I called back and complained which I usually dont... and girl that helped me said that The manager said I was allowed to come in whenever I wanted for my replacement wings...FAST FORWARD.. to tonight in which I called for my replacement wings and the manager let me know that they only give you a week to pick up the food they messed upwhy didn't you say that shit the first time???? I'll keep this short and sweet. If you enjoy waiting 45 min for wings this is your place. Clearly they are more geared to tailoring to the app order customers. If you have to walk in and order, it'll be awhile. Employees seem a bit unkempt and not in any hurry whatsoever. Wings were ok. Not great, but good enough. The employees don't wear mask or gloves they just stand around look at you when you walk in but to busy talking so they don't greet you until they are done talking. They hand you a greasy bag that's falling apart and have a attitude when you ask for a new one. Food is always cold it was good when it first opened but I don't know what happened it's really gone dow hill. It might be a management issue or just employees that don't care. read more

The food was overall okay... not the best but decent. The service was terrible however. The workers saw me walk in and still decided to ignore me. I even saw one worker on their phone in the back texting by the food. Finally one worker walked over. No smile no greeting. I was very friendly and polite with her, I even smiled at her. This place deserves 0 stars ... The service was horrible and would not recommend to anyone. I waited for almost 1hr to get my food. I would of probably waited longer if I hadn't exclaimed to the cooks that I had been waiting for a really long time. All they did was make an excuse about their machine not printing copies of our orders but never compensated the meal. Being the least they could have done after waiting for so long. I ordered 2 family deals on the website. When I received my meals, I did not receive my complete order. I was missing my chicken tenders and a large order of fries. When I called to let them know I was placed on hold and then they hung up without speaking to me. I called back and when they finally answered they tried to tell me that they ran out of tenders so they added more wings to my order (hot wings). The chicken tenders were for my kids, that's so unprofessional to substitute my food with out telling me. Needless to say I will not be going back to this establishment. read more

My first time trying this place out here in Tulare, the workers looked like they didn't want to be there, i felt rushed to order while i was viewing the menu, mind you it was my first time eating there. once my family and i got our food, its was WAY to salty! Poor customer service! You can tell they just wanted to get us out of the restaurant. They couldn't make traditional wings because they were already shutting down when I called 40 minutes before they closed. My fries were undercooked, I couldn't even finish them. And the workers were just standing around talking when we walked in. I ordered 2 separate combos and they didn't separate them! I had called earlier to check how much wings are considering the fact it's Tuesday and they're $0.60, come to the restaurant, order a 20 piece because I would think that's $12, they charged me $18 ($0.90 a wing!) all because I got "bone-in"! They should at least post a sign somewhere saying "60 CENTS FOR BONELESS WINGS ONLY" because when they advertise "60 cents a wing" I would think that went for both kinds‍ of wings, and on top of that they never gave me my ranch I ordered so I was CHARGED for RANCH that wasn't even given to me‍ ! so all in all I was basically OVERCHARGED! Was very happy when I found out they were building a wingstop here in Tulare. However I will continue to drive to the Visalia location because I am very unhappy with the quality of the food here in Tulare. My fries are always cold and my wings are always so oily!
