DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP!!! This location is disgusting multiple times fries aren't seasoned, wings are whether drenched in butter, or looks like they through sauce in the box and just three plane wings in, or way under cooked. Tried to give them a break but they never fail to mess my order completely up! read more

The wings are like half done , like they half do it . Wasnt up to Par , it was horrible always was .

Ordered through doordash which was great but the order was wrong. Cheese fries were sent as regular, out of 3 orders of carrot sticks only got 1, and a 6 piece roll pack came with 4. Doordash offered a 5.50 credit read more

I come in to wingstop with my friends. We look confused at the menu. We cant decide on the order. Here comes Alex. She suggests to get a 40 pack. We agree. We are big boys. We eat a lot. Shes great and shes my cousin. Come out to wingstop and talk to my cousin. read more

Placed an order at this location online for a meal and was charged double. Called this location 15 TIMES until they finally answered and yet they still put me on hold for 10 mins. I literally had to hang up and call again until they finally answered. I explained what had happened and let them know I was charged twice due to the notifications I received via text from my bank and they went ahead and checked on there side for my order and let me know that my order never went through. They never tried to help me out with this situation and just told me I would have to call my bank to dispute the charges. This location is unprofessional and apparently doesn't have enough employees to handle a busy day. read more

Recently got something to eat at the wing stop on azua  the manager jose paublo made me very uncomfortable he kept hitting on me making rude comments like ur hotter then  atomic wings mixed with habanero sauce an kept asking me for my number on top of that the service  was horrible read more

Unsatisfied with everything that came with this order! First and foremost, the employee at the cashier was a complete mess. The food was not to par and tasted like nothing. read more

Hands down the WORST food. First, we waited almost 2 hours for our food, and to top that off, they hardly put any sauce on all of our wings. The lemon pepper wings were DRENCHED in grease and the chicken was RAW. Idk how our fries were cold when we had to wait for our food?? I am seriously wondering if any of the workers have their food handlers card because this was flat out unacceptable. Wingstop better hope I don't get sick! read more

Few weeks back the phone wasnt in service for the place and now the phone just keeps ringing now so thats pretty lame of the place

Called in a order and the girl taking my order kept asking me to repeat what i said and to speak up, and I'm like how about turning down the freakin music you going on in the kitchen, it sounded like she was front row at a (C)rap concert. One star for the wings being ok should be half since I got no ranch or blue cheese with it, epic fail on that account since thats hot wings 101. read more

This place is awesome... they always greet me with a smile. It's great when you can walk into a place or call and they always remember who you are. Clean building and friendly staff. read more

The Wingstop on Azusa had clean tables and bathrooms. The service was good and the food was ok. Every thing about this location is average for fast food. If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed. read more

Elizabeth has the worse customer service. I will not come here again!!!! She is rude to younger kids and I can tell she hates her job. Management needs to fire her. read more

This location has dropped the ball! We've been coming to this location since they opened. We never had any issues until our last order. We ordered 30 wings to go last Saturday, 15 lemon pepper & 15 mild buffalo. The order was correct & cooked well. The big problem was the flavor! Neither wing flavor had much seasoning. We had to add Frank's Red Hot sauce to the buffalo wings, which made them soggy. It felt like someone was in a hurry & didn't bother to make them right. We will not be returning to this location even though its very close to our home. I'd rather drive to Glendora to hopefully get better wings. read more

We were late to pick up our order but the night shift manager Alex was gracious enough to remake our order with no problems.

I have reported you to the LA COUNTY for violating covid19 regulations. Having people sit at tables waiting for orders & sitting so close to one another is irresponsible. Have them wait outside or use a texting mechanism to advise when they're order can be picked up. You are part of the problem by not adhering to the social distancing request!! Get it together!!! read more

7th time calling and no answer?!? Terrible service! Replace the whole staff and hire people who can handle simple tasks like answering the phone to accept phone orders! read more

They completely messed up my order. I asked for Lemon-Hot wings, and they gave me lemon pepper. I also asked for the special boneless wing 10ct and they gave me (rung me up) traditional. Overall bad service. Even tho he repeated the order correctly to me, he charged me wrong and rung me up wrong. My mistake not to check the wings until making it all the way home. read more

Just came to this location for the first time and I was pretty disappointed. The food took longer than usual with it not being busy, the people working there honestly looked high, and the food itself was not good. The wings were very light on the sauce, tasted rubbery and not very hot. The place looks run down and nothing was stocked like the utensils and then even the soda machine was out. Me and my boyfriend will not be coming back to this location, there's better ones in glendora or even go to BWW. read more

I came to this wingstop on a Sunday about a week ago and a girl with glasses and purple hair took my order very rudely, when she was "helping" me out with the menu. While I was waiting for my order she was being very loud and cursing to her employees. Very rude and unprofessional if you ask me, especially for it being a family restaurant !! She was also rude to other customers, caught some eye rolls while taking their orders and I witnessed her shoving people's orders in their hands. Never coming to this wingstop again with my family because of how we were mistreated as customers very uncomfortable situation for me and my kid. read more

