheap wings are also gone, replaced with locally sourced farm fresh chicken. You can tell the wings are high quality and not cheap frozen wings, like you get at Alondra or Wingstop. They are big and juicy without being those weird humongous wings some places give you that are clearly pumped full of hormones. The wings are great. We tried the regular buffalo, which were great. Then we had the mango habanero, which were spicy and tasty. Finally, we had the Bring The Heat wings, which are a dry rub and are similar in spice to Chongqing chicken. These were the biggest hit, but all three were really good. The seasoned fries were nice and crispy krinkle fries. To finish we got the churro donuts. The owner had raved about them, but we were less than impressed. The half of one I ate wasn't fully cooked, with some raw dough inside. More importantly, there was way too much of the sugary dusty coating on the outside. It was too much, and they were too sweet. Still, I will definitely go back for wings. Covid-19 takeout review. I found Fusion Wings from Yelp, read its wonderful reviews and forgot about it. Fast forward weeks later, I found it again on Yelp when my Zankou Chicken ran out of chicken. I know, right? How are you running out of chicken when your name is Zankou Chicken? I have never been a wing woman (pun intended), but I love wings when it comes to chicken. We just parked and were greeted right away by the worker/owner. He was very nice, patient and super helpful in taking our order. We ordered 12 pcs wings ($14.00) and shrimp fried rice for our dinner. Jalapeño, salt & pepper: the wings were super crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The flavor was good, but honestly it could use more salt, pepper and green onions. I found more jalapeño slices at the bottom of the box after I was almost halfway done. Orange sauce: I am not a fan of Panda Express, but I do like Panda's orange chicken. This orange sauce is different, but actually pretty good. I like its orange peel too. Shrimp fried rice ($10.00): I am not used to eating bean sprouts with my fried rice. Sorry! I mean it's added for crunch, but that's not for me. They did give us generous amount of shrimps. The wings were HUGE! It was so intriguing listening to him talk and you could definitely feel his love for food. I ordered a 12 wing combo, which includes 2 flavors, a side, and a Stubborn soda fountain drink. I opted for the classic lemon pepper and tried the Vietnamese lemongrass flavors for my wings. The wings were phenomenal! Lemon pepper is a classic flavor that you can't go wrong with. The Vietnamese lemongrass was uniquely savory and a bit spicy. My only critique is that it was a bit salty. However, you could definitely taste how fresh the chicken is and I loved that it stayed crispy! For my side, I decided to go with the fries and asked for them to be extra crispy. Honestly, I was devastated by the closing of Evan Kitchen. I didn't think any spot to open in its place could do it justice. Fusion Wings does a pretty dang good job filling the void. Their wings are juicy and crispy. I especially applaud the way they package your take-out meal with holes in the containers to make sure your wings stay that way your whole drive home (rather than getting soggy). My favorites are the Fusion X-hot and the Orange Chicken. Yes I know it sounds weird to get Orange Chicken Wings but you just have to try it. The beef chow fun is also plentiful and delicious. My least favorite thing about their wings is that it's clear they just make the wings and put the sauce on top. Because of that, it takes a special type of flavor to work well with this, otherwise they do taste a little bland. I thought the curry and spicy lemon pepper didn't work out so well. Without a doubt, this place serves up the best chicken wings in all of Montebello, Monterey Park, Rosemead, San Gabriel, and beyond. I've tried them all, and no one even comes close. I had the garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and jalepeno chicken wings. The seasonings are cooked into the chicken with a hot wok. Tay, the master chef, works that wok like a conductor at the symphony. The sound and the aroma are wonderful! For sides, I ordered their specialty tater tots and their home made vegetable egg rolls. Fresh and delicious, just like my mama used to make. And yes, these egg rolls do count as a serving of vegetables in my world. For drinks, I had the Thai iced tea with boba and a diet coke. Great place and friendly new owner. Used to come here before chef Ronnie took over and can honestly say since he took over its been a big upgrade in taste and atmosphere. Was hooked on the popcorn chicken(original flavor) and now my gf and I are hooked with these new creations of flavors that chef Ronnie has introduced. Teriyaki flavored wings are my new favorite wings but still going through the long list of new flavors. Just tried the Wisconsin cheese curds and they are now one of my favorite sides. My gf is sad that the avocado bites are not longer on the menu but we forgive chef Ronnie lol. Great place and owner, definitely reccomend. read more

We purchased wings from Fusion Wings for a party and they were a success! Wings are super fresh, crispy and seasoned very well. We purchased the lemon pepper, orange sauce, kung pao and jalapeño salt and pepper wings. We also tried the egg rolls and some of the drinks, such as their milk tea, thai tea and coffee! Everything was so good and the owner was super nice as well!
