    Bomb asada taco!
    Toni B.

Delicious!! It's everything I love in a taco, great and fast service we dined in and the place was clean very nice. I highly recommend everyone in the restaurant was praising them on how generous their portions are and how delicious the food is. You have to try it! But go hungry!

I had the truck a couple years ago and remember it being pretty good. After just having the one in Whittier, I can now rejoice with happiness. I do not remember Perro being this good. They have one meat but they do it absolutely right. Everything comes together so well in the giant taco and the chips and salsa are a nice added touch. I will be visiting this spot very often.

The taco is really good. The meat was tender and flavorful. The tortilla was pretty good too Def coming back here.

As soon as we sat down, our server brought out five different salsas along with a delicious bean dip! The food arrived beautifully presented on traditional Mexican style plates, complete with fresh garnishes that made everything look even more appetizing. Our server, Lourdes, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She answered all of our questions and shared how proud she is of the restaurant and its food, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Plenty of parking outside, restaurant was clean inside, prices are fair and lots to choose from. We'll definitely be back to try the handmade tortillas!

Literally no bigger than the tiny little burrito you get from McDonald's. The place was super dingy and nasty. I'm not sure what they're doing over there but it seems like very much a local joint. I would give it zero stars if I could. Avoid this at all costs. Super disappointing, given all the misleading positive reviews.

Taqueria Las Comadres - I really liked this salsa. Smokey with a decent amount of heat but not extreme. Not sure what kind of pepper was used but tasty.

They were fresh, crunchy, with ample green tomatillo salsa that was flavorful, making for a very authentic bite. The beans were very good and complemented the chilaquiles perfectly. I also asked about the traditional colorful head piece located behind glass next to the register and learned that it is a Chinelo, a traditional iconic carnival character from Morelos, Mexico. It is clear, the restaurant owners are proud of their heritage and are sharing it with everyone. (See attached picture). This restaurant is in such an obscure location, I can't believe I was going to a Burrito Track across the street for so many years not knowing this place existed. Friendly staff and prompt service. The unfortunate negative is it's location and I'm referring to parking. There must be 8 business crammed into this lot. With a bar to the right and a laudermat on its left finding a parking spot is like winning the lotto. Now layer in one driveway and you have to make a 3 point turn just to navigate to leave. The short answer is I will absolutely go back to this place as long as there is a parking space to be had.

Walking up to the shop after hours on the road and catching that immediate smell of mesquite smoke instantly makes the long trek down worth every single mile. It has easily become my ultimate go-to spot whenever I travel to SoCal. The hype around this place is completely earned thanks to their incredible food quality. Cooking everything over live mesquite wood fires gives the meat a deep, smoky flavor you just can't get from a standard flat-top grill. Plus, their unique option to choose premium cuts like Ribeye and Filet Mignon for tacos--paired with a massive, high-quality salsa bar--elevates the whole experience well beyond typical street food. Even with top-tier meats and immense popularity, the pricing and portion sizes deliver serious value. The tacos are packed generously with tender, freshly grilled meat that keeps you fully satisfied without feeling ripped off.
