I've always liked Buffalo Wild Wings regardless of location....however this time I was hugely disappointed. I strayed from my usual order of bone in chicken wings and had tje boneless version. What a fiasco! I'm always suspect with boneless chicken wings....I usually think they're not made from premium chicken meat but left over slaughter house scraps( floor trash). They have so many flavors and different levels of heat. So you can have mild or super spicy Bar area is great for happy hour. They have great deals during the week. So my wife and I came here last night around 11pm. They told us that the bar area is the only area available for the rest of the night. Service was really bad. We sat down and waited 10-15 minutes before any server came up to us and to order drinks. It took forever to get a second drink. When it was time to pay and go it took forever for the server to come back to let us pay. we waited at least 30 minutes for the server to come back for us to pay our tab. The server was going back and fourth to other tables but not ours. After being there for a ridiculous amount of time. My wife ended up getting food poisoning from the food. I came with my fiancé to specifically watch a baseball game on tv while enjoying some drinks. We even called in advance to make sure they had the game. This location seems like a great place to watch any sporting event. The outdoor patio seems like a fairly large space as well if you're not able to dine inside. I love the different flavors they have for their wings. Lots of great delicious side and appetizers that they have here too that accompany the wings. Came here for the AYCE Wings deal from Monday-Thursday. We got here a little before 6 so we were able to capitalize on the happy hour drinks. All of us chose the bone-in wing deal. For each person, they let us each choose up to 2 flavors for 10 wings for the 1st round. Note, if you choose AYCE, everybody on the table needs to also order AYCE as well. Wings were decent. Enjoyed the lemon pepper and Sweet BBQ sauces. Normally comes just with fries, but carrots are also included if you ask. For the 2nd round, they let you only choose 1 flavor for 6 wings. It was the worst experience. My family and I came to celebrate my son's birthday. When we arrived, we were seated and waited 10 minutes, and that was only because the hostess was passing by. I asked for the corporate number again and she said they didn't have one, that I could call the store and speak to the manager. I asked if it would be Fabian, the same manager, and she said yes. I went to this location with my family yesterday. My daughter got the mac & cheese and got insanely sick after she started throwing up and having diarrhea everywhere this has been going on all night and all to the next day. It seems like it's never ending. I called the location to complain and to see if they can give me a refund because this is outrageous. My daughter's three years old she's eaten this meal multiple times before at different locations and never got sick. When I called the manager, he said it's a frozen mac & cheese.
