It was the perfect flavor of refreshing yet not too spicy. Some of the beef was a little chewy and rubbery, but other than that, it reminded me of a shawarma wrap. It was insanely good, and MASSIVE! Red or green chilaquiles, your choice of protein (I opted for chicken), egg, cheese, onion, cilantro, sour cream, and queso fresco. It takes a bit to get this bad-boy but it's totally worth the wait! Sever hot and steamy. I had to cut it in half and could not finish the whole thing. The cilantro and queso really complimented the meats. Super friendly staff, very clean bathroom and common areas. Parking is in a common lot, wheelchair accessible. Was not what ai expected. The flavors were just not flavoring. Ordered the surf and turf Taquitos (which faired most favorably with me) but the shrimp smelled. The Carne Asada came the closest to tasting like real meat but was just ok or so so. The Pollo Asado fries and Pollo Asado Burrito both tasted like highly processed chicken meat. The fries were soft and also tasted processed. Both were heavily saturated with what was a fake guacamole sauce that was bland and tasteless. Ordered yesterday and warmed up and finished the Pollo Asado Burrito just a short while ago. Was not very good at all and as ai write this ai unfortunately have to report a full fledged case of bubble guts. Been wanting to try this place for some time now. You had me at blue horchata! I've had the LB spot bm for the longest but never had a chance to go. Finally one opened closer to me, in my bf's hometown! The burritos remind me of poquito mas. Huge, filling, guac and big chunks of meat (lightly lightly seasoned, some would say unseasoned) but I love it. They also add fries in their burritos which I'm usually not a fan of, but their fries are dang good. Wasn't soggy at all. They are coated with flour/seasoning that gives them a unique crispy texture. I'd come back just for the fries! Although I love the idea of blue horchata, it was a bit too sweet for me. Once the ice melted the drink was better. Portions are huge here! Matches the price point. Stopped here because mom insisted on getting a burrito here. The business itself is very clean, big, and friendly staff. I decided to try their surf and turf burrito. I also got an order of onion rings because why not? The burrito was really tasty. A lot of greens which was really nice because this burrito didn't make me feel sluggish after eating it. The meat is really clean, and you get a quality product with little to no fat. The shrimp was cooked just right and not chewy. The onion rings were breaded well, and not oily. I liked their ranch as well. I did see a lot of people ordering wings so that is definitely what I will be ordering next time. As I said before the staff was really helpful and accommodating.
