I went last week to pick up my order and the girl at the registered insisted that I didn't order from this location because they couldn't find my order. Don't know what is wrong with this Wingstop. Others are great. This one is very hit or miss. The service people are often apathetic which usually doesn't get in the way of my food. However tonight the guy operating the register, who didn't know how to use the credit card part of it, got my order wrong. When my name was called as Brat and not Brad I should have known something was wrong but I didn't notice until I got home the my boneless wings were bone-in. I've been going to Wingstop for years now and I always order the same thing: 10 boneless wings, all plain, with a side of Cajun and a bleu cheese. I came back and told the girl and she said, "I'll make the order again, but we repeat the order three times back..." basically to say "I shouldn't do this for you, lousy customer, but I will do it begrudgingly," which I thought was pretty lame to say and I think it's pretty lame they have a policy specifically to "gotcha!" customers who don't pay attention and hear the cashiers get their orders wrong. In my case there's no way I said the wrong thing: years of practice. And I'm certain the inexperienced cashier never read my order back to me. Anyway, this Wingstop is lame. Food is same as any other but the service sucks. There was another guy with a wrong order in there with me too. It's just chicken, people. Open your ears and take the orders down right. And what person would say their name is BRAT? Come on. UPDATE 11/16/13: Since this is the closest Wingstop to me, I've been eating here despite my policy not to eat at a place I badmouth online because I hate spit in my food. To avoid Wingstop employees who are perhaps technically literate I've been trying to eat here stealthily: phone order or online order, in the hopes that no one recognizes my name at the least. Anyway, one review recently complained about their online order being cold when they got it, this is because the store doesn't pay attention to the 'ready time'. When you order Wingstop online for some reason the website forces you to wait 25 minutes from the order time to get your food. However, if you order on the phone they give you a 9 minute wait time just like in the store. This is where the problem happens: when you order online it prints out just like a phone order and then they make it in 9 minutes and your food sits there on their counter in a bag for the 16 minutes it takes for you to show up because you think it'll be ready at the 'ready time'. For this reason I've stopped ordering online from this Wingstop and just put in phone orders, and I try to show up at 9 minutes but my food is always already ready, but still pretty hot by the time I get home. As always the people at the front counter who help me look fairly annoyed they're being taken away from whatever conversation they were having back by the friers and talk to me like I am literally the only reason why they're working at a Wingstop, so that's nice. I like a little juvenile condescension with my wings. I hope Wingstop Corporate brings the hammer down on this location soon, it's pretty much ridiculous, like the horrible Top 40 radio every Wingstop insists on playing. read more

Jesus, these guys took forever... They said my order would be ready in 9 minutes or less. 20 mins later, they ask me to wait another 10. My schedule was thrown out of whack for the day, AND they shorted me 5 wings. The food itself was probably less than decent, so the 3 star I am giving us way more than generous enough. I am not a wing eater but my husband and I decided to order wings tonight. I ordered online and called about 10 mins later to confirm my order was received. It was received and ready. It was my first time at this location and the parking lot is small for the business it attracts. It was busy inside. The girl who is taking orders for walk in customers is also taking phone orders. I hope the owners or manager see the need to have one person taking phone orders and one person taking walk in orders. Especially during peak times. That might eliminate most of the complaints for mixed up orders and wait times. Our wings were ready for us and they were great. The only thing that was upsetting is we didn't get any ranch. I regret to report that this particular WingStop in the great WingStop family is a major disappointment. :( I actually hate writing bad reviews, but I feel people should be warned before they make the same mistake I did and waste some good $$$. So, since it was my birthday, I decided I'd go all out and order the family pack so I could have WINGS FOR DAYS. I got a family pack of the original hot and I was extremely excited about it. I ordered take-out, so I could just pick up my order and go. The two stars is for the order being ready when I got there, as all the employee had left to do was drop a few veggies in the bag. The two stars is also for the fries, which were good and seasoned, the usual deal for WingStop fries. Now for the sad part. My wings, although they smelled exactly how original hot wings should smell, did not taste like anything. They were actually tasteless. It was like the sauce had been watered down an extreme amount. I'm not sure why this would happen, or if it's just a fault in the kitchen? Either way, I now had 40 wings that actually tasted like nothing and ended up throwing the majority out. It was like eating slimy plastic and I wasn't sure they were good to eat in a large portion. I don't know what exactly caused this, but after looking at the other reviews, this doesn't seem too uncommon. As I've had DELICIOUS wings from other WingStop locations, I expected the same from this one. Hopefully this location looks at their reviews on here so they can do something about the cooking process/watered down sauce and get up to par with other WingStops! :) I still have hope. I had mentioned it was my first time there and the girl behind the counter seemed to care less. I guess that's what you can expect considering all they sell are wings, it's not rocket science. For example, I asked if the wings were large - making a gesture with my thumb and index finger and the girl just starred at me... oookay. After placing your order be prepared to wait. I was told it would take "14 minutes" (odd) Why not round up to 15? that extra minute isn't gonna make me throw my hands up and cancel my order because "The Walking Dead" starts in 13 minutes and I can't be late! Thank God for DVR's right!?! One little pet peeve: they charge .80¢ extra for a little plastic cup of dipping sauce or $3.50 for a "large." For $3.50 I better be getting a cup the size of a gallon of ice cream. there are three varieties of sauces to choose from: Bleu Cheese, Ranch and Honey Mustard. I quickly discovered the reason they charge for the sauces, there's a large banner hanging on the wall announcing Wing Stop's sponsorship of the Los Angeles Lakers, that sucker can't be cheap! This Wing Stop location is fairly new to the area, very clean inside. You place your order at the counter and there are plenty of booths and tables to sit at. Don't let the size of the front of the store fool you. Nice variety of ordering options, Boneless or Classic and various heat ranges from mild to "Atomic." But be warned, Atomic will grow hair on top of the hair that you already have on your chest and at the same time make you curl up in a ball and cry in the corner. Whoa! So many bad reviews. Well this is a good one. I definitely loved the open space inside this Wing Stop. I've been to four other spots & all those joints were snug & kind of uncomfortable. This one is pretty wide & roomy. The location is perfect, it's lowkey. The other ones I've been to they've all been in a big strip mall kind of thing. So parking was a drag, but here parking is fine. Food wise, it's really good. Customer services was normal, the other ones I've been to they're the same. Only one person at the register. I love wings so I was so pumped that they opened a Wingstop near my house but I was sadly disappointed. The two stars is for the foods taste and smell. I ordered their regular combo with wings, a drink and fries! The combo is okay for the price, fries have a sweet seasoning that balances the spicy wings and they are big enough to feed two! Their wings are nicely coated also! However, their efficiency is poor. I found it so cool when I finished paying at the cashier she told me that my meal would be ready in 9 minutes. I was really excited and luckily I just got off work so I didn't have a huge time obligation. Well it took 20 minutes to get my meal. I was so upset, and they weren't busy at all either. This is probably the worst spot to order boneless wings. I ordered 3 types. Habanero, Hawaiian and spicy Korean. To my disappointment they toss them in a small amount of rub so they can charge you 79 cents for additional sauce. I guess if they are made properly you won't need to charge for you not making them properly. I could hardly determine what was what because of how poorly they are made.
