Ordered lemon pepper/Louisiana rub and Hawaiian The lemon pepper was terrible. Very little taste of lemon and no pepper. So salty they were hardly edible! The Louisiana rub was so weak I had to call to confirm thats what I ordered. No heat what so ever. I still think they made messed the order up. I would have returned my meal for a full refund but live too far to go back. I will go back during the week to ask for a refund but i doubt they will refund. A t read more

I give it a 5 star because I really enjoyed the wings, the had a lot of flavor and tasted different than the last wing stop I've went too(In a good way). The food took like 20 minutes but it was good. The service was pretty good and the workers were chill, cool and funny. All in all I liked this wing stop and I'd recommend you to come to this one. I had a pretty good experience! read more

So pissed called in my order and asked for them to make fries when I get there so they are fresh and asked for extra seasoning. I get home and they gave me like double fried fries so they were like chewy! Granted I live 1/2 a mile away so takes me less than 5 min to get home! Fries are the end of the bag nasty with BARELY any seasoning. So much for extra seasoning. Simple request! Then I open the wings and they are tiny pieces! I got the 30 pack. So pissed to pay almost 40$ for this! I will be giving them a call to receive some kind of credit because this was not worth no $40 read more

Make sure you always check your order for completion before you leave. I placed my order on line. Upon picking up my order it was recited to me by an employee. I arrived home and discovered I was missing items. I returned all food to the restaurant and requested a refund. I was told to call the restaurant manager the next day to process the refund. An attempt to correct the mistake was never offered by anyone. It takes little effort to go through an order before presenting it to a customer, especially on "to go orders". I will not return to this location. read more

Terrible service, been coming here since they was open. Unfortunately I will never come back due to poor customer service by one employee. She decide to talk to her friend instead of helping customers. Never met a rude employee in my life. I will deal with her manager and district manager until they give her the proper training. Don't be sorry for the person that has no clue what she is doing or careless for paying customer!!! read more

Getting off work late is a bummer when you are hungry. At 11 pm I was brainstorming what eateries would still be open long enough for me to grab some grub. I saw that Wingstop was open til midnight. I placed my order via the app and arrived shortly before closing. The place had about 4 people waiting for food, but my order was ready! How about that! I could feel the envy! This Wingstop doesn't have the 100 plus drink options so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get peach sprite, but as I was filling my cup, to my right there was a fountain of soapy water-shooting in the main preparation area. As in where they prepare the food. I can imagine that there wasn't anything covering the food. Kinda unsanitary if you ask me. When I got home, the wings were overdone. But hopefully next time I can time my food just right before the sudsfest! I will be back. read more

i used to like this location til today they messed up on not just my order but my teams order. Went to go pick up the ones they messed up on but still did it wrong! Super annoying when you're hungry and have to keep waiting for them to keep f*cking up. Smh do better at hiring your people west co wingstop read more

This spot legit is the worst every time I order the wings there disgusting rubbery hardly cocked, no sauce seems like they just rushed my order and this never fails too it's ridiculous read more

I use to love this location but past few months (and I cone often) I always order my wings all flat well done and fries well done I will say 9 times out of 10 my order is not made right my husband has to ask them to drop my fries there is a younger shirt kid who is really goid at helping but recently they hired a new girl and she has the worse attitude I went in to get my order and said can u make sure they did my fries well done please. She says go ahead n pushes my bag at me then before I could even look she slams my cups on the counter and says have a good day n walks away. Like what?? My husband said last time he went in the fries weren't done either n she snatched the bag from him. I don't know where that is people skills at but wouldn't be at my resturant. read more

dont not get your wings here! terrible service and super rude employees! we ordered 15 wings and got 10, then when we called to go pick up pur other 5 wings they were not willing to give us the 5 wings because we started eating them already, only noticing 4 wings in. not the first time this location offers poor service. staff was to busy talking to help us out. manager hung up on me, super unprofessional. read more

I like wing stop but man every time I come to this location I have to always ask the cashier to give me more sauce because my wings are always dry or burn seriously every time and the wait time is horrible you literally wait an hour to get 10 dry burned wings read more

