Great experience here usually since it's near my work and they are usually on time with finishing my order by the expected time plus the order is always correct. When I also ask for items there I may need, staff has been nice and attentive. Currently loving their promo for $1 wings, flavors I opt for are Hot Honey Rub (best flavor they have) and Citrus Mojo! Ambiance is standard wingstop, clean inside w seating available read more

Stopped in today to catch the Dodgers game and enjoy some wings without feeling overcharged--and the experience did not disappoint. John, a member of the customer service team, was incredibly helpful from the start. He guided us through the menu, recommended great flavors, and made sure both my husband and I were well taken care of. It's refreshing to see a young professional who not only takes pride in his work but clearly demonstrates strong values and a solid work ethic. His attitude made our visit that much more enjoyable. Great service, good food, and a positive experience overall. We'll definitely be back. Lucy & Mark read more

I would like to recognize and commend an employee named John Rey at the Wingstop located in the Whittwood Town Center. I recently placed a large order, and while I was filling several drinks, John noticed that I could use some help and immediately offered to assist me. Without my even asking, he helped place the drinks into carriers, taped the food bags together to make them easier to carry, and then offered to help load everything into my car. Although providing good customer service is part of the job, John truly went above and beyond. His kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help made such a difference, especially when I was in a rush. Small gestures like his really do go a long way. My family and I have been customers at this location for quite some time. We live nearby, and Wingstop is always my kids' first choice after football. I have interacted with many employees there, but John provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He is also a wonderful example to his colleagues of how kindness and excellent customer service can leave a lasting impression. I specifically asked for his first and last name because I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized. Thank you, John, for your exceptional service! read more

I love it then John is working, fries are warm and crispy, wings are perfectly seasoned and the service is 5 stars. Thanks John for always providing excellent service. I placed an online order and everything was ready right when I arrived, which made pickup quick and easy. It also wasn't crowded at all for a Saturday night, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. The flavors were pretty underwhelming across the board--even the ranch lacked taste. We tried the lemon pepper, parmesan, and Lakers garlic wings, and none of them really stood out. It was my first time trying this place, and based on this experience, I probably wouldn't return. read more

Chicken wasn't clean still had feathers/ hair on it! Very disgusting and knowing you serving unclean food! The female in there had a attitude counting how many I ate. One bite excalty. She was quick to say I can get a refund in 14days! Like really? That's your remedy? Then proceeds to tell me they don't have anymore flat because I ordered all flats 30 peace. She forgot my fries also I didn't mention. So she told me it will be mix Chicken. I quickly told her no, just give me what I paid for please. Then she say it will take 30min! Remind you my original order only that 15 for 30wings. But for 10 30min is disrespectful! read more

So I usually eat here once a week maybe twice. I always order ahead and pay via the app for take out. Today I decided to walk in with my son for dine in and our total came out shy of $50. I tried paying with a $100 bill and they don't take any bill over $20. Who makes these illegal bogus rules? Credit to the cashier for having amazing service and knowing how to relay that message to people. She was very nice but what an ignorant rule by their owners and management. It was slow and volume was comfortable for the ear as far as ambiance. I didn't get to try the food. Now I'm sitting at BWW in the same plaza. Edit*. Changing from 1-3 stars because district manager reached out via this platform. Customer service goes a long way with me. Yes I've received good food, customer service usually always by Jay, she's amazing at customer service and one of your best employees there (we literally eat there weekly). Hopefully the general manager has amazing customer service and we can bring this up to 5 stars. read more

I'm not sure if the employees are keeping the food but we're always missing allot of things ! I would understand if it's just fries but it always wings or something else and if it's not missing it's the wrong order with less food ! Very horrible Sticking with Bww for now on . read more

Had a great experience stopping into this location for the first time. I was very indecisive when I got to the counter, but the employee was so patient and sweet and very chatty. She answered all of my questions about the sauces and flavors and made me feel very welcomed. I wish I had caught her name, but the name on the receipt was "Siobhan" so hopefully that was her and not somebody else logged in from earlier. If so, she definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! Overall, I appreciated the exceptional customer service that I received here following a long day of work. read more
