Usually a good value. Maybe I just came on a bad day. Boneless wings were smaller than normal. Order was not checked and they got my order wrong. read more

We came here today and had some chicken wings for dinner. The cashier Crystal was very nice, polite and even clean a table for me and my family. Food was delicious and on point. This place deserves a solid 5 stars. read more

We ordered a 40 piece family pack and individual 8 piece combo with a drink. We called to fix this because we didn't receive the drink and we meant to order fries instead of veggie sticks. We wanted to fix this and speak to the manager but instead Claudia made us wait and then hung up. Then we called back to let her know that it was rude to hang up on a customer and we never got to speak to the manager and never got a drink. Very bad customer service. I will not be returning to this location. Another location would have tried to fix this and not hung up on us. Make sure you ask who you are speaking with before talking to someone here. read more

Finally a Wingstop in West Covina! Food was great, ordered online for a 12pm pickup and my order was hot an ready on time. Will definitely be coming back again. read more

Dont know why people are always bashing on wingstops. I usually get my order right. I've only had one issue and they helped me solve. Wrong size of fries so they gave me the right size. This was about a month ago. But really if you like wings then you'll like Wingstop. People are nice. The cashier i talked to today was nice. Overall a good place to eat read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend and I went to eat here Sunday at around 9:30 p.m. and it was there worst experience I ever had at a Wingstop. This was my first time at this location, and from the second I walked in I noticed how dirty the place was. All of the tables were a mess, and there was ice everywhere by the drink. There were three (what looked like younger) guys working. My friend ordered first. then When I went to order after he jumped on the phone to take an order while there were 2 other guys just standing around. So while I was waiting to order, one of the workers friends came into the store. The workers friends were being super loud and obnoxious and the worker was encouraging it; laughing with them and talking all loud. That worker kept leaving from his work station to mess around with them instead of making orders around the store and even outside the store. My friend got her food before I can even order, and she received a very low amount of fries and they were burnt. Very poor quality. I finally ordered and sat down. My friend asked them to recook her fries 5 minutes after I sat down. Her new batch of fries came out 10 minutes later and none of my food had came out yet. Then 10 more minutes had passed and I still did not get my food yet, but I noticed one of the workers giving his group of friend that walked in free wings. Why do his friends get free wings before a paying customer did ? So I got up and said " i just want to know where my wings are if I ordered a long time ago but he can give his friends free wings?" Then 5 more minutes passed and the guy who gave his friend the free wings before giving me my order brought my food out to me. He said " sorry, but I gave you a large fry" and before I could say thank you one of the other workers were making fun of the situation and started laughing saying " yeah like that is going to fix it" and all 3 workers were just laughing and messing around. Then a lady came in to pick up her online order. She sat next to my friend and I and started telling us that they messed up her order. Her sister is allergic to something and she needed the wings separated and they did not do that. She was waiting for 7 minutes for someone to notice her standing by the register to help her so she could fix her order. The workers had their backs turned to the front of the store and were just laughing and messing around. So I finally said something to the workers to get their attention and then they helped her. after one of the workers finished helping, that worker mocked me and was laughing about me saying something. I wanted to speak to a manager but seeing how immature that whole group was acting, it seemed like their wasn't going to be a good manager working at the time. My wings were made poorly and my fries were burnt. They hurt my stomach and I could not even finish eaten my 6 piece combo because of how poorly the food was made. I eventually ended up throwing up from the food when I left. I wanted to get their name but none of them had name tags on. All I know is the cashier name on my receipt was "Domanique" read more

First was ignored for the first 5 minutes, and then I was greeted by Maria. Horrible customer service skills! I placed a mobile order and waited for my food for 1HOUR AND 5 MINUTES. When I checked the food it was cold because it was just sitting on the shelf. I had to come home and warm it up in the oven. I had asked twice to check if it was ready, so how it was missed is beyond me. NEVER coming back to this location again which is a shame because it is literally 5 minutes away from me. read more

The crew on 5/28/17 at 9pm gave me the worst customer service I ever experienced. The cashier woman was rude as fuck. The crew in the background was talking mad shit as if they didn't have customers. There was a couple there at the same time that had to wait for 40 minutes, after having ordered online to save time. Another woman came in after us and after 20 min asked simply "how much longer?" The cashier had nothing but sarcastic comments for her, not the first time either. When my friend and I both ordered she just haaad to add her own "wonderful humor". I expected much more from a new store. Terrible first impression. read more

I usually love Wingstop, especially the lemon pepper wings. We bought takeout and the wings were bland, no flavor. I feel like it was a waste of my money. Please Wingstop make improvements. I'd love to continue patronizing your business but it will be a long while before I return, only to see if the taste and quality has improved. For now, I'll not be returning. read more

