The guy who took my order was really nice. We did wait a bit, but they had ao many delivery pickups. They were fully staffed and did a great job getting food out as soon as possible. The restroom was stocked and clean. read more

The service is way too slow to be worth It. came in the middle of the week at 9 PM with only one other person in the lobby and was told a single combo is almost an hour wait. read more

This place is the awful. We preordered our food three days in advance and guess what. They still dropped the ball. If you looking for good food and servise. Look elsewhere cause it isn't here. I wish no harm to anyone but I do hope the employees here wake up tomarrow unable to read and locked out of there phone forever. read more

The food took FOREVER. all of the table were dirty and the workers were not very nice.

Don't go into Wingstop. Literally don't do it. You will waste your entire evening waiting inside for your to go wings. Order online. Wait 30min. And then start your journey to the wing stop that is hopefully 15min away from you. Your food might be ready. The fries were soggy and gross, but the wings were good. I do enjoy that they have multiple dry rub options. read more

Mariah had a bad attitude and bad customer service. Horrible with over the phone orders

If I could I would give negative, they are super slow and the manager is super rude and not helpful and really dumb they somehow always get me order wrong. My brain can not comprehend on how they can get the same order wrong al the time! read more

The service was horrible, the food was delicious but because of the service I will never come back!

The food is always good, especially the ranch but they are so slow!! Literally the slowest place to get your food in town. they say it'll be ready at one time and you will have to wait an extra 30-45 min for your food read more

I placed an order online and paid online. When I pulled up to Wing Stop. I phoned them and asked if someone could bring my food out. I explained that I had my 9month old asleep in the truck and we have both been exposed to Covid and asked if they could bring it out. The sweet lady on the phone said sure just let me check with my manager. He said no she will have to come in. It would have taken them 10 sec to walk out the door to me and I would have happily waited for them to have time to bring it out. Eric is the manager there and clearly doesn't care about customer service or helping a new mom out at all. read more

I usually love this wing stop, however when I came in today I was greeted by workers rolling their eyes at me & being rude. It's not hard to be a nice person. If you hate your job then quit! read more

Usually love this chain, but this location regularly messes up our order, including the flavor, wing count, and whether bone less or bone-in. it's difficult to host a party with other families when we never know if the food we ordered will be in the bag when we get home (there's just no time to check every box when you have an order for 30+ people). Overall the food did taste good, but multiple people had to make sandwiches due to allergy restrictions or personal preference. read more

Eric Thank you so much for your friendly service yesterday helping my grandparents to there car with their food and drinks. That haven't stopped talking about that young man that helped them. Truly grateful for your service. read more

Worst Wingstop I've ever been too. Service has always been awful and they are always understaffed. Whoever does the hiring does a horrible job. The wings flavors were not as good as other wing places and the fries were supper soggy. read more

So they may have recipe right, but calling in your order is problem. Every time pick up and drive home it not what I order. The cost hot wigs you think they find way get right. We stopped going there for real long time. It happenings, my receipt is right but food was wrong. Owner get involved or suffer down fall. read more

Best Wingstop in Missouri. The one on Battlefield a little too bougie for me personally. This is the Wingstop I'll keep going to as long as they're open. read more

Went in for 15 wings and waited 30 minutes. People who came in after us got their food first. Cashier was consistently on phone or sitting on the counter. Other customers were obviously irritated about the wait as well, seeing as it wasn't busy. Have had good experiences before this. So I'm very disappointed and probably not going to return. Never write reviews, but the service was so bad I was compelled to read more

Wingstop - a woman ordering food at the counter - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

This place has to be one of the best eating establishments in the 417. The food is amazing and the staff are very attentive and friendly. If you want great wings I highly recommend this spot. read more

