I come this restaurant all the time and order from both sides often. Usually I'm greeted by an older gentleman (I'm assuming the manager? Unfortunately I didnt get his name) but today I decided to stop by after months of not coming. My order was taken so rudely from some girl in glasses and a pony tail. She has tattoos on her neck, can't miss em. Anyways she rushed me and her voice was thick with attitude. I understand that some people have bad days so i dismissed it until she brought my food to the table and my wife and I both said thank you, she rolled her eyes and walked away. So rude! I could have really given her a rough time but whatever! Anyways the food; Tenders are always good! We split the lemon pepper tenders! Bean& Cheese burrito w/ cheese was super good! The meat and cheese really elevated it. Surf & Turf burrito was okay. It was actually cold when it arrived and the shrimp tasted like water. Probably will not get it again. read more

I had a salad with chicken and shrimp I got a good amount of chicken. For $3 more I think I should of gotten more shrimp I think I got 4-6 pieces and more greens would of been better. The salad was a little lean on greens. The place look nice but I didn't realized it's part of Buffalo spot which was a little confusing. They also need a few non sugary drink options for people that can't have a lot of sugar. A simple Ice Tea or some kind of sparkling water would be nice. read more

Not a fan, the carne asada tasted greasy and not fresh at all. It honestly tasted as if the meat was reheated in old grease. Very salty. Low quality cut carne asada. I bit into a hard piece of cartilage inside my California burrito. The cucumber/pineapple "agua fresca" lacked blend! It's as if they simply filled my cup full of ice, then tap water and put in a few chunks of cucumber and pineapple. That is not agua fresca people! The agua fresca is simply a water down version of a Mexican agua fresca. The concept of this restaurant could've been a trend setter but failed immensely in its lack of true Mexican culture. I just went in and ordered a breakfast burrito to go. Asked for bacon and ham. Paid $9.37. It was nothing but disappointment. Too much burrito breading, no bacon, fries are soggy. Service was terrible. The restaurant got our order wrong and we ended up missing half of our order/a lot of food and drinks. An entire 2 burritos and 2 horchatas were missing and the owner did nothing to fix the issue and approached my family with coldness and disregard. As for the food- The blue horchatas taste like they have soap in them, and the guacamole takes like paste, not fresh at all. Shakes are delicious. I had the blue horchata without whipped cream. It makes your tongue blue but great taste. I got my boyfriend the new reese's peanut butter cup. He devoured it. It was a good burrito with good flavor and just the right amount ov everything at every bite. What gives these burritos an extra kick is the salsa they have. As mentioned before , I come here all the time & I never have any issues ! The manager is stating that I didn't know what I wanted when I told him how the burrito is made. My burrito is cut in half EVERY TIME & when I got my order , I saw that it wasn't . The manager was raising his voice & threw my burrito hard in the trash can!! That is not business etiquette & food shouldn't be thrown out in front the register. There are trash cans in the back for that . I thought maybe it was just a regular Horchata with Food Coloring but the Horchata has Something Extra..not sure what it is but its good. Its pricy so it being pricy you expect amazing quality from the food and thats where it doesnt work for me. The Carne Asada is not good or atleast for me its not or anyone I know that has tried it from there. I got Carne Asada fries and for some reason they seemed like the same fries as the Buffalo Spot but I could be wrong..then again nothing wrong with that since it could be the same chain..I dont know, anyways, I got a Burrito and again, I didn't like the meat.. it had shrimp and i knew the shrimp was there but the flavor was lost with all the other ingredients. everything else is ok... I went twice...parking is good.. the left side is this place but you can stand in the middle and decide between blue and red..the location is ok.. the meat is my problem but it could have been my luck because in the pictures.. the food looks amazingly tasty ...ill give it 3 1/2 stars for now ..if I go a 3rd time mayne ill update my review read more

Came here on opening day a few weeks ago. The setup is a little strange. It shares the complex with Buffalo spot. One register is blue burro other side is buffalo spot. We ordered a steak and egg burrito, and a breakfast burrito. The eggs were scrambled in the steak and egg.... They did not have an option for over easy, just scrambled. Burrito was very dry... Meat was Chopped up steak, tasted like it was kept in a meat tray for a while. Egg was also not that great. The breakfast burrito was bacon, eggs, and french fries chopped up. The potatoes looked like air fried Mc Donald's fries chopped up. Taste was super dry, not much flavor. The blue orchata was very good. Best thing we tried. I wish they would try burritos at local spots, you gotta have a little cheese pull, a little moisture in the meat, a little bit of flavor. I've tried the breakfast burrito using the online ordering and it was ready as promised burrito was good. I've also had the taquitos with carne asada. The order was very generous so I shared with my daughter and it was plenty for two. The aguas frescas are delicious. I plan to go back and try a shake. Employees were polite and friendly.
