Wingstop for the most part offers a consistent experience with pleasant and friendly employees. I visit occasionally and order their atomic and mango habanero. I do wish they were spicier but I may just have a high tolerance level. I would recommend paying them a visit. read more

My family went here on opening day and the place was great! The owner and staff were knowledgeable and super helpful (they helped determine not only the best sauces but also the best value for our family..they didn't try and sell us something we didn't need), the wings were great (yes it takes a few minutes but you can't rush greatness) and the fries were fantastic. It's nice that we could eat in but it's also nice that we can order online to take out too. I look forward to coming back often! read more

The service here is good and the staff is friendly. The wings however were nothing to write home about. They had that sort of weird crunch to the outside which isn't so much breading as it is just tough. As far as the boneless wings go, they are the size of a bite. Ordered three flavor thirty pack...they hardly had any sauce on them, and what was there was not very flavorful. There was nothing on the original buffalo except a red dye. The fries were soggy and soft. We ordered a large container of cheese, which the size was not worth the cost. You can sit down here but this isn't a place that I recommend for sitting and eating. 1 television in store, it's honestly best to use the app or phone in an order then pick it up and head home. It's in a great location due to Costco being right there so shoppers can place their order, finish shopping then grab n go! The food quality was good, plenty of flavors on the menu. Ate here just a few days ago. First impression of the staff is they are nice, however one was uninterested in answering any of my questions. Price seemed a little high for just a few wings, but this is common across all wing businesses. I ordered their signature hot sauce and the lemon pepper dry rub on traditional wings. The wings were very good in my opinion similar in quality to buffalo wild wings. They were not stingy with sauces or dry rubs either. I love that you can order online and be given a wait time. You are given options of wings and boneless. You could also choose your amount and try as many sauces as you want. I like that you can get half in one sauce and half in another. They also have a good variety in choices. I went with boneless garlic Parmesan and mild. They were both tasty for different reasons. Garlic parm is a dry rub but had good flavor. The mild was very mild. I may get hot next time. I also go their French fries which were also really good. I'm not sure their seasoning but it tastes almost sweet. I also got a side of ranch. The ranch was really good on fries and wings. My boyfriend got wings with hot sauce, French fries and cheese, and warm rolls. The wings were a good size with a good coating of sauce. He said all were good. Wingstop appears to be a grab and go, quick serve setup with only 4 tables to dine in. For some reason I'm quoted 14 minutes when I'm the only person there, though. That doesn't seem like a reasonable amount of time to drop some fries and a handful of boneless wings. The fries are fresh cut, but seasoned in some kind of sugary rub that I wasn't a fan of. The boneless wings are mediocre, classic wings are standard. Nothing jumps out as exceptional here, and the menu is not value priced. I would say it's a good idea for a quick bite if it didn't take so long. I don't hate it, but I'm less likely to come here than the competition. read more

We have been quite loyal in going to the Wing Stop as local destination for take out since they've opened, while recommending the business. However tonite this took a hard turn towards another direction...I came home with half of my husband's order. I called them Immediately, and the woman, Mia was quite unprofessional, speaking to me accusingly with attitude...I attempted to talk rationally to her, but she was persistent on wanting me to drive our food back to their facility...the Assistant Manager came on the phone, and I explained to him what's in the bag...hoping the visual would resonate being he claimed he packed the bag. Two full orders of 8-wings and one fry can not fit in 2 large boxes & one small....Thus, following eating, I returned to the facility with all containers in bag. The assistant manager quickly realized we didn't have 2 large boxes, but a small. I had left the facility sadly disappointed...I attempted to help them understand how their reaction was not customer service oriented (the principle of me having to produce the containers to prove they made mistake). And it didn't even occur to me until I got home, but I never got an apology. This is the poorest display of customer service that I've ever witnessed. read more

This place is one of the nicest and friendliest places my family has eaten at. They always remember us and are so nice about any mistakes or miscommunication to all there customers. They have gotten one of our orders wrong and immediately fixed it dropping a whole new order of wings for us . I give 5 stars because it's hard to find a really good chicken wing place that doesn't also sell shrimp or other shellfish, husband is allergic to shellfish. We tried other places even Buffalo Wild Wings (which I don't care for their sauces), but now our wing place is WingStop. Love the sauces and you can order them extra crispy (which we like), you can order all drums or all flats which is great because I like the drums, husband likes the flats. Whether we order in store or online whenever we go in they are always friendly and ready to take your order. The place is a bit small (not a problem, I'd rather eat wings at home) so we always order to go. Ordering online is quick and easy. My husband likes their potato salad and coleslaw too. read more

Terrible place. I bought a 20 piece classic wings. One flavor I got was the Louisiana dry rub. Those wings were absolutely plain. Shared them with my family and everyone said the same thing. Why would you get plain wings. Plus the wings were small and out of 20 wings I only got 4 drumsticks. Cmon!! Plus to hit me up for $19 or almost a dollar a wing how can you justify charging me $3.79 for a side of blue cheese that wasn't enough for the wings I bought. I will NEVER go back. I strongly DONT recommend this place. You'll be wasting your money. Also those that know me will tell you I can count on one hand how many bad reviews I've written in my life!!
