The service here was horrible. The female who took my order had a stank look on her face and a bad attitude. cashiers are the face of the establishment and make the restaurant look bad if they aren't pleasant or happy to help. The food is of sound quality, and came in a good timely manner. I would recommend if your looking for something quick and new. Just hope the service is better for those that dine there next. read more

Horrible, customer service that's for one, wasted money, time and had me waiting like a dummy for food that was never coming , that I paid for btw so you tell me who's being unfair, FYI I don't care who handles it, do your job RIGHT and I don't have to worry about anything. Regardless I got my money back in full I'm not tripping never ordering from you guys again that's for sure! Took a month for the owner to get to me no customer service team nothing until way later only to criticize me lmbo horrible business and irresponsible owner. So whatever maybe the other locations are decent this Blue Burro location however has HORRIBLE online ordering and customer service especially ordering with Postmates. read more

The food served up at this joint is top notch! It's not your typical Mexican food. Blue Burro has many of those traditional Mexican food options but with It's own spin on it. Tried the campachana burrito which is going to be my go-to from now on its delicious, I do add beans to it however. Also tried the surf n turf fries and they are awesome! All tasted like great quality ingredients and made fresh. I seen folks on here complaining about pricing but what I had the pleasure of eating was well worth every cent in my opinion. Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and that saying holds true. Thanks for a delightful experience Blue Burro! I will be back! read more

My wife and I have been craving a Asada Burrito for a few days now and we forgot Blue Burro was on my way home from work. Stopped by and picked up 2 Asada burritos with an order of Asada fries to share. Forgot how good this place is. Prices are a little high, but considering rising costs they are reasonable. The quality and taste though is way above the cost the value is great. Very delicious and the service is fantastic. Oh and the habanero sauce is so tasty. It has that hotness you want from habanero, but the good flavor of a tasty sauce. Very friendly and even gave recommendations on combos that could save money. We won't be forgetting Blue aburro again. I wish I knew the young ladies name that took our order. I don't often take the time to post reviews of fast food/restaurants but it was that good for me that I did. Keep up the excellent service and food quality. Wait I forgot the drinks they have. The kids loved their shakes and the blue horchata. read more

Blue Burro - Unfortunately there was no survivors when it came to the food before I thought of taking a photo. - Salad Near Me - Pico Rivera, California

That horchata is pretty good to be honest that is the only thing i have tried. Really like it =) read more

On a rainy Saturday morning I was looking for breakfast and found this place. The clean interior was a good start and the friendly staff were nice and efficient. My bacon egg and potato burrito was ready in just a few minutes, the side of red sauce was a great complement. Plenty of bacon inside, potatoes cooked just right made for a nice meal. I would visit again. read more

The food is okay, but is way too over priced. Small portions first and last time here.

$10 for a burrito with no rice or beans that tasted gross. Order a recess shake the advertised picture has pieces of recess on top of the shake they literally broke 1 mini recess in half and put it on my shake. Their food is not worth the price. read more

To be fair, I've not set foot in this establishment. I have, however, ordered delivery from this restaurant several times. I can attest that I have never been dissatisfied. The surf & turf burrito is very, very good. I appreciate the quality of food, and I highly recommend Blue Burro. read more

Came here with high expectations especially because people have said good things about it and it having a good review. Did not like anything here. I tried the burrito, horchata, and fries. All I gotta say is that there are way better places to go than here. Don't waste your time. read more

We went today for the first time . The place was empty. I think I know why. The food is outrageously over priced. Tacos are $4.00 each (taste is 2out of 5) the green chili was horrible tasted like it came out of. Can. I don't think this restaurant will survive in this area. It is in a good location near a high school but to expensive for our kids. This place is no longer in our choice of places to eat. Man reason very outrageously over priced. read more

Ordered a surf n turf quesadilla and ended up getting the burrito.. still ate it and was really really bomb tbh. Hopefully they get my order right next time read more

Wonderful generous portions. This place is good just gave it 3 stars because 1, the chicken is horrible it is cut into small pieces and 90% of every piece had a cartilage or something I had to spit out, and 2 the steak felt more pan fry boiled its still good just tough and the shrimp could use more zest but was still very good and fresh, the frys didnt go soggy under all the yummy toppings and the place looks very very clean inside. Also they have a sauce its like a mayo lime its delicious. read more

Ordered the Surf and Turf Burrito and it was delicious! Be sure to ask for salsa and lime to make it even better!

Just tried Blue Burro for the first time. Had the Surf n Turf, Fully loaded Rolled Tacos, Chips & Queso, and of course the Blue Horchata drink. The food was AmAzING!!! We always enjoy going there to get Buffalo Spot which is always good. This place is always per clean inside, and the staff is extremely welcoming. read more

Don't usually leave reviews but after seeing this place's review I feel like I should. I loved the blue burro in LB and wanted to try out this one. The Yelp reviews for this place put me off for a sec but after actually reading the reviews I'm glad I gave this place a shot. Their burritos are damn good, ordered two surf and turfs, both of which were delicious. Also their fries traveled surprisingly well considering we had it delivered. Remember to read reviews of places before deciding if the place deserves those same reviews or not. This blue burro deserves a better rating and no I was not paid to make this review. Unless being given good burritos after paying for them counts as being paid off. read more