They are unorganized and half of the staff is just sitting around. When there is a group of people waiting on their orders. Even when they decide to do work they are so slow. The cook move so slow. The A/c is on high so you have to wear a jacket. I see the cook place down an order and go work on the register. The order is sitting on there workstation while other cooks just stand there. Finally the cook who place the order goes back and calls out the name. It was my order. Food was cold. Why couldn't any of the other cooks who aren't doing anything call out the order. They are not a team and it shows which in return is hurting there service read more

Today's visit was a little uncomfortable for me as a regular customer. I was regretting ordering my food. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for only 6 wings. Cashier was handling money and cooking at the same time. Cooks were talking and laughing while 2 customer waited for their food. read more

NEVERRRRRRRRR AGAIN!!! My order of 10 Original Hot were the driest, crispy, (9 pieces of chicken and a BONE) I've ever seen! I went home to find chicken that looked like it had been sitting out for a day and a half, no sauce. The PLAIN fries I asked for in fact had EXTRA sauce. After having to call and speak with Manager (Chris) who said he'd remake my wings (duh) I had to inconveniently drive BACK with hopes of getting it right!!! I will drive the extra 5 miles to the next Wingstop, next time I'm in the mood. read more

I've been here 3 times and they've forgotten an item every time. It's not that hard. Honestly

Ordered online and got here to have to wait. I appreciate the supervisor coming out and letting us know. He was apologetic and let us know it would be coming out and offering fries for our wait. Fortunately, I'm not one to get upset but it was nice that they let us know at least. We could tell he was really working hard to get all these orders out. read more

The stupidest, most incompetent Wingstop location ever And they are always out of baked beans, so don't bother ordering that Once, I can understand. Twice even. But every time? That's just incompetence Wonder if any of their workers has an IQ higher than a turnip... read more

Great customer service! Food taste great! Thanks to Jose the best wing maker in the world!!!

Great food and good customer service. Jose and Gustavo provided friendly and efficient service. We attempted to order over the phone but we were having technical difficulties. Placed an order for pickup and the order was missing 3 separate items. I was able to notice one of the items before I got home, but missed the other two. I called to see what the restaurant could do, and they said I should come back. I mentioned that it was very difficult for me to come back because I have an infant. They offered to give me a free order of fries when I placed an order in the future. Why would I want to order again? The wings were very subpar. I have had amazing wings at another location, but will not be back to this one. Skip this place and get wings somewhere else. read more

This wingstop is more efficient with they're carry out orders, every time I see someone come to pick up an order it's always ready , it's clean or always having someone cleaning up the trash on the tables , every time I've ordered my wings come out perfectly cooked. They have two TVs the restaurant itself is a little smaller than the wingstop on citrus but I'm very satisfied with my wings ! Cashier Vanessa is very nice and helpful !! read more

waited for an hour, the least they can do is make my order right. ordered 20 pieces of wings and all of them are burned. read more

I am extremely appreciative of the staff at this Wing Stop location. This evening my boyfriend and I called in our order about 30 min out as we were on the freeway heading there. We had time to spare so we made a quick stop at another store. As we arrived to pick up our order, we were told our order was messed up but then also someone else had bought our order under our name. We were all confused but I give the biggest thanks to ALEX and JOSE! They remade our order fast and well cooked and they were very helpful, polite and respectful! They were totally understanding and took care of us! Thank you so much ALEX and JOSE!!! read more

Unreal wait time. Nearly 45 mins for 8 wings. Just stop turn around and go anywhere else. Spoke with management and was offered ranch....

I've been eating at this Wingstop for a while now and I just love it .. the wings are always great and this employee named Maria was very kind to me over the phone when she took my order. I walked in to get my order and the employees were very welcoming and had my order ready to go. read more

First time trying Wingstop wings are goodI will be going back to try the boneless wings

I went in to eat around 11pm at night and my customer service from a girl was really bad. Not a smile nor expression on her face and she seemed very bothered. The two other workers were simply rushing to wash the back floors and stock the entire restaurant without cleaning the tables down. I was in there about 40 min and as I left all 3 tables were still dirty with chicken bones left on them! Really bad experience because me and my daughter had to sit on a mini table that was not stable, so every time we reached for a fry our soda almost fell. Very bad read more

I'm writting this as i sit here and wait for my order. I called at 11:10am to make a phone order, i only ordered 20 boneless wings which really isnt a big order. They mentioned to me over the phone that my order was gnna be done at 11:30am. I arrived here at exactly at 1130. It was completly empty! So i went up to the cashier to pay and the girl said to the back that i had come to pick up my order, THESE GUYS DIDNT EVEN START MY ORDER AT ALL!! So the girl apologized and said to give it 5 more minutes. Its 11:40am and my order isnt done at all. I should have just gone somewhere else to eat. Very dissapointing. read more