JUST GO TO BATTLEFIELD SPOT - I DON'T leave reviews, I love Wing Stop. Made an account and downloaded YELP for this. DoorDasher/Uber Eats Driver/ Old postmates Driver. I usually just take the L when I get bad Service. BUT THIS PLACE IS A $. Š! Was the First and only person to walk in to place a To Go order. Asked for the special rub and sauce wings for March 2023 and was told "Never Heard of those flavors" Mind you I was showing him the Wing Stop app on my phone. And Four dashers came in got there stuff left, CAME MF BACK AMD LEFT AGAIN! Two folks came in sat down to eat got there order first and it's been 23 minutes at this point. One worker floating around finally dose something. (Refills ice less than an hour before close) then nothing again. 15 more minutes go by and was finally asked "what's your name on that order" (swear they dropped my wings and pulled them up to SIT OVER THE FRIER AND DOING SO GOT COLD)! He walks back dose basically nothing and checks the frier looks around touching nothing and says we'll have that out to you. And it's been 30 minutes now and we are still watching people get there food and I had an hour Drive home still and work that following morning. Still ONCE I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD - We leave to go eat food in the very next parking lot at golden coral since it was empty out food was fridge cold and out Cajun fried were soggy lukewarm but tasted good tho. The WINGS WERE SOME BS MAKE UP OF THE SPECIAL FLAVORS they DIDN'T even give us the right LIMITED TIME FLAVORS. Place Was VERY DIRTY and won't go to this specific location again. Just drive to Battlefield Location For real. read more

Typically do not leave reviews, however feel that I have to based ony experience at this Wingstop. My wife placed an online order, paid for it, and told me and my 11 year old son to pick it up. Got to the Wingstop, nobody was working the register even though there several employees in the back. After waiting a couple of minutes I saw an order on the rack ready for pickup, noticed it was mine based on my wife's name on the receipt and grabbed it. As soon as I did a young lady came out of the back and told me that I needed to produce the online, receipt to pickup the order, she then proceeded to rudely take the bag away from me and put it back on the rack. My wife had to send me a screenshot of the online order in order for me to pick up and even showed them my ID in case there were any questions. Absolutely worst experience and most unprofessional employees, will never go to Wingstop again. There are many choices when it comes to wings, don't waste your money on this place. read more

For a restaurant that "specializes" in wings, these are horrible. Either you're cutting corners or need a new supplier. I've had the same experience at different Wing Stops around the country over the last 10 years but I was in the mood for wings tonight and thought maybe they will be better here. The weren't. The staff was awesome, though. Very friendly and courteous. read more

Wingstop - Barely the size of my small pinky. No meat, dry and overcooked. Once a year I try a Wing Stop somewhere in the country and same thing. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

We love wing stop the flavors are so good, lemon pepper, cajun, and garlic parmesan are our favorite. You wont be disappointed. Great for carry out and better than buffalo wild wings. read more

Where do I even start?... We ordered teriyaki, and garlic parm. The guy asked; do you want those well done because I'm from the other location and sometimes they don't cook them right here... Well then yes please let's make sure they're not bloody thanks. I also ordered fries and said I wanted them "crisp." Did you know they don't give you sauce? That's right, you have to pay extra for dipping sauce. It's also lame they don't mention how many wings are in an order.. So I go pick up the my order, and bring it home. Pull out my sauce, under is were some of the soggiest fries I've ever seen, and tasted. First off I ordered crisp fries, secondary who created soft fries and why does he hate potatoes?!!! So I then crack into my twice fried wings. Absolutely disappointing; small and barley enough sauce to coat a wing, some even had dry spots on them.... Never again wingstop. "When you want wings, don't get the Wingstop." read more

Very disappointed. I was sent a free large fries coupon for my birthday and so I went for some take out. I got home the fries were almost raw and the wings were over cooked and old. I ate two wings and tried to re fry the fries but alas I could not eat the meal it was so bad. Glad I didn't have to pay for the fries at least. I knew I was in trouble when I came in and the kitchen staff were standing around chatting and seemed like I was an interruption rather than a valued customer. This is employees just not caring. Seems to be the norm in restaurant's these days. This is why I cook at home most of the time. Now it will be all of the time. At least my home cooked wings and fries come out eatable. read more

I absolutely love this wing place! Great cool and chill place to enjoy some fresh boneless wings. Wings are always good and hot, the cajun fries are absolutely delicious, and the rolls are nice, hot, and fresh af! Good wing spot! read more