I ordered the surf and turf fries and a medium sized fountain drink and got charged 23.45 dollars for it fries with 5 small shrimp on it and some asada that was cold and dry definitely not fresh cooked so overpriced for the quality and amount that you get and almost 20 minutes to get my order just to put it on the trash only consuming 10% off the meal that is how bad it was no I don't write the review trying to get some free food I'll like to pay for my food and I expect to get quality food especially with the high price being charged total disappointment read more

The food isn't bad but it was disappointing. Based on their photos I expected the food to taste better. I ordered the carne asada burrito and the Cali burrito. For a restaurant that does not include rice and beans in their burritos your would expect the carne asada to be fire, but sadly it wasn't. Their food tasted like Albert's but at a higher cost. read more

Had the bacon breakfast burrito and asada chips. Burrito was lacking in flavor. The chips were hot and fresh but the cheese on top never melted. Might stop by again to try out the shakes but the food is a no for me. read more

We love the surf and turf burrito and salad. Have gotten them numerous times and do not disappoint. Would also recommend the blue horchata shake. It is never soggy or bland like other places. You can actually taste all the ingredients, never falls apart into a big mess. Our favorite fast food Mexican restaurant in the area. read more

I saw an add on Facebook and decided to try the place. I was so thankful that I did! The shakes are amazing!!! Definitely loved the quality and taste of the oreo shake. I also had the asada burrito and it was yummy! The staff was super friendly and kept the place very clean. I can't wait to come back again. read more

Cheff is phenomenal, i Can always count on a yummy burrito highly recommend !!!!!!!!

I was excited to try this place. Ordered 5 Rolled Tacos and chips. Omg! So horrible. The first thing I did was grab a chip from the bag. I put it in my mouth and it was CHEWY!!! No crunch! The chips were STALE! Next, I tried the rolled tacos. They were so SOGGY and cold. No crunch at all! To top it off they were bland the salsa was ok and helped with adding a little flavor but it needed some salt or something! I couldn't finish my meal. I was SOOOOO disappointed. I feel like I wasted $25. read more

Anytime I'm craving a burrito this is the first place I think of. Seriously never disappoints and and staff is always amazing and so nice.

I ordered a blue horchata shake and it was way too sweet. I also got a shrimp burrito and tell me why there was only 2 baby shrimps.. oh beside the fact that all the veggies it had were cold, cheese wasn't melted, and same thing with the asada fries I purchased. They just slammed the scoop of guacamole on top and topped it off with yellow cheese. I expected more for the price. Lastly, forget the food, but one of your employees(tattooed arm) was rude to the kitchen ladies. I asked her for a plate and she told one of the ladies in Spanglish to give her a plate, the lady didn't seem to understand what it was. This girl then yells at them that she wants a plate, multiple times, idk if this girl knew Spanish or not but she was already speaking it. Overall, not coming back. Food:4/10 and drink:3/10 read more

All I have to say is WOWWWW, this place is a hidden gem. The food is soooooo delicious. I hold restaurants to a high standard and this place has my A plus rating. We walked in here not knowing what to expect and it amazed us completely. I got the asada chips and the wifey got the surf turf burrito along with a strawberry drink....OH MY, we were amazed. The asada chips were awesome and The burrito is the best thing I've had in my 40 years of tasting food, it comes with this house sauce that is to die for, and the shrimp in the burrito is A++++ . This place is at the top of our list now. The staff is just amazing as well. Super friendly and caring. They know all about customer service... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

Idk what's up with the reviews but came for the shakes & was NOT disappointed, 5 stars for the customer service! Requested a custom on the shake & was pleasantly accommodated (thanks Andrew ) plus it was so rich & creamy I cant wait to come back read more

Just ordered a surf n turf burrito. Amazing! First time having it and food was good. Gotta try the blue horchata.

Taquitos tasted and looked like they were fried in week old oil. The blue Horchata has an after taste which I'm assuming was the blue food coloring almost tasted like paint. The burrito was almost 3 different temperatures. Was not a good eating experience. read more

On a $24.5 order, they added $5 tax. That is 20%. If you want to cheat people, find a better way.

This place took a s**t, I always order the surf and turf quesadilla because it was always packed with good amount of meat and pretty large shrimps. Today 5/11 I ordered my same quesadilla and the meat was dry and burned and the amount of a spoonful and 4 small cocktail shrimp and flat as hell. Tear this shit down and built an Arrbys. read more

Ordered the cailfornia burrito and added guacamole to it. Was good but realized they didn't put cheese or sour cream in both of the burrito we ordered.. Tried the blue horchata and have to say it was pretty good. I may give it another try just hope they remember all ingredients next time. read more

The service was really great and the food came out fast and hot. Their milkshakes are really good and there food is ok but not the best Mexican food. But I still highly recommend you go here. read more

Ordered delivery and it was so delicious! I had the Surf and Turf burrito. The sauces are delicious and the steak pieces are a great size! Not the usual carne asada tiny sized pieces. The Blue Horchata was good, too. A little too sweet, but good nonetheless. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

horrible service, outrages prices & horrible staff. the worker left the store unattended to talk on the phone never coming back
