my rating is based purely off of my expectations of a wing stop, obviously if i was to rate it against a wing restaurant they would rank much lower. After reading the reviews we was nervous to place an order, we are new to the area and have had wingstop at many locations, in many different states, so again rating against those expectations. We ordered on line without issue and was notified our food would be ready in 15 minutes, i was super hesitant to believe that based on all the reviews complaining of long waits. but it was true to its word and when we arrived our food was ready. We decided to eat in the car and our food was hot and fresh, our order was right and we had plenty of sauce on the wings. The fries were fresh, we have zero complaints. Called in a carry out order. Waited on hold for 8 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and gave my order that was not difficult 20 bone in flats with lemon pepper seasoning. 20 bone in flats extra well done original hot light sauce. The price was $58. When I arrived I asked to see the wings before I pay because they have been wrong several times. Again the order was wrong with lemon pepper being so we'll done they looked like jerky and the original hot were soft and soupy in sauce. I asked them to please make them again and that I would wait. The male cashier got the female who was verbally angry that I requested them redone saying "ain't nothing wrong with them" and when I tried to explained she got an attitude and wanted to argue semantics. Ordered two 6wing combos- took 50minutes! 50. Minutes. AAANNNNDDD when my daughter went to finally eat her wings- they were cold...while we waited for them to remake her wings, at least 6 uber drivers showed up to pick up food. When we finally left, those 6 had turned into 10. All told the same thing we were told: "it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes".