I want to add a good review to negate some of the one stars that are already here and that may come from tonight. After having mechanical issues with some of their equipment tonight, during a game night nonetheless, this crew is working so hard to get people's orders out. Yes, mistakes are made in some orders. But they are really trying. I hope people remember that workers in stores are also human. Sometimes you just have to do what you can. Please be kind to workers. If you've never worked in this field and dealt with things you can't control while customers get mad at you for it, then please stop to think about that when you are in a store. Good job to this crew for doing all they can. read more

Staff was rude. Got home and 25 boneless wings were missing and the rest was almost all wrong. This place is an absolute joke.

wingstop My wings are extremely dry & crusty. Fries are old & cold. The wings seem like they have been sitting for 6 days under the heat lamp. Very disappointed with the quality (especially since I was told they were fresh). I'm gonna have to give @RickRoss a call. Ridiculous. read more

I know from past experience that the food is fine. Customer service was awful on this particular experience. I ordered the 100 and 30 pack of wings, enough for about 15 people, according to the website where I placed my online order. I got enough carrots and celery for about 4 people, which must be why they only gave me FOUR forks and FOUR napkins. Somehow I assumed there would be plates for an order like this, but I guess that was my bad. I was feeding a party at work for 15 people, and we had no utensils, no plates, no napkins. The fries were all smashed and soggy. You would think they'd put the fries in the styrofoam containers with lids, but no, they were in open containers set on top of one another. On top of that, I was waiting for my order for 15 minutes in the store while they completely forgot about me and the fact that my food was apparently ready the whole time. I ordered 8 different kinds of wings, and none of them were labeled, so we all had to play wing roulette and guess which flavor is which. The pack as advertised does not come with enough dipping sauce. A pack designed for 10 people only comes with 6 dipping sauces when it should come with 10. With Covid policies, you'd think they would realize how that's a problem. So, when all the people got their food, the fries were soggy and cool, the wings were dry and cool, and know one knew what they were eating or how to eat it. I'd rather get frozen off-brand chicken nuggets from the dollar store than go back there again. The lady at the cash register was pretty nice though, so there's that I guess. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Always the slowest service. Thought I would be smart and online order my food. Didn't matter, they still managed to mess it up. My wife went to pick it up, it wasn't ready and after it was ready, it sat there. My wife was very annoyed and asked again. "Oh yeah here is is!!" Wow, thanks for the cold food. It's a shame cause Wingstop is good. Just needs better management. They have enough employees. read more

We ordered over 200 wings. Was told it was a 2 hour wait. We showed up in 2 hours, and they didnt have the order done. First, said they lost it. Then found it, but said it would be another hour. I asked my friend if we should just go instead of wait. Then the very unprofessional young man "helping" us, told us we could leave, they will just fine without our business, and referred to the line "out the door", he said "I'm pretty sure we could care less if we lose your business." I then asked him why he was being so rude, especially when they are the ones that made the error. He replied with "if you're going to be beligerant, we can just refuse to serve you." We were Absolutely not being "beligerant" and I will be contacting corporate along with leaving reviews to warn people of how terrible their service is. read more

I was very disappointed with what my grandson and I ordered. I ordered lemon pepper bone in wings there was not enough sauce. my grand sons order was suppose to be boneless but all he got was very small chicken nuggets. Not enough for the price I paid. I wish there was the option for zero stars. Phoned in order. Was told it would be ready at 12:15. Showed up on the dot. Food cold, absolutely no sauce on my wings and $22 for 10 boneless wings and one combo. Fries were completely cold. $10 for chicken nuggets with no sauce is crazy. Also, ice dispenser not working. read more

Best wings around. Fries are fresh, buffalo wings are not to hot or mild. I like Wingstops in general, but this was the cleanest and the flavor was amazing. Way better than BWW. read more

Nope, never again. Ordered the classic mild wings, they had ZERO wing flavor. The only flavor they had was old grease, yuck. The fries were not cooked all the way and tasted like old grease as well. The best thing was the celery and the bleu cheese dip. This was the first time and the last time I will order from them. read more