Worst Wingstop experience I've had in the past 18 years. I had placed an online order for a small combo (6 wings) and an extra side of veggie sticks. For my flavors I chose hot honey and garlic parmesan. I work in the same plaza as this location, so I walked to pick up my order. When I had gotten back, I opened up the container to find three PLAIN wings, along with my requested garlic parmesan. I don't understand how you get those two flavors mixed up. Furthermore, my extra side of veggie sticks were nowhere to be found. This means I paid for nothing. I only have an hour for lunch, so I wasn't about to walk back and wait for what potentially could've been forever for them to correct my order. I work in customer service, so I hate to complain, but for multiple things to go wrong in a meal I was so intensely looking forward to, it just rubbed me the wrong way. I'm not here to insult, just do better. read more

We came for National Wing Day, and through all of the confusion the staff was quick and willing to help. Thanks to Anissa for helping us with the ordering and Isaiah with the wings. But for real, wing stop needs to address the National outage of mango habanero! read more

Food was very dry. Usually grease or left over sauce will make it more wet and flavorful, but there was literally nothing. Very disappointed

So, this is supposed to be Louisiana Rub but... nada!!!! I had to recheck my order to make sure I didn't get regular, I didn't. Make sure you check your order before leaving or you may leave with some plain, unseasoned wings... waste. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - West Covina, California

This location is in a good area, the restaurant is clean and the staff was friendly and the food was great. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because someone served my chicken with feathers still attached. I'm not sure how someone can cook chicken and not see the feathers but food shouldn't gross you out right before eating. read more

The rude lady didn't take my order because I was on my phone. This wasn't the first time I had a problem here. Last time I went to get my food and they gave me the wrong one. I didn't touch the food and gave it back but the other person who got my food has touching all of it and I saw them take the food from the other person to me. I am a germaphobe that was disgusting to me. Both times it was a acne prone younger girl that is really rude but not when it a hot guy (I've witnessed this before where she sees a cute guy and completely changes her attitude) the other employees are very nice expect her I think her name is Victoria. read more

I used to go to the La Puente and Baldwin Park locations, but there was always an issue with the food. Went to the Azusa location and so far the food and service has been good. I suggest the owner stop by and check on his store. While waiting for our food and listening to the piped in music in the eating area, we were suddenly overpowered by the uncensored goings on being blasted in the kitchen. Workers suck at their job. Been waiting almost an hour for my order. One of the workers with pink hair clocked out and left with her food, guess she prioritized her order over the customers. Looks like they're just hanging out in the kitchen rather than working. Don't come here unless you want half assed service and an hour wasted. read more

It's a little father to go to the one in walnut or the one in Covina, but do it. These guys suck and do little to make amends when they screw up. If you take out, you are likely to get cheated in some way. See pics below of tiny "wings" and old, over cook fries. I've been here previously and hated my experience as the food was cold and the workers were rude. it took longer than 30 min to get my food and i would have never saw myself returning. i have a friend that wanted to go to this wingstop and i warned them but it turns out i had no reason. there seems to be new workers and a new manager as i've never seen the workers that they had. the food took about 15 min and was definitely worth it. the wings were crispy, hot, and delicious, there fries were also very good but not as good as the service. i got served by this younger guy and he was really friendly, i believe his name was noah. he was an amazing server and tended to me perfectly. overall this place is really great now and would recommend it to friends. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. HORRIBLE customer service. Nobody wants to work. I was very patient with the workers but the fact that I need to get this addressed online means there's something wrong with their staff. Mainly the fat lady with glasses & guy with blonde hair & earrings working on 4/06/2022 at 12:30PM. I went back to ask for a district managers number to file a complaint about them. They stood there and gave me a dumb look, the lady raises her hands and says she doesn't know if they even have a district manager. I asked for both of their names. They looked at each other and gave me fake names. They weren't wearing any name tags. It was a small incident but it's the principal and customer service that matters. They really laughed in the back and about the situation before coming back to the front. read more

I'll start with this place takes forever for your order to be ready. And I just don't understand how you let your employees be on there phone while working .
