Mia was very helpful! She greeted me as soon as I walked in. She let me know about different wing combo options and gave me time to make my decision. She let me know there might be a wait so she offered me a cup for water since I did not order a drink. The wings were so good! I ordered 20 piece of bone in lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wings. I also ordered a side of large fries with some ranch. What sucked is that I did not get any free ranch and had place a large wing order. This is a good Wingstop. We stopped here on our way to visit my brother and i stopped by to indulge in some wings. We waited for 30 minutes and stuck around to hang out at surrounding places until our food was done. I orderd Lemon pepper Barbecue and Hot wings and french fries with lots of dipping sauces. This was my go to Wingstop recently. However im so bummed but it is our 2nd time we purchase food for pick up and they forget something. It happens i know but we asked kindly if you could make a batch of fresh fries and the young lady on the phone coldly refused, the no was not the disappointment it was the lack of understanding that we are driving all the way back to pick up what you forgot. This location is usually hit or miss but I'd have to give it to the young man Amari who was cooking and realized the miscommunication on an order and came and politely assisted he intervened and had patience with me and assured me my order was coming up. Wings are super dry and they skimp on the sauce. We ordered the lemon pepper which was overcooked so the chicken was dry. Also got an order of the Original Hot, which weren't as badly cooked but lack of sauce made these not so great. Finally we ordered the chicken tenders. Don't do it. We have ordered our food over the phone and after I payed I saw this sign about brownies being $1.99 each. My daughter said, mom can you buy some ? So I decided to order 4 brownies. When cashier told me it's $10.91? I started to wonder? I ask the guy how much each brownies cost? It comes out $2.49 each because of tax? So he gave my change and the receipt back. This location SUCKS. I went in two days ago after work (9:30pm), my husband and I ordered 30 wings and the girl cashier replies, "30 wings? Really?" with the most nastiest tone. I didn't know frying 30 wings was so much work for her, LOL. She tells us it's going to be about a 20 minute wait which is no problem, HOWEVER, one hour goes by and our food isn't ready. We placed an order online, and upon attempting to pick up. The Manager, James was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of leading by example and explaining to us what the issue was with the online order or system..he decided to start an altercation. He could have prevented an entire incident by behaving like the store manager that he is. I love stopping and eating at this Wingstop! The staff is so friendly and always accommodating. Especially the staff that was on today at the 1 o'clock shift on July 21, 2018. Thank you for your excellent and amazing customer service. The food was hot and delicious! I was happy that the chicken was not dry. Also, the chunky brownie was very moist. If I knew that they were that good I probably would have ordered two of them. The staff politely called our name and bought our wings to our seat. Wingstop has the best lemon pepper wings around, hands down (5 Stars). It's also very convenient that you can order online and by the time you arrive, your order is ready. This is great, as ordering at the counter usually takes a while before the wings are ready. Staff at this location is hit-and-miss, sometimes super friendly and helpful, other times they're just there (2 Stars). Last time in, the kitchen staff was listening to some pretty "iffy" rap music very loudly, with language that wasn't appropriate for the kids eating in the dining area. Today I was really disappointed with my meal This is the second time within two weeks of going to this exact wing stop with the same workers and they've gotten my order wrong Both times. I had got two combos and they were both incorrect each time, the food was cold we received the wrong order of wings or cold fries, I didn't say anything the first time but when you order something and pay the amount you do for your order to be cold and incorrect it really sucks, the weather has been bad and raining so i didn't want to have to drive back 15 mins to tell them my order was not correct. Why did I torture my stomach with these chicken wings? Drenched in salt... or should I say, have some chicken with your salt. Cajun chicken and atomic chicken. One order of chicken wings was ok, the other order, the sauce and chicken was dried up and skin was "extremely" overwhelmed with salt. Really for the price, quality, quantity, preparation and appearance of the chicken I should of gone to Stater Brothers in the same parking lot and got the most expensive bag of wings in the store and some of my favorite sauces and go home and cook the meal. It would have been much more tasty and I would have had a lot of leftovers. Best thing here for me today were the fries that were perfectly crispy and with the potato skins still on which gave it a great taste. If you're eating there just get the small drinks cuz you can get all the refills that you want. Why pay more for a large cup when you can get the same thing in a small cup. I've never been and it was my first time eating Wing Stop. We ordered the 30wings (Teriyaki I didn't like those but my daughter did, Lemon Pepper very good prob my fav out of the 3 and Parmesan. The wings and Cajun fries were good. But once I was about to eat my veggies and notice a bug on the celery stick. It was super visible I'm surprise that was passed onto the tray. That totally grossed me out. At that point I had only ate 4 wing after seeing that I couldn't eat anymore. When we walked into the location it was not busy only 2 tables were occupied. Place looks clean. We were looked at by 3 employees (one of them the cook) but none of them even greeted us. They turned around and continued to talk as if we were not there. We needed a second to review the menu. So i let that pass but it happened again when we were ready to order. We stood at register for a good 4-5mins and those same 3employees just looked again and keep talking. Then finally a lady came out and asked how can I help you. We ordered. At first I assumed that maybe she was only working the register but that wasn't the case. One of the guys that was cussing up a storm helped another lady after us. So that just shows me he was able to help us, he just chose not too! Super inappropriate to ignore a customer that's standing ready to order. That's money I'm giving out of my pocket to support your business. Not even a "give us a second" was said. I would have understood if they said that or everyone was busy. They were cussing up a storm saying (Fuck multiple times) and having a conversation that should prob have been talked about on break or after work. I ordered for pick up online, I arrived, a guy walks in before me, same, for pick up, one lady asks, order or pick up?, he says pick up and is told to hold. Another woman asks me, I say pick up, she asks to see my ID. I asked if my order confirmation is ok, and she says no, she needs to see my ID. So I walked out to my car to pick my wallet. Worst Wingstop i have ever been to! The place is a mess, the ice machine is always empty, and worst of all, the staff is extremely rude. You're ignored when you walk in and have to work to get someone's attention, the girl who appears to be the manager seems both rude and incompetent. Not sure how any business can tell you they're unable to provide a receipt of ur purchase. The last time was my last time ever going there. My 3 year old has to use the restroom, and i was told it was locked because someone was using it. We waited and waited, almost causing him to have an accident in his pants. We knocked without an answer but could hear the toilet flush, then the sink, then the paper towels, then the toilet again, then the towels, over and over... 10 MINUTES later that same manager from above walks out and without saying a word gives us the dirtiest look for disturbing her as she was cleaning the restroom. It was the only restaurant open at that time and i didn't have the option of going elsewhere. Bottom line, stay clear of this horrible place.
