Old faded, grime near the walls on the floor. The service itself was quite good. We were seated, ordered and served very quickly. We ordered the tempura shrimp appetizer and teriyaki chicken dinner. The tempura was as it should be, crispy with the shrimp still moist. The Yum-yum sauce went with it nicely. The teriyaki chicken was ok. The white meat chicken was a bit dry. The vegetables were good as were the noodles and rice. We noticed they did a lot of takeout so the food is good. It is just the ambiance that didn't meet our desires for a celebratory meal.