Surface was poor no fault to the host it's because he's running register and the phone. Not great customer service Wingstop. I was waiting with a paid carry out order. Need to hire more people or help the guy in the front out. read more

I don't usually do reviews but this place is forcing me. Got hung up on twice, then waited on hold for 10 minutes, was told 20 minutes for the food to be cooked, after 45 minutes it still wasn't ready... Waited an hour while the staff was laughing and joking in the back and the cashier was busy playing on his phone. After reading other reviews I should have known this location has no management/leadership/ accountability of any kind. read more

This is ridiculous!! Came in for a quick snack before a massage. Got my drink and waited patiently. Told an employee that it had been 20 min and he misunderstood and tried to give me someone else's wings. He then realized it wasn't the same order and left without a second thought. Waited patiently another 10 min while many other orders were filled. Friend mentioned it's been 30 min and they stated that it is coming up right now. I'm still writing this long review and waiting. Don't come here, or at least call in your order and wait your 30-40mins at home. Good luck if you walk-in. read more

12/2/18 As much as i don't want to do this, I had my girlfriend call wingstop at 7:04pm and was put on hold. We we were on our way back from the Puente hills area and during the duration of wait I said hey try ordering online and see which is faster. Now mind you I was on hold for 15 minutes till I had my girlfriend hang up as I payed for our online order at this location, and I looked around and with 6 employees here no one bothered to pick the phone up and finish taking our order. I couldn't understand if they were neck deep in orders but if half the staff can just stand and talk then clearly somethings wrong. As I'm still here waiting and writing this review I'm glad that a lot of people just walked in because that means they have to start working. read more

Wings came drenched in what tasted like movie theater popcorn butter, did me dirty wing stop.

Lets 1st start that I am not 1 to get upset or post negative reviews. This is just to bring attention to the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I received this time. I understand how busy a business can get during say "rush hour", but when u r lied to in ur face several times, that just draws the line for me. 1st lets start that I called in my order, it took awhile to do that, I was put on hold (which is Fine, I called during dinnertime) ok then I placed my order (which took about 7 mins) and was told 35 mins for pick up. Then I arrived 40 mins total time (which I gave sum extra time for my order to b ready). When I arrive I walk up to the cashier and gave them my # & name. No order can b found!!!! WHAT??!! So the cashier gets help and both r trying to locate my order in the system and both seem to not find it. Then the cashier asked if I was sure that I placed the order with them, so I kindly say the tele # that I called to her and ask aint that ur # and she had no clue what the bus # was (ok now I was getting frustrated, cuz I was certain I know I called the right #, but still I repeated my order several times to her and still couldn't find it. Finally someone in the back came out and she found it (I was Thankful, so I was assuming by that time My order is definitely ready so I just had to pay, I WAS WRONG!!) Next, I pay finally, I waited probably another 10 mins and I c ppl that just walked in getting their orders pretty quickly. Finally I walk up to the cashier and said how come my order isn't ready, then she told me, let me check and then came back to say they r waiting on ur tenders, so I walked away and waited sum more. I have to admit I was making it very obvious that I was getting even more angry and all the workers did notice, but did absolutely nothing to APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING!! Then about another 5 Long more mins perhaps, a worker in the kitchen comes towards me and says my order with my receipt in his hand (I had no clue what that did to speed up any process) so I said Yes that's My Order. I questioned him now on why my order is taking Soooo Loooonngg, and he said, we r just waiting on ur fries. AGAIN WHAT! I was told earlier I was just waiting on my 6 tenders. At that point I was Like Wow, No Apology or Anything, Obviously don't care about providing any service to calm a frustrated customer knowing that how long I waited for my order. Waited even more and still c ppl coming in and leaving with their order in hand with no to lil wait time. Wow, after the intial 40mins I was told when I placed my order, I waited over 30 more mins in store. This experience I was absolutely disappointing to say the Least! Pls beware! It doesn't help at all to place ur order by phone during "DinnerTime" Only Positive thing was that the food was good and it was correct! (At least for those things I gave a 3 stars, instead of a 1 star) Manager on duty on Jan 6th, 2021, pls have a meeting with ur customer service and how they shouldn't lie to customers over the phone and especially to their face! read more

Thank you guys for being so excellent in customer service and keeping this place nice n tidy. Whoever is working in the front will definitely welcome you in and make your experience a great one, turns out the assistant manager was on top of it so was his team all professional! read more

Don't know who exactly it was I spoke to but it was a girl about 20 mins ago, I called to make a order for pickup & she took my order left me on hold, then got back on the line and told me she never wrote down my order in the first place. I had to explain to her countless times what I wanted and she still couldn't understand what I wanted? What's so hard about 2 fries & 8 wings? I don't know if she was playing around or was serious. I had to hang up because it was so frustrating. Will go to the next nearest Wingstop next time read more
