So pissed called in my order and asked for them to make fries when I get there so they are fresh and asked for extra seasoning. I get home and they gave me like double fried fries so they were like chewy! Granted I live 1/2 a mile away so takes me less than 5 min to get home! Getting off work late is a bummer when you are hungry. At 11 pm I was brainstorming what eateries would still be open long enough for me to grab some grub. I saw that Wingstop was open til midnight. I placed my order via the app and arrived shortly before closing. The place had about 4 people waiting for food, but my order was ready! How about that! I could feel the envy! This Wingstop doesn't have the 100 plus drink options so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get peach sprite, but as I was filling my cup, to my right there was a fountain of soapy water-shooting in the main preparation area. As in where they prepare the food. I can imagine that there wasn't anything covering the food. Kinda unsanitary if you ask me. When I got home, the wings were overdone. Worst Wingstop experience I've had in the past 18 years. I had placed an online order for a small combo (6 wings) and an extra side of veggie sticks. For my flavors I chose hot honey and garlic parmesan. I work in the same plaza as this location, so I walked to pick up my order. When I had gotten back, I opened up the container to find three PLAIN wings, along with my requested garlic parmesan. I don't understand how you get those two flavors mixed up. Furthermore, my extra side of veggie sticks were nowhere to be found. This means I paid for nothing. I only have an hour for lunch, so I wasn't about to walk back and wait for what potentially could've been forever for them to correct my order. I work in customer service, so I hate to complain, but for multiple things to go wrong in a meal I was so intensely looking forward to, it just rubbed me the wrong way.
