my hubbie loves wings, me not so much. we keep trying wingstop but we dont care for the fries - they get floppy and greasy as they cool. and i always find the boneless or tenders to be extremely oil soaked & greasy. hubbie does really like the hot honey rub and korean sauce. both are tasty, but HOT! and heat builds as you eat more, so if you like heat, these are for you! service is ok, not great. the tenders say they come with 1-2 sauces, but when i asked for 2, i was told i could only get 1. my comment that the menu says 1-2 sauces was met with a shrug and silence. sports usually on the tube, music is low enough fir conversation. read more

I always enjoy Wingstop however this visit to this location was not a pleasant experience. The signs were off, staff in the kitchen were on their phones while the lobby was full of customers. Our order took way too long and by what I could tell it was due to poor management and a bunch of kids running this operation. Worst experience. I work fast food, and the gentlemen with glasses who claims he's a manager showed terrible hospitality as 'management' when I got there. We try to cook at home as much as possible because I personally have worked in restaurants, I know what goes on. Tonight we decided to get wing stop because we were invited to a party to watch the Spurs and did not have time to cook. When we were eating our food my daughter discovered a staple in her potato salad . This really bothered me so I took the time to call the manager of the store and let him know what happened. It seems today that when something goes wrong with your order they expect you to get back in your vehicle and drive back to the store to have your food replaced, even when the Spurs are in the finals. When I explained that there is nothing wrong with remainder of our food all the manager would offer us is "sorry" . That is perfectly fine with me as I don't expect or need free food, my income is excellent. But as a result of lame customer service I did want take the time to warn others to be careful of the staples when you order Wing Stop. If my daughter had swallowed the staple it could have torn her intestine which is often fatal. Look it up... My kids want to add the fries were greasy. The chicken was good. read more
