I placed an order online and paid online. When I pulled up to Wing Stop. I phoned them and asked if someone could bring my food out. I explained that I had my 9month old asleep in the truck and we have both been exposed to Covid and asked if they could bring it out. Typically do not leave reviews, however feel that I have to based ony experience at this Wingstop. My wife placed an online order, paid for it, and told me and my 11 year old son to pick it up. Got to the Wingstop, nobody was working the register even though there several employees in the back. After waiting a couple of minutes I saw an order on the rack ready for pickup, noticed it was mine based on my wife's name on the receipt and grabbed it. As soon as I did a young lady came out of the back and told me that I needed to produce the online, receipt to pickup the order, she then proceeded to rudely take the bag away from me and put it back on the rack. My wife had to send me a screenshot of the online order in order for me to pick up and even showed them my ID in case there were any questions. After having mechanical issues with some of their equipment tonight, during a game night nonetheless, this crew is working so hard to get people's orders out. Yes, mistakes are made in some orders. But they are really trying. I hope people remember that workers in stores are also human. Sometimes you just have to do what you can. Please be kind to workers. I know from past experience that the food is fine. Customer service was awful on this particular experience. I ordered the 100 and 30 pack of wings, enough for about 15 people, according to the website where I placed my online order. I got enough carrots and celery for about 4 people, which must be why they only gave me FOUR forks and FOUR napkins. Somehow I assumed there would be plates for an order like this, but I guess that was my bad. I was feeding a party at work for 15 people, and we had no utensils, no plates, no napkins. The fries were all smashed and soggy. You would think they'd put the fries in the styrofoam containers with lids, but no, they were in open containers set on top of one another. On top of that, I was waiting for my order for 15 minutes in the store while they completely forgot about me and the fact that my food was apparently ready the whole time. I ordered 8 different kinds of wings, and none of them were labeled, so we all had to play wing roulette and guess which flavor is which. The pack as advertised does not come with enough dipping sauce. A pack designed for 10 people only comes with 6 dipping sauces when it should come with 10. With Covid policies, you'd think they would realize how that's a problem. So, when all the people got their food, the fries were soggy and cool, the wings were dry and cool, and know one knew what they were eating or how to eat it. I asked my friend if we should just go instead of wait. Then the very unprofessional young man "helping" us, told us we could leave, they will just fine without our business, and referred to the line "out the door", he said "I'm pretty sure we could care less if we lose your business."
