I was in the area and never noticed this taco shop before so myself and the family decided to give them a try. For starters, the service was great. We were greeted upon arrival and the gentleman that took our order was also very friendly. We ordered tacos and a quesadilla on a flour tortilla. The cashier offered to pack all of our salsas and additional items since we were taking the food to-go. The distance from the taco shop to home is around 5min so the food was still nice and hot when we were ready to enjoy it. I liked how the taco meat was not super greasy (we had asada, al pastor, and one tripas taco). My only downside, if I had to pick something, were the salsas. The salsas speak volumes to me from taco shops. The meat was good but nothing special so I think some amazing salsa could have easily put this first experience higher for me. Been with these tacos since they were in a tire shop more than 10 years ago and it is impressive to see how far this place has come, not only that, but also with the quality and true flavors of the Sinaloa Style tacos. My favorite now is the pellizcada which for some could be the whole meal. I order way too much always because I cannot get enough! Adobada flavor is amazing!