So from Reading some of the previous reviews I can see that not much has changed in the customer service in the last month. I went in today somewhat early let's just say I wasn't ordering anything for myself there was two young ladies there and a gentleman in the kitchen. The young lady was actually upset that she was asked to fill up a soda. The gentleman in the kitchen seemed to you ask her what was up but with that machismo as if he was going to jump over the counter and do something. He looked over at me and once he saw my size he quickly turned around and continued with his business in the kitchen. The two girls seemed very annoyed that they were asked to do their job? I was actually happy to see a wingstop so close to home. But after the service I received today, I'll just keep driving out to the location in San Dimas. Don't be so upset ladies. The fast food industry might not be the place for you. read more

Usually I hate to give bad reviews, but sometimes you have to. So to start I placed an online order, set it for a slightly later time then the quickest option, and made my way to the restaurant. Totally understand if I have to wait an extra 10-15 min because the place can get busy at night, but if walk in customers with larger orders receive their orders before me and it's been 30 min passed my pick up time, then that's an issue. Food was solid, but not satisfied with the customer service. read more

Went to Wingstop last night and hands down West Covina Wingstop is the place to go to. The best customer service I ever had they accidentally gave me 9 wings. But Jimmy or Jose gave me a additional 3 wings totaling to 12 wings which was very kind and greatly appreciated. The customer service is always greatly appreciated coming from a customer service background myself I know how it feels and I have nothing but great kind awesome positive vibes and feelings for West Covina Wingstop definitely my Wingstop location from now on. All those giving bad reviews should stop because we should never be mean to those who service us. Once again West Covina Wingstop your customer service is off the chain keep those delicious yummy wings coming. I will definitely come back and enjoy some wings and Wingstop. Always greatly appreciated from a wing lover! read more

Waited more than 30 min for our order and it was not busy at all..... there were customers arguing with the manager because they took really long to get orders out and they were also making orders wrong... once the customer that was arguing with the manager left, the manager started laughing ignoring the fact that he had many customers waiting for their orders.... every customer waiting for their order looked very irritated because the employees were working very slow.... if I could rate this location 0 stars I would....never coming back to this location again.... read more

My boyfriend and I stopped by Wingstop for some food tonight and were greeted by Jennifer and Chris. They were awesome people! Thanks y'all for being so friendly. read more

I don't even know this cashier here or this guy who claims to have the name jimmy but Fck they were awesome. My first time doing wingstop and they gave me like a whole pitch on what to get and what to try out! I had to leave a yelp review saying that if you don't know what to try or what else to try different, this place has two great employees and that these employees gave me a great experience at tasting wings. They deserve a fcking raise! Get these employees to be in charge of a store team themselves and coach their team on how to give better customer service and product knowledge! read more

I always go after my shift from work around 10 pm or 11 pm and every time I go in there is this one girl. I think her name is Jennifer. She always orders my foo with a smile and makes me feel so welcomed and after when there is no one else in line when she cleans the dinning area she has no problem starting a convo with me so I don't ever feel alone :) no other restaurant has made me feel so comfortable! read more

To begin I want to say the place was completely empty when I got there. I had done a phone order for large fries, 6 pieces of wings, side of veggies and a drink. So I got there I paid for the food when I got the food they didn't include the large fries. I went back and the girl told me that they didn't charge me for the fries and that was my fault for not noticing but I clearly order large fries. When I called that was the first thing I said large fries. The attention to detail is very non-existent for this crew. I would love for them to get a course on customer service. Management if you're reading this and you want to raise your two and a half starts you got to start teaching your crew 2 provide excellent customer service. They could have told me "hey we apologize here are some large fries on the house" instead they said it's $4 something. I've been there a few times but definitely this was the last time I step foot in that establishment. Good Luck! read more

I have been coming to this wing stop since it opened and have never had a bad experience. The current manager is super accommodating and welcoming even during stressful moments. He is courteous with customers but what i also like is that i see him treat his employees with respect. read more

Went to eat some wings and was going to hit another place when I realized that wingstop was a lot closer than the other place. So I went in and ordered my food. Upon walking in I was greeted by the staff, which felt good. I then ordered my food and was having a little bit of a hard time going about the menu. The staff Alex was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. She gave me recommendations and ultimately helped me pick the perfect food for me. My food was ready pretty quick and Alex again checked all my food for me and made sure what I ordered was in the bag, she basically did what I was going to do which I thought was awesome. She was so nice and cheerful even though they were pretty busy and I liked that about her and the other staff. Overall great experience and I will definitely be going back. Great food and great customer service. Best wings in town! Thanks again Wingstop! And an extra thanks to Alex again. read more
